1、甘州區(qū)新墩中心學校教師教師繼續(xù)教育工作2010-2015五年規(guī)劃一、指導思想為做好新課程師資培訓工作，為努力建設一支觀念新、能力強、 素質高的新型教師隊伍，以適應當前基礎教育改革發(fā)展及全面推進素 質教育的需要，為貫徹落實區(qū)教育局有關中小學教師繼續(xù)教育校本培 訓指導意見及崗位培訓實施方案的文件精神， 切實保證學校教師繼續(xù) 教育校本培訓的順利實施，結合我校實際，特制定本五年規(guī)劃。二、培訓目標通過五年的校本培訓，教師實施素質教育的能力和水平有較大的 提高：具備實施新課程的能力；樹立教師專業(yè)化意識，專業(yè)發(fā)展取得 新的進展；教師教科研能力和綜合素質有明顯提高， 區(qū)級骨干教師的 比例達到50%以上，市級骨

2、干教師達 30%以上，學科帶頭人達 10%以上。建立并完善校本培訓的制度體系，保證校本培訓與管理 規(guī)范運行。1 .通過培訓，使教師更新觀念，提升教師職業(yè)道德水準，增強現(xiàn) 代教育理論素養(yǎng)，明確教師專業(yè)發(fā)展內涵，理解并認同新課程的基本 理念2 .通過培訓，使教師變革教學行為，能夠整合課程理念與課程實 施，學會教學設計，初步掌握教學新方式、新技能、新手段，形成新 的教育教學能力。3 .通過培訓，使教師成為具有現(xiàn)代信息意識和能力的新人，能較熟練地運用計算機和網(wǎng)絡輔助教學，輔助管理及輔助教育教學研究。4 .通過培訓，使教師具有較高的教育科研素質，掌握教育科研方 法，提高教師積極自覺地開展教學改革和教學研

19、行動實踐；交流、反思、實踐來達到更新教育觀念，提升專業(yè)化水平的目的。研修：研修包括“集體備課、公開上課、公開說課、公開評課、撰寫教學論文”等環(huán)節(jié)。即全體教師結合任教學科，按照課改要求，每學期上一次研修課。通過研修課教學，進行行動研究，教學反思，提高自己的課堂教學能力，逐步適應課改要求。六、培訓內容1. 教師職業(yè)道德培訓。培訓時間安排在每周四下午，及寒暑假期間進行。根據(jù)教育存在的熱點、難點問題，結合我校實際，以活動為載體， 以案例教學、典型報告為基本形式，對教師進行政治思想教育、心理健康教育、法制教育和職業(yè)道德教育，達到穩(wěn)定思想、純潔隊伍、提高質量的目的。通過培訓，使教師樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀
