1、工程力學(xué)征稿簡(jiǎn)則1.工程力學(xué)主要報(bào)導(dǎo)力學(xué)在工程及結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用，刊登力學(xué)在科研、設(shè)計(jì)、施工、教學(xué)和生產(chǎn)方面具有學(xué)術(shù)水平、創(chuàng)造性和實(shí)用價(jià)值的論文，包括力學(xué)在土木建筑、水工港工、公路鐵路、橋梁隧道、航海造船、航空航天、礦山冶金、機(jī)械化工、國(guó)防軍工、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)、能源環(huán)保等工程中的應(yīng)用且具有一定學(xué)術(shù)水平的研究成果。特別歡迎具有創(chuàng)新水平的力學(xué)分析及大型工程實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。提交的論文必須對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外前沿進(jìn)展有一定評(píng)述。2. 來(lái)稿務(wù)求觀點(diǎn)明確、論據(jù)可靠、數(shù)字準(zhǔn)確、文字精練，推導(dǎo)從簡(jiǎn)，給出主要成果和結(jié)論。凡已被本刊錄用的論文，版權(quán)及著作權(quán)使用許可歸工程力學(xué)所有，編輯部有權(quán)入編CNKI中國(guó)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和各類(lèi)光盤(pán)版

2、、電子版、國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)檢索及科技文摘數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等。3.來(lái)稿要求和注意事項(xiàng)3.1來(lái)稿請(qǐng)通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)投稿系統(tǒng)和電子信箱同時(shí)發(fā)送本編輯部（網(wǎng)址和信箱參見(jiàn)封底）。投稿時(shí)務(wù)請(qǐng)附上投稿聲明（見(jiàn)網(wǎng)站“下載中心”部分）及永久聯(lián)系人的詳細(xì)通信地址、電話及E-mail等有關(guān)信息。并郵寄審稿費(fèi)，每篇200.00元。3.2來(lái)稿要求字跡清楚，符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（1）測(cè)量、統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，公歷年月日，一律用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。符號(hào)采用國(guó)際符號(hào)體系，計(jì)量采用法定計(jì)量單位，工程術(shù)語(yǔ)一律采用現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。（2）外文字母（特別是公式中的易混字母）需用印刷體書(shū)寫(xiě)。3.3圖名、表名要給出英譯。圖線、圖字要清晰明確。3.4參考文獻(xiàn)不得少于10篇，并注意以近期文獻(xiàn)為主且需含有

3、國(guó)外文獻(xiàn)，每篇參考文獻(xiàn)至少在正文中出現(xiàn)一次，并按序號(hào)依次在引用處給出文獻(xiàn)序號(hào)的標(biāo)注，未公開(kāi)發(fā)表的資料請(qǐng)勿引用。書(shū)寫(xiě)要全面、準(zhǔn)確，依次為作者（編者、譯者）、論文題目、刊名、年、卷、期、起止頁(yè)碼（如系圖書(shū)，應(yīng)為著者、書(shū)名、版次、出版社、年代）等各項(xiàng)均應(yīng)寫(xiě)清。中、日、韓的文獻(xiàn)要在原文獻(xiàn)下面附上英譯，內(nèi)容及順序與原文一致。3.5英文摘要與中文摘要基本一致，避免使用第一人稱，字?jǐn)?shù)不得少于700個(gè)印刷符號(hào)。內(nèi)容為研究對(duì)象、研究方法、結(jié)果和結(jié)論，不需介紹課題的背景信息。文字簡(jiǎn)明準(zhǔn)確，盡量用短句?？s寫(xiě)詞在文摘和正文中第一次出現(xiàn)時(shí)用括號(hào)寫(xiě)明全稱，大眾熟悉的縮寫(xiě)詞如CPU、CAD等除外。3.6稿件應(yīng)為未公開(kāi)發(fā)表過(guò)

4、的，并遵守國(guó)家保密和著作權(quán)法有關(guān)規(guī)定，如有抄襲剽竊等學(xué)術(shù)不端問(wèn)題以及侵權(quán)、泄密等違規(guī)行為，一切責(zé)任均由作者承擔(dān)。4.來(lái)稿請(qǐng)勿一稿兩投。無(wú)論刊登與否恕不退稿。作者可以登陸本刊網(wǎng)站“作者查稿區(qū)”查詢論文的處理情況。5.本刊一稿三審，并執(zhí)行雙向保密即作者與審稿人互不透明。編輯部謝絕對(duì)審稿意見(jiàn)的任何查詢。Instructions to Contributors1. Engineering Mechanics is a comprehensive academic monthly journal supervised by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and A

5、pplied Mechanics. It mainly reports applications of mechanics in various engineering areas. Meeting this purpose, the journal publishes original and creative academic work with practical applications The concept of mechanics is interpreted in a broad sense conveying the information of civil engineer

6、ing, hydraulic engineering, aeronautics, astronautics, metallurgy, mining, railways, machinery, shipbuilding, energy, environment-protection, earthquakes, etc. The journal welcomes particularly innovative researches on mechanical analysis and large-scale engineering experiment. Overseas contributors

7、 are welcome to submit manuscripts in English. 2.The Copyright Law is strictly respected. Authors are solely responsible for the factual accuracy and obtaining the copyright holders permission to reproduce any materials as copyrighted. The authors are urged to write as concisely as possible. Major c

8、ontributions and conclusions must be clearly identified in the manuscript. Once a paper is accepted, its copyright is assigned exclusively to the Journal of Engineering Mechanics. 3.Manuscript Preparation:3.1Manuscripts together with the Copyright Agreementbe submitted complete postal address, the t

9、elephone numbers and the E-mail address of the corresponding author, should also be provided. Authors are required to remit the editorial office $30 as the review fees for each manuscript. 3.2Legibility: Use Arabic numerals for measurement, statistical data and calendar days. Commonly used symbols a

10、re suggested. Characters that may be confused should be distinguished clearly e.g. 0 (numeral) and O (letter), 1 (numeral) and I (letter). The use of SI units is mandatory.3.3All illustrations should be provided in a camera-ready form. Photocopies of illustrations are acceptable as long as they are

11、adequately legible. They should be placed at the right positions in the manuscript. The original illustrations should be supplied when the manuscript is accepted for publication.3.4A minimum of ten references, preferably of late years, should be cited consecutively in the manuscript. All references

12、cited in the text should be collected in a list following the text of the manuscript. They should run consecutively through the paper. The references should be complete and grouped in the following sequence: Surname and initials of the author(s), title of paper, (publisher for book), year of publica

13、tion, volume number, issue number, inclusive page numbers. Authors may consult the latest issues of the journal for style.3.5The first person (e.g. I or we) should be avoided in the English abstract. The English abstract should be more than 700 printed characters but no more than 1200. It should inc

14、lude the objective, implementation processes and methodology, and conclusions. The exposition should be concise and logical. The use of short sentences is encouraged. The English abstract should be consistent with the Chinese version. A Chinese version of the English abstract is desirable but not ne

15、cessary for overseas contributions who submit manuscripts in English.3.6Only articles which are not published in other journals or proceedings may be submitted. Authors are responsible for any plagiarism committed in the article.4.The manuscript will not be returned to the authors regardless of whet

16、her or not it is accepted. Authors may inquire about the status of the manuscript via Manuscript Tracking in the online system after submission.5.Once the paper is accepted, a ruled layout sheet will be sent to the authors. Authors should submit in time an electronic copy on a compact disk along with a hardcopy of the final version of the manuscript to the Editorial Office. 6.Multiple submissions of a manuscript are not accepted for review.工
