1、經(jīng)過過去的兩年時(shí)間,在阿聯(lián)酋和中東地 區(qū),室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)這一職業(yè) 已經(jīng)成為建筑行業(yè)內(nèi)的 一個(gè)主流職業(yè)。由于這 一職業(yè)自身具有的復(fù)雜 性和該地區(qū)的一些自然 建筑物等原因,當(dāng)?shù)匾?經(jīng)派生出了一種專門針 對(duì)室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的咨詢公 司,他們擁有專業(yè)的設(shè) 計(jì)顧問和建筑公司。在 執(zhí)行內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目方面,由 于缺乏室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)的 人才,導(dǎo)致了只能夠依 賴于建筑和工程顧問來 對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行接管。以上 這些原因都促使室內(nèi)設(shè) 計(jì)專業(yè)對(duì)于實(shí)際訓(xùn)練的 需求。同時(shí)教育部門也 已經(jīng)針對(duì)這種需求的出 現(xiàn)制定了一系列有力的 措施,通過國家資助一 部分區(qū)域的大學(xué)和國外 的大學(xué)校園利用他們的 分支機(jī)構(gòu)在這一地區(qū)提 供豐富的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目 來滿足室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)

2、專業(yè)的 實(shí)習(xí)需求。通過藝術(shù)、 建筑科學(xué)與工程等課程 的價(jià)值和部分核心地的 段重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,來了解室 內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)這一職業(yè)的內(nèi)涵。在一個(gè)以設(shè)計(jì)顧問 和建筑行業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的市 場(chǎng)的地區(qū),施工項(xiàng)目管 理的需要得到足夠的重 視。室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生負(fù)責(zé)從整體的角度開發(fā)一個(gè)室內(nèi)空間的布局,結(jié)合建筑元素,通 過規(guī)劃空間使用一種內(nèi)部和裝飾用適當(dāng)?shù)募?具和配件、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師創(chuàng)造功能程式化的空 間。室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生將會(huì):1 .與客戶進(jìn)行有效的溝通,了解他們的室 內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的需要2 .構(gòu)思和現(xiàn)在創(chuàng)造性的解決方案和開發(fā)室 內(nèi)空間環(huán)境的功能3 .創(chuàng)建和發(fā)展計(jì)劃的設(shè)計(jì)理念4 .獲取資源和材料5 .確保設(shè)計(jì)方案滿足環(huán)境、健康、和安全 方針,

3、以及建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)6 .確保最佳的空間管理和放置家具及配件7 .執(zhí)行和維護(hù)預(yù)算為設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目8 .協(xié)調(diào)與其它專業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)如建筑師、 水管工、電工等此外,室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生需要相當(dāng)有條 理.最理想的情況是,他們應(yīng)該以客戶為主 導(dǎo),靈活的適應(yīng)客戶需求的變化.作為一個(gè) 團(tuán)隊(duì)工作者也很重要,因?yàn)槭覂?nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師必須 密切與其它專業(yè)人士需要完成開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng) 目.室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生擁有能夠敏銳地詳 細(xì)地對(duì)一切事物的鑒賞藝術(shù)和美學(xué)。雖然在過去的幾十年 中建筑師和室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師 已經(jīng)慢慢融入這一區(qū) 域,而且在該地區(qū)建設(shè) 項(xiàng)目的管理上工程師們都擁有一貫的優(yōu)勢(shì)。教 育部門為了滿足這種需 求,也通過制定設(shè)計(jì)專 業(yè)的教育內(nèi)容來改善這

Construction Project Management is a core area being given renewed imp

8、ortance by construction industry in a deadline oriented market.designconsultancies and theInterior design school graduates are responsible for developing the layout of an interior space from a holistic perspective, melding elements like architecture and decor. By planning the spatial use of an inter

9、ior and adorning it with appropriate furnishings and fittings, interior designers create functional stylized spaces. Interior design school graduates are expected to:1. Effectively communicate with clients tounderstand their interior design needs2. Conceptualize and present creative solutions to dev

10、elop functional and aesthetically- pleasing interior spaces3. Create and develop plans that document the design concept4. Render computerized images5. Obtain resources such as labor and materials7.6. Ensure the design plan meets environmental, health, and safety guidelines, as well as building and c
