The PRIDE(Parents Resource for Drug Education) survey of more than 140,000 students shows that 11-to 14-year-olds is on the rise, with 11.4 percent of junior-high students reporting monthly use of marijuana(大麻), cocaine, or other illicit drugs. In a study issued last ye

24、ar by the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse(CASA) at Columbia University, researches found that drugs are more readily available and used by youth at a younger age than ever before.(5)The findings have sounded a national alarm and ongoing debate about how to counter the disturbing tre
