1、單元:Unit 5 課題:What do they do? 課時(shí): 1 課型:新授【教學(xué)內(nèi)容】 Story time【教學(xué)目標(biāo)】(一)知識(shí)目標(biāo)1 通過(guò)整體閱讀Story time,理清語(yǔ)篇思路,了解其中所涉及人物的職業(yè)。2 在故事中學(xué)習(xí),通過(guò)查閱單詞表、字典、猜測(cè)詞義等方式聽懂、會(huì)說(shuō)、會(huì)讀單詞:teacher, teach, write, writer, work, worker, farmer, doctor, nurse, policeman, cook, help, sick people, factory. 3 學(xué)生能夠運(yùn)用句型:What do/does do? 來(lái)詢問別人的職業(yè),并掌

2、握其回答:Im/Hes/Shes a 。(二)能力目標(biāo)1能夠用正確的語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)調(diào)朗讀故事,復(fù)述故事。2通過(guò)自主學(xué)習(xí)和小組合作,能主動(dòng)詢問或者介紹自己和別人的職業(yè)。(三)情感目標(biāo) 1能夠在閱讀過(guò)程中了解和體驗(yàn)各種職業(yè)的樂趣。2結(jié)合家庭實(shí)際情況,能給自己的同伴介紹自己家人的職業(yè)?!窘虒W(xué)重點(diǎn)】通過(guò)有步驟的閱讀,掌握Story time的大意,能運(yùn)用這課所學(xué)的知識(shí)來(lái)詢問他人的職業(yè)和介紹自己和他人的職業(yè)?!窘虒W(xué)難點(diǎn)】詞匯:sick, factory, writer, people等詞的讀音;teaches, has, writes, works, helps, makes, does的動(dòng)詞三單的讀音及正確

3、用法?!窘虒W(xué)準(zhǔn)備】教學(xué)光盤、單詞卡、小獎(jiǎng)品等。【課前先學(xué)】 1. 查閱單詞表和字典,寫出書本P48頁(yè)下方單詞的音標(biāo),先自己根據(jù)音標(biāo)試讀,然后聽錄音驗(yàn)證。 2. 了解自己家人的年齡、體貌特征、職業(yè)、興趣愛好等,盡量用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)。 3. 導(dǎo)P41頁(yè)自主先學(xué)題?!窘虒W(xué)過(guò)程】先 學(xué) 預(yù) 設(shè)后 教 策 略二次調(diào)整Step 1. Preparation1. Brain storm教師先給出一個(gè)單詞,然后要求學(xué)生說(shuō)出一個(gè)同類的單詞。本活動(dòng)可以以小組的形式進(jìn)行比賽操作,也可以以接龍形式進(jìn)行。如:T: Father.(Mother/brother/sister/aunt/uncle/grandpa/grandma

Guess their nouns according to the rules.T: Pay attention: write本身是e結(jié)尾,名詞直接加r。writer,worker, farmerT: (出示cook, policeman) 特殊的

He likes playing football.(讓學(xué)生展示自己所做的名片,然后用英語(yǔ)介紹一下自己父親或母親。)既然是“頭腦風(fēng)暴”,就特別注重學(xué)生的快速反應(yīng)能力,要注意學(xué)生說(shuō)得又快又對(duì),小組評(píng)價(jià)及時(shí)展開。通過(guò)Free talk環(huán)節(jié),復(fù)習(xí)有關(guān)家庭成員類的詞匯,體貌特征及動(dòng)作類等的詞匯。這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)教師在處理的時(shí)候要注意選擇對(duì)話的對(duì)象,難易程度針對(duì)不同的學(xué)生,盡量激發(fā)學(xué)生原有的語(yǔ)言知識(shí),為新課學(xué)習(xí)做好鋪墊。為了降低story time環(huán)節(jié)中的單

14、詞難點(diǎn),可以在預(yù)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合教師的生活實(shí)際,先解決幾個(gè)職業(yè)類的單詞。先讓學(xué)生通過(guò)猜測(cè)老師可以做什么,來(lái)逐步接觸drive,driver;teach, teacher,如果學(xué)生不理解drive,教師可以做動(dòng)作讓學(xué)生理解并嘗試讀。讓學(xué)生觀察teacher, driver和其對(duì)應(yīng)的動(dòng)詞形式,找出這兩個(gè)職業(yè)類的名詞有什么特征。學(xué)生有可能讀不準(zhǔn)work,教師可以給一些音標(biāo)的提示或者利用其他單詞來(lái)找發(fā)音規(guī)律,比如word, bird。對(duì)于farm這個(gè)詞,學(xué)生只知道它的名詞意思,是農(nóng)場(chǎng),不知道它也是一個(gè)動(dòng)詞,教師可告知他們farm的另一個(gè)意思是種田。這些詞加了er以后,讀音有什么區(qū)別呢?請(qǐng)學(xué)生聽一聽,說(shuō)

15、一說(shuō),再讀一讀。Policeman中a的讀音學(xué)生易讀錯(cuò)為/e/,教師要其注意發(fā)音為/。讓學(xué)生盡量自己總結(jié) They are all jobs.基礎(chǔ)好的學(xué)生能夠回答怎樣詢問別人的職業(yè)What do you do? 在這一句型練習(xí)中,教師可先作示范,然后讓學(xué)生兩兩操練,學(xué)生可能在does和do及he和she之間有所混淆,教師可啟發(fā)他們自我糾錯(cuò)。這是初讀環(huán)節(jié),學(xué)生可能會(huì)照著書本全部讀出,教師提醒只需說(shuō)出職業(yè)名稱即可。學(xué)生可能對(duì)factory worker中的factory不認(rèn)識(shí),教師啟發(fā)他們根據(jù)插圖及上下文猜測(cè)詞義。出示判斷題時(shí),學(xué)生對(duì)sick people不理解,教師可以讓其聯(lián)系語(yǔ)境猜測(cè),指出其近義詞ill,對(duì)ill和sick的區(qū)別稍作講解。(見教參P98)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生在獨(dú)立閱讀語(yǔ)篇時(shí)要圈畫出與問題相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,幫助思考。 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注幾個(gè)動(dòng)詞的三單形式,并請(qǐng)學(xué)生當(dāng)小老師領(lǐng)讀,可以結(jié)合書本91頁(yè)指導(dǎo)這個(gè)語(yǔ)法知識(shí)。學(xué)生可能會(huì)忽略文中動(dòng)詞三單的讀音,教師要提醒學(xué)生關(guān)注錄音中的三單讀音,并在書上用/s/或/z/標(biāo)記。引導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)述課文時(shí)要抓住板書中的關(guān)鍵詞,如果學(xué)生有錯(cuò)誤,引導(dǎo)其他學(xué)生糾錯(cuò)。教師指導(dǎo)制作名片:You can make like this (多媒體呈現(xiàn)老師設(shè)計(jì)的
