教師教育教學(xué)常規(guī)管理辦法

1、仁懷市中樞二小教師教育教學(xué)常規(guī)管理辦法（試用）為了規(guī)范教師教學(xué)行為，加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，提高師資隊(duì)伍的綜合素質(zhì)，強(qiáng)化工作紀(jì)律，轉(zhuǎn)變工作作風(fēng)。根據(jù)中樞二小教師工作績(jī)效考核實(shí)施方案 、 中樞二小教師工作考核方案的要求，特制定本管理意見(jiàn)。一、總則1、教學(xué)是學(xué)校的中心工作。教學(xué)常規(guī)是教學(xué)工作正常、有序進(jìn)行的保證。學(xué)校要認(rèn)真抓好教學(xué)常規(guī)管理，全面貫徹實(shí)施國(guó)家教育方針，認(rèn)真實(shí)施教育法規(guī)，深化教學(xué)改革，努力提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。2、小學(xué)教育是基礎(chǔ)教育，學(xué)校要全面實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育。學(xué)校要按國(guó)家教學(xué)計(jì)劃開(kāi)齊、開(kāi)足課程，教師要按新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和教材創(chuàng)造性地進(jìn)行教學(xué)。3、教學(xué)是教師和學(xué)生之間的互動(dòng)過(guò)程。在教學(xué)中，教師既要發(fā)揮指導(dǎo)作用

15、y 輔助教學(xué)；根據(jù)學(xué)情確定相對(duì)統(tǒng)一的教學(xué)目標(biāo)和作業(yè)量。4、備課中必須要有這幾塊內(nèi)容：課題、課時(shí)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)目標(biāo)、重難點(diǎn)、課前準(zhǔn)備、課時(shí)安排、教學(xué)流程、板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì)。教學(xué)流程中要體現(xiàn)新課改理念，重要環(huán)節(jié)注明設(shè)計(jì)意圖。同時(shí)根據(jù)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)需要準(zhǔn)備好相應(yīng)的課件。課后寫(xiě)好教學(xué)反思。5、各校要采用抽查與普查相結(jié)合的方式，檢查時(shí)要注明檢查人姓名和日期，并加蓋公章。檢查情況要記錄、評(píng)價(jià)和及時(shí)反饋并存入教師業(yè)務(wù)檔案。（二）上課聽(tīng)課1、全體教師必須按課表上課。有特殊情況，教導(dǎo)處負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)度，教師不得自行安排。2、各校要重點(diǎn)抓課堂教學(xué)改革，每周隨堂聽(tīng)課，做到“及時(shí)看，課上聽(tīng)，隨時(shí)查”，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)指正。3、教師在課堂不得使用通

28、練（觀察、實(shí)驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐活動(dòng)）課，教師要認(rèn)真組織學(xué)生有序進(jìn)入訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)所，上課期間認(rèn)真管理，不能出現(xiàn)組織散亂現(xiàn)象、提前下課現(xiàn)象。8、體育課要組織學(xué)生列隊(duì)進(jìn)入操場(chǎng)，課前要清點(diǎn)學(xué)生，檢查體育器材的安全性，課中活動(dòng)要組織有序，下課時(shí)要集隊(duì)清點(diǎn)學(xué)生，嚴(yán)禁放羊式教學(xué)。9、每位教師每學(xué)期必須聽(tīng)課10 節(jié)以上，教研組長(zhǎng)不少于15 節(jié)，每次聽(tīng)后有評(píng)議。（三）作業(yè)布置與批改1、作業(yè)題要精選，題型要多樣化，難易要有一定的梯度，要有利于學(xué)生理解和鞏固所學(xué)的知識(shí)，提倡根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)，兼顧學(xué)生個(gè)體認(rèn)知差異，布置分層次作業(yè)、選擇性作業(yè)。2、控制作業(yè)量，低年級(jí)提倡在課堂上完成作業(yè)，提倡布置活動(dòng)性、實(shí)踐性的家庭作業(yè)。小學(xué)一、二年級(jí)

37、導(dǎo)；既要輔導(dǎo)成績(jī)差的學(xué)生，讓他們提高成績(jī)；又要輔導(dǎo)哪些學(xué)有專長(zhǎng)的學(xué)生，讓他們?cè)趯W(xué)科競(jìng)賽中脫穎而出。2、輔導(dǎo)要講求實(shí)效，教師不但要熱心、耐心，而且要鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生樹(shù)立信心。要加強(qiáng)學(xué)法指導(dǎo)和課外閱讀指導(dǎo)。3、輔導(dǎo)的形式要多樣化，要組織學(xué)生參加豐富多彩的課外活動(dòng)、科普活動(dòng)、社會(huì)調(diào)查等探究性活動(dòng)。4、對(duì)自己任教班級(jí)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)是教師應(yīng)盡的職責(zé)，不得收費(fèi)。不得借輔導(dǎo)為名利用節(jié)假日為學(xué)生集體補(bǔ)課。（五）考核與評(píng)價(jià)1、檢查教學(xué)效果應(yīng)采取考查、考試兩種形式。課堂提問(wèn)、隨堂提問(wèn)、隨堂測(cè)試、檢查作業(yè)屬于平時(shí)考查，期末素質(zhì)測(cè)試屬考試。考查由任課老師組織。2、考試方法要有利于實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育。各校每期要自行舉行期中考試，期末
