1、 2006(3 工程機械天津工程機械研究院、 同濟大學與合肥礦山機器廠、 浙江大學與長江挖掘機廠、 廣西玉林柴油機廠合作, 都取得了一些成果。目前國內(nèi)液壓挖掘機大部分采用恒功率控制系 統(tǒng) 1, 為了使液壓挖掘機能適應(yīng)不同作業(yè)工況的需求目前國內(nèi)外挖掘機大多采用恒功率變量泵, 有 效地提高了液壓系統(tǒng)對負載功率的適應(yīng)性,防止了 發(fā)動機的過載 (這是恒功率控制最重要的功能 , 但 泵的工作點依然在受限制的狀態(tài) 2。 變量泵的恒功率 調(diào)節(jié)可采用機械式或微控制器 (MC 來實現(xiàn)。 一般的*國家 863項目 :液壓挖掘機機電一體化及制造信息化 , 課題編號 :2003AA43020019 2006(3工程機

According to the diversity and complexity of loads varia

10、-tion, the controller adjusts engine and pump separately to create a satisfactory match state between them. The hydraulic pump fully absorbs and utilizes the power from engine to increase fuel utiliza-tion ratio and overall machine efficiency. The test on excavator prototype shows excellent energy-s

14、igning and drawing are very complicate procedures. Taking wet multi-disc friction clutch, which is widely used on dozers home and abroad, as an example, parametric design is applied to steering clutch on the platform of powerful M DT 3D design software. 3D parametric model building of some main comp

15、onents are described:parametric drawing was conducted with the chart drive function in M DT, parts and compo-nents database was set up and 3D assembly was achieved finally. The application of M DT standardizes and parameterizes the design of steering clutch, which greatly decrease the work volume of de-signers, increase design efficiency and shorten product develop-ment period, it provides a reference for the parametric design of other machinery produc
