SHIPMENT:The Sellers shall ship the goods within the shipme

FORCE MAJEUREThe Sellers shall not be held responsible for the delay in shipment or non-delivery of the goods due to Force Majeure, which might occur during the process of manufacturing or in the course o

The Sellers shall advise the Buyers immediately of the occurrence mentioned above and within fourteen days thereafter, the Sellers shall send by airmail to the Buyers for their acceptance a certificate of the accident issued by the Competent Government Authorities where the acc

14、ident occurs as evidence thereof. Under such circumstances the Sellers, however, are still under the obligation to takeall necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. In case the accident lastsfor more than weeks, the Buyers shall have the right to cancel the Contract.不可抗力：對(duì)于制造或裝船運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中可能

15、產(chǎn)生的不可抗力而造成的遲交貨或不能交貨,賣(mài)方可以不承擔(dān)責(zé)任.賣(mài)方應(yīng)立即在不可抗力產(chǎn)生的 日內(nèi)將有關(guān)情況通知買(mǎi)方,并且賣(mài)方 應(yīng)用航空郵件將有關(guān)政府當(dāng)局部門(mén)出具的證實(shí)不可抗力產(chǎn)生的文件寄送給買(mǎi)方.在此情況下,賣(mài)方仍應(yīng)盡最大努力采取各種舉措促使貨物的發(fā)運(yùn).如果事故持續(xù) 周,買(mǎi)方有權(quán)取消該合同.16.
