Please obey the following rules for your safe usage.（一）當(dāng)卷揚機(jī)安裝完畢后，試車前首先應(yīng)進(jìn)行全面檢查，檢查內(nèi)容：After being installed, before run test, you should do a overall test as following 1. 卷揚機(jī)各零件有無損

35、壞，連接螺栓是否緊固。The damage of the components and the connecting bolt2. 卷揚機(jī)齒輪箱潤滑油油量是否符合規(guī)定。Tthe oil quantity of gear boxs lubricating oil 3. 卷揚機(jī)電機(jī)控制箱絕緣電阻要求大于0.5M接地電阻小于10。The insulation resistance of electric engines control box is larger than 0.5M, the grounding resistance is less than 10.4. 電源開關(guān)至控制箱接線，控制箱

36、至電機(jī)接線是否正確，接頭是否牢固，包扎是否符合規(guī)定。If its correct that the wiring of power switch to control box, control box to electric engine, if the joint is firm or not, and the package is correct or not5. 電源引線必須采用橡膠銅線電纜，截面大小根據(jù)電機(jī)容量決定：ZD13KW采用10mm2，ZD7.5KW采用8mm2，ZD3KW采用4mm2。電源三相電壓達(dá)到平衡，供電電壓不得超過額定電壓±10%，嚴(yán)禁電機(jī)端電壓低于額定電壓

38、.6. 本卷揚機(jī)選用新型的，帶制動裝置的電動機(jī)，它的特點，電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子除了作旋轉(zhuǎn)運動外，還能作軸向竄動，在軸向竄動下，制動器自行打開（通電時）和閉合（斷電時），電機(jī)的軸向竄動量一般在1.5mm2mm，竄動量可通過電機(jī)后端鎖緊螺母調(diào)節(jié)（詳見維護(hù)保養(yǎng)說明）。The hoisting machine use the new electric engine with brake instrument, it not only can revolve, but also can do the axial running about. 40、聲，制動是否靈敏可靠，卷筒旋轉(zhuǎn)方向與按鈕上標(biāo)志的升降動作是否一致，卷揚機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)試驗程序為：正轉(zhuǎn)6秒，停14秒；反轉(zhuǎn)6秒，停14秒。每次正、反空轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)時間不超過5分鐘。The vacant test of right and opposite directions to test if there are shock, vibration and unusual noise. 42、.3.鋼絲繩另一端頭應(yīng)從卷揚機(jī)卷筒下面引出，引出的鋼絲繩與配套的起重設(shè)備上滑輪穿繞后，將鋼絲繩末端與起重設(shè)備連接，連接的部位、方法由用戶決定，一般采用繩夾固定，固定方法見下圖。One end of the wire rope should be drawn forth from below of the roller, the drawn equipment, the connection parts and methods are decided by the clients, commonly use the rope to fix.4.如需與配套設(shè)備上的限位開關(guān)、超載限制器等安全裝置與卷

43、揚機(jī)控制箱內(nèi)線路If need to connect with the position-limit switch, test these safety instruments.鋼絲繩夾安裝示意圖The diagram of wire rope clip installation進(jìn)行連接時，必須對這些安全裝置進(jìn)行試驗。5.用戶應(yīng)根據(jù)卷揚機(jī)的額定起重量、容繩量與起重設(shè)備進(jìn)行合理正確配套。然后根據(jù)起重機(jī)械技術(shù)試驗規(guī)定，進(jìn)行額定載荷，動態(tài)、靜態(tài)超載試驗要求，進(jìn)行整體試驗。在試驗中對卷揚機(jī)進(jìn)行考核檢查。The clients should form correct set according to t

45、g it being normal, the machine can be put into use.六、使用操作Usage and operation1、 敬請用戶認(rèn)真閱讀卷揚機(jī)使用說明書。Please read the operation instructions of hoisting machine.2、 操作人員必須經(jīng)過崗位培訓(xùn)，持證上崗。The operation staff must be trained before operating the machine.3、 卷揚機(jī)安裝完畢，經(jīng)過試車驗收合格，才準(zhǔn)投入使用。After the installment of the hoi

46、sting machine and being tested to be qualified, the hoisting machine can be put into use.4、每班使用前必須進(jìn)行檢查：Every shift must test before usage.A、鋼絲繩是否在滑輪槽內(nèi)。Whether the wire rope are in the slot .B、連接件是否松動。Whether the connecting fittings are flexible. C、導(dǎo)線是否破損。Whether the lead wire is breakage.D、制動是否有效。Wh

47、ether the brake is effective.E、潤滑系統(tǒng)是否充分。Whether the lubricating system is sufficient.F、雨雪天后檢查電氣系統(tǒng)絕緣是否符合要求。After the rain and snow days, the operation staff should test the electric system whether suit to the demands or not.5、使用中注意事項：The notes of usage:A、集中精力，注意操作。Pay great attention to operationB、每次

48、使用時，首先提升重物低些，試驗制動效果。When use each time, lift the weight objects low to test the brake effectiveness.C、當(dāng)鋼絲繩使用到最大長度時，卷筒上鋼絲繩剩余量不得少于3圈。When the wire rope being used to the largest length, the wire rope left on the roller is no less than 3 rings.D、注意運轉(zhuǎn)時有無振動、異常響聲。Pay attention to if there is vibration and

49、 abnormal noise.E、卷筒上鋼絲繩必須纏繞排列整齊，不得亂繩。The wire rope on the roller must be listed in good order.F、使用中如發(fā)生故障，必須立即停止運行。將重物妥善降至地面，不得在 運行中檢修，檢修必須在切斷電源后進(jìn)行。If it breaks down during the usage, the operation staff must stop at once. And lift the weight object to the ground, its forbidden to test when running,

50、 and must turn off the power.G、嚴(yán)禁超載使用。Its forbidden to overload.H、注意檢查電機(jī)溫升，不得超過60Pay attention to test the temperature of the electric engine, forbid to surpass 606、使用完畢后，切斷電源，關(guān)閉控制箱鑰匙開關(guān)。After having used the machine, you should turn off the power and the switch of key.七、維修保養(yǎng)Maintaining 做好維修保養(yǎng)是延長使用壽命

51、、降低費用、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要途徑，為此請用戶注意：To make maintaining is the key methods to prolong the machines usage life, reduce charges and improve the economic benefits. Please note:1、 卷揚機(jī)投入使用后，應(yīng)設(shè)專人負(fù)責(zé)維修保養(yǎng)。After being used, there should be the special staff to maintain it.2、本機(jī)出廠時各潤滑部位已加注潤滑油，現(xiàn)場安裝后應(yīng)重新加油，減速箱加油量為JK0.75D型為1

52、.5公斤，JK12D型為22.5公斤，夏季使用40號柴油機(jī)機(jī)油，冬季使用30號柴油機(jī)機(jī)油，新機(jī)在走合期使用10天后應(yīng)將油放盡，更換新油，以后每使用三個月更換一次，經(jīng)常注意檢查，如有滲漏，必須添加，其余部位，詳見下面潤滑周期表。When the machine was produced, it has been added lubricating oil, after installment, it should be added the lubricating oil again. The lubricating amount of reduction box is 1.5kg of JK0.
