3、發(fā)揮其效用,改善鉆井液性能,如 果沒有充分剪切,聚合物在第一次循環(huán)中就可能堵塞振動(dòng)篩網(wǎng), 損失大量的聚合物,增加鉆井成本,并且還可能使鉆井液中的大 尺寸的固相顆粒變硬而難以除掉;在完井液中,由于沒有充分剪 切,聚合物會(huì)產(chǎn)生許多“魚眼”。這些“魚眼”會(huì)傷害地層,使地 層滲透率降低,油氣層減產(chǎn)。經(jīng)過事實(shí)證明WJQ5 6 J-10 剪切泵具有優(yōu)良的性能,它能為高分子聚合物(也能為粘土)迅 速水合提供高度的剪切,解決聚合物(或粘土)在鉆井液中或完 井液中因水合不好而存在的突出問題。同時(shí),使用 WJQ5 6 J-10 剪切泵能使聚合物用量減少15%以上,膨潤(rùn)土 用量減少30%以上,并且改善了泥餅和液流損
4、失,降低鉆井液剪 切比速率,提高凝膠強(qiáng)度,達(dá)到了國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品的先進(jìn)水平,其 軸封結(jié)構(gòu)更可靠,使用維護(hù)更方便。2 .原理WJQ5 6 JC-10剪切泵密封采用了非??煽康臋C(jī)械密 封,保證無泄漏。泵內(nèi)部配有一個(gè)300mm不銹鋼渦輪(其上有 導(dǎo)葉、葉輪、44個(gè)噴嘴、4個(gè)收集室),及一個(gè)剪切板,能夠 產(chǎn)生超過s的小端剪切(液體剪切),當(dāng)液流通過剪切泵時(shí), 有一半(50%)的液體在渦輪收集室的強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)下將被剪切兩 次。該渦輪剪切泵安裝在一專用底座上,并用皮帶輪、窄V 帶和55KW/75kw防爆電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),與剪切泵配套使用的還有一 個(gè)尺寸適合的ZHP150混合漏斗,這樣組成了一個(gè)完善的剪切 及水合作用系統(tǒng)
5、。由于該泵軸封的改進(jìn),使其壽命大大提高。如遵循該泵安裝及特殊條件應(yīng)用的規(guī)則,將進(jìn)一步提高其 性能。本公司將對(duì)在油田及工業(yè)應(yīng)用中有利于提高該泵性能的一 般及特殊建議進(jìn)行處理。注意:該泵不能用于活性泥漿系統(tǒng),因?yàn)橄到y(tǒng)中的鉆井固 體及重晶石,它們?cè)谑艿郊羟袝r(shí)將很快損壞該泵。原理如圖一:圖一 WJQ5 6 JC-10 剪切泵原理圖聚合物流體從V流道進(jìn)入,并以平行與剪切板P的方向抽 送,收集室內(nèi)液流量的50%通過44個(gè)噴嘴N射出,并以高速 沖擊剪切板P,然后在M處90 方向進(jìn)入泵的蝸殼收集室???流V及射流N沿著剪切板流動(dòng)到達(dá)剪切盤的尖端T,在尖端有 許多牙齒,高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的牙齒使聚合物(或粘土)再一次被剪

9、0n剪切泵安裝、使用、維護(hù)指南引言本指南僅就WJQ5 X6"J-10"剪切泵的安裝、使用、維護(hù) 中的一般性問題作了介紹,供參考,本指南不能解決的問題, 請(qǐng)與本公司售后服務(wù)部門聯(lián)系,將會(huì)及時(shí)地給你答復(fù)。強(qiáng)調(diào)說明該泵只能在設(shè)計(jì)范圍內(nèi)使用。該泵主密封是機(jī)械密封,填料密封為輔密封,當(dāng)機(jī)封失效后, 方可壓緊填料密封,否則造成密封不必要損壞。該泵空轉(zhuǎn)不能超過5秒,必須注滿液體泥漿方可運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),否則會(huì) 造成機(jī)封損壞。安裝圖四WJQ5 6 J-10 剪切泵安裝系統(tǒng)流程圖剪切泵系統(tǒng)由剪切泵、混合漏斗、管線及聚合物(或粘土) 水合罐組成。為便于安裝和運(yùn)輸,聚合物(或粘土)水合罐由 井場(chǎng)泥漿罐的一個(gè)

