15、es , grss weight , name f vessel and shipment date by tl/fa/cable within hurs .15質(zhì)量保證：quality guarantee :貨物品質(zhì)規(guī)格必須符合本合同及質(zhì)量保證書之規(guī)定，品質(zhì)保證期為貨到目的港個(gè)月內(nèi)，在保證期限內(nèi)，因制造廠商在設(shè)計(jì)制造過程中的缺陷造成的貨物損害應(yīng)由賣方負(fù)責(zé)賠償。the sellers shall guarantee that the cmmdity must be in cnfrmity with the quality and specificatins specified in this

16、cntract and letter f quality guarantee .the guarantee perid shall be mnths after the arrival f the gds at the prt f destinatin , and during the perid the sellers shall be respnsible fr the damage due t the defects in designing and manufacturing f the manufacturer.16商品檢驗(yàn)：賣方須在裝運(yùn)前日委托檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)合同之貨物進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)并出具檢驗(yàn)

17、證書，貨到目的港后，由買方委托檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行復(fù)檢。gds inspectin : the sellers shall have the gds inspected by inspectin authrity days befre the shipment and issued the inspectin certificate . the buyers shall have the gds reinspected by inspectin authrity after the gds arrival at the destinatin.17索賠claims:如經(jīng)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)復(fù)檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)貨物有

18、損壞、殘缺或品名、規(guī)格、數(shù)量及質(zhì)量與本合同及質(zhì)量保證書之規(guī)定不符，買方可于貨到目的港后天內(nèi)憑上述檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的證明書向賣方要求索賠。如上述規(guī)定之索賠期與質(zhì)量保證期不一致，在質(zhì)量保證期限內(nèi)買方仍可向賣方就質(zhì)量保證條款之內(nèi)容向賣方提出索賠。the buyers shall ldge claims against the sellers based n the inspectin certificate issued by china inspectin authrity days after the arrival f the gds at the destinatin , if the gds

20、ve rights t ldge claims against the sellers cncerning the quality guarantee.18延期交貨違約金late delivery and penalty除雙方認(rèn)可的不可抗力因素外，賣方遲于合同規(guī)定的期限交貨，如買方同意遲延交貨，賣方應(yīng)同意對(duì)信用證有關(guān)條款進(jìn)行個(gè)性和同意銀行在議付貨款時(shí)扣除本條規(guī)定的違約金。違約金總值不超過貨物總價(jià)值的5%，差率按7天.%計(jì)算，不滿7天仍按7天計(jì)算。在未采用信用證支付的情況下，賣方應(yīng)將前述方法計(jì)算的違約金即付買方。if the sellers fail t make delivery n time
