Late arrivals, vacations and absences: Alls areexpected to attend class from the first day of their course.
19、No refund is given for time missed due to arrivals after the published course commencement date, vacations, absences or public holidays. Such periods of absence will not be replaced by a extension of any course. No refunds or substitutions will befor classes missed due to exams, excursions, first da
20、y orientation or other obligations that fall outside the normal teaching schedule. Classes are not held, and many campus facilities ared, on public holidays. All published course dates start on a Monday, but if the Monday is a public holiday, the course startwill fall on the Tuesday.s may be given w
21、ritten permission for late arrival up to 2 weeks from their published course commencement date.1.4. Placement: Bradford College reserves the right to place ainto the most appropriate class, and to postpone subjects to the following semester where there is an insufficient number ofs for that subject.
22、1.5. Course changes: Bradford College has the right to change course dates, course curricula, tutors and programs at any time at its discretion. However, in cases where the course is rescheduled before the first class and the new date is unacceptable to the, all unused tuition fees will be refunded.

Codes of practice: Bradford abides by the National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Ed
39、ucation and Training to Overseass 2007 (the National Code)College refund policy. Tuition fees include lessons, orientation, use of computer facilities and internet quota, placementand progress testing and a Bradford Collegeuponand the Educational Services for Overseas2000successful completion of the

Further information about the National Codethe right to withhold the gr ng of aattained by acan be obtained atif tuition fees or any other fees remain outstanding. Pathway destination Change Fee: Bradford College reserves the right to charge a AUD 100 administration fee if adecides to change their University of Adelaide Bachelor destination more than on
43、ce after enrolment. The fee will apply to any instances where subsequent changes (after the initial adjustment) are.or6. CONSUMER. An Australian visa application is refused; Where avisaapplication is rejected, all tuition fees paid will be refunded infull, less an administration fee of AUD 240, once
44、 proof of the visa refusal has been provided to Bradford College; or6.1. Agreement to these Terms and Conditions, and the availability of complaints and appeals processes, does not remove the rightof ato take action under Australias consumerlaws, or their right to pursue other legal remedies under A

Books and learning materials:s may be required topurchase textbooks, workbooks, stationery, software and other required learning materials at an additional cost.s of any additional costs are in the Bradford CollegeHand

Additional services: Any additional services (such as travel, telephone costs, excursions, medical costs, special diet, non-Bradford College exams and enrolment amendments) are not included in any fees unless specifically stated on a valid invoice fr

Partial tuition fee refunds are payable in the following manner: 90% of the tuition fee is refundable when the offer of enrolment is withdrawn because of incor
48、rect or incomplete informationd by theat the time of enrolment;6.2.s will be advised of any changes to these Terms andConditions that may result from a directive of the governing body of Bradford College or government legislation. Any dispute, claim or other matter arising will be subject to the law

DECLARATIONUpon submitting an application to Bradford College, and subsequently undertaking any study at Bradford College, the(or their authorised representative on thes behalf if theis under 18 years of age):7.1. Declares that the information provided in their application fo
50、rm is true and complete in every.7.2. Understands that giving false or incomplete information may lead to the refusal of their application or cancellation of their enrolment. 80% of the tuition fee is refundable when thenotifiesthe college of their decision not to enrol at least 4 weeks before the p
51、ublished course commencement date; or 50% of the tuition fee is refundable when thenotifies thecollege of their decision not to enrol less than 4 weeks before the published course commencement date.4.5. No tuition fee refund is payable if: Bradford College receives written notification of cancellati
52、on of enrolment for aafter the published commencement date of thes course;1.11. Privacy:al information collected by BradfordCollege which identifies a sand information regarding as course progress and attendance may be shared by Bradford College with the Australian government, or State and Territory