11、減 少吸入損失。泵安裝基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)水平,牢固可靠,以避免振動(dòng)。皮帶輪的安裝A.兩皮帶輪軸線必須平行,且端面誤差不得超過2mm。B.皮帶必須找正、繃緊。C.電機(jī)安裝必須平穩(wěn)、牢固。進(jìn)口管路安裝A.吸入管路截面積必須大于或等于泵流道斷面積。B.吸入管路中不允許安裝節(jié)流閥,但可以安裝常開閥以減少液 流紊亂,該閥只能在拆泵進(jìn)行檢修時(shí)才能關(guān)閉。C.為避免吸入管路中產(chǎn)生汽泡,抽送源和泵之間應(yīng)從高到低逐 漸過渡。如果用戶需要泵在有吸程狀況下使用,請(qǐng)采用真空泵或 底閥引水。D.泵入口處的管路必須平直,其長(zhǎng)度至少為吸入管路直徑的 二倍。E.當(dāng)臨時(shí)使用軟管吸入管路時(shí),必須保證軟管不被壓縮,這 是因?yàn)槲攵喂軆?nèi)壓力一般都
12、比大氣壓低,在大氣壓作用下,軟 管被壓縮,從而導(dǎo)致流量降低甚至斷流。出口管路A.為便于泵的檢修,出口管路中應(yīng)該安裝常開閥。B.所有管路(包括入口管路)必須有自己的支撐,絕不允許 由泵承受管路重量。C.當(dāng)工作條件不明或不穩(wěn)定時(shí),出口管路中必須安裝節(jié)流閥, 以保證泵在設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)運(yùn)行。D.當(dāng)泵出口與壓力設(shè)備相接時(shí),在節(jié)流閥和泵出口之間必須 安裝止回閥,以防止液體回流,否則,回流液會(huì)導(dǎo)致泵發(fā)生“水 錘現(xiàn)象”而損壞。使用準(zhǔn)備A.用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵軸,必須保證運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活,各處不得有摩擦聲。B.檢查轉(zhuǎn)向,必須確保與泵體所示轉(zhuǎn)向一致。C.全開入口段的閥門。D.給泵體和入口段管路注滿液體,以排出空氣。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)操作A.準(zhǔn)備工作全部
13、結(jié)束后,開動(dòng)電機(jī)。潤(rùn)滑A.軸承潤(rùn)滑a.軸承采用30號(hào)機(jī)油潤(rùn)滑,泗滑油應(yīng)加至油標(biāo)的中線, 不要加過多油,否則將導(dǎo)致軸承振動(dòng)和過熱。每90天 或1000小時(shí)換油一次。b.在特殊情況下,軸承可用與潤(rùn)滑油相容的洞滑脂潤(rùn)滑。B.填料腔潤(rùn)滑a.填料腔必須經(jīng)常潤(rùn)滑,以防止填料過熱而損壞,一般要 求每天至少一次。b.注入潤(rùn)滑脂時(shí)必須旋轉(zhuǎn)泵軸,以使其充分進(jìn)入填料腔, 直到填料壓蓋端有油脂滲出為止。維護(hù)(參照?qǐng)D三及零件明細(xì)表2)A.拆卸:a.拆下皮帶輪組件。b.拆下填料壓板組件(26)。c.卸下泵殼(1 )od.拆除葉輪組件(2)、剪切板(3)、加強(qiáng)板(4):先拆下 螺母(33、34)(螺母為反扣)及墊圈(35)
14、,注意如無 葉輪扳手,則用木制墊塊和木榔頭敲擊渦輪背部輻筋, 退出葉輪組件(2)(拆出時(shí)應(yīng)先在皮帶輪端卡住軸,以防轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng))。e.拆除加強(qiáng)套(32)和機(jī)封動(dòng)環(huán)組件(31)。f.拆除護(hù)板(5)和填料箱(6)og.退出軸套(30),如果軸套過緊,可用楔形塊敲擊其尾 部(軸肩處)使其松動(dòng)。h.退出擋泥環(huán)(24)O1 .拆下左、右端蓋(7、19)oj.從軸承托架內(nèi)退出軸承總成。k.松掉鎖緊墊圈,拆出鎖緊螺母(17)和鎖緊墊圈(18)o1 .拆下軸承托架,退出軸承(14)(用墊塊墊上,敲擊軸 中心)。m.退出軸承(9)(用3英寸套筒對(duì)準(zhǔn)軸承內(nèi)圈,敲擊套筒 使內(nèi)軸承退出)。B.檢查a.葉輪:嚴(yán)重汽蝕(特別是主
15、葉片)、過度腐蝕、磨損、 破損時(shí),要求更換葉輪。b.軸:徑向跳動(dòng)超過,軸承座及油封位置嚴(yán)重擦傷,軸上 螺紋、溝槽、臺(tái)肩及其它表面有損傷時(shí),要求修整軸, 無法修整時(shí),則更換軸。c.軸套:表面粗糙及損傷嚴(yán)重時(shí),更換軸套。d.經(jīng)過拆卸的油封必須更換。e.滾動(dòng)軸承:對(duì)過度磨損,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)過緊、過松或有噪聲的 軸承必須更換(新軸承只有在更換時(shí)才能開封,所換軸 承必須和泵原用軸承型號(hào)、尺寸一致)。f.。型密封圈:一般經(jīng)過拆卸的。型密封圈應(yīng)更換,對(duì)其 它密封墊片等,只要沒有破損,也可以再用。C.裝配(參照?qǐng)D三及零件明細(xì)表2)a.裝配前所有零件必須清洗,特別是0型圈密封槽,螺紋、 軸承及軸承潤(rùn)滑部位,要仔細(xì)清洗,
16、對(duì)一些粗糙部位還應(yīng)用細(xì)紗布打磨。b.裝軸承(14)時(shí),兩軸承應(yīng)背對(duì)背安裝,旋進(jìn)鎖緊螺母 后要扣住鎖緊墊片,鎖緊螺母緊固力矩:346牛米。c.在裝軸套(30)時(shí),在軸上涂一薄層減摩劑。d.葉輪背面和護(hù)板之間的間隙為。e.填料壓蓋不能擰得過緊,否則泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)可能導(dǎo)致填料燒 壞。f.裝配順序按拆卸逆方向進(jìn)行,裝配好后,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸應(yīng)靈活, 各部位不得有阻卡。如有阻卡,調(diào)節(jié)螺栓(26)和螺母 (27)O上緊螺栓(26)是將泵軸及軸上的零件向右移 動(dòng),松動(dòng)螺栓(26)是將軸及軸上的零件向左移動(dòng)。注意:無論是將軸左調(diào)或右調(diào),調(diào)整完畢后,一定要將螺 栓(26)上緊,螺母(27)并緊,以防止軸運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)軸向竄 動(dòng)。D.
17、故障及排除a.填料密封泄漏嚴(yán)重,填料嚴(yán)重磨損,軸套表面磨損。拆下填料,用一細(xì)鐵絲彎曲90 ,在軸套壁上移動(dòng), 如果檢查到有過深的溝槽則更換軸套,填料壓蓋壓得過 緊導(dǎo)致填料磨損嚴(yán)重。b.聚胺脂油封(20)磨損嚴(yán)重導(dǎo)致泄漏。排出:更換聚胺脂油封(20)。一般情況,當(dāng)泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3-6個(gè)月后,應(yīng)更換一次軸封處的 聚胺脂油封和軸套。c.填料燒壞。原因:填料壓蓋壓得過緊,引起發(fā)熱。排出:更換填料,壓蓋不能壓得過緊。d.葉輪或副葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)不正常。原因:葉輪背面和護(hù)板間隙過小,或副葉輪與護(hù)板和 填料盒之間間隙過小。排出:用螺栓(26)和螺母(27)調(diào)節(jié)間隙。調(diào)節(jié)完 后用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸,各部位不得有阻卡、摩擦聲,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。
