1、新教師五年成長(zhǎng)規(guī)劃凡事預(yù)則立不預(yù)則廢。新老師的成長(zhǎng)更是如此如果沒(méi)有科學(xué)合理的定位和 規(guī)劃教師的職業(yè)生涯就如同“和尚念經(jīng)”當(dāng)一天和尚撞一天鐘。等到我們青 春逝去之時(shí)將悔不當(dāng)初為時(shí)晚矣 : 同時(shí)基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革綱要也指 出: “教師培訓(xùn)工作與新一輪課程改革的推進(jìn)同步進(jìn)行?!币虼藶樽约旱穆殬I(yè)生 涯做出一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃不僅能夠激勵(lì)我們趁著青春年華朝著規(guī)劃目標(biāo)奮勇向 前爭(zhēng)取早出成績(jī)而且也是促進(jìn)教師職業(yè)專業(yè)發(fā)展的重要保障。以下是我結(jié)合個(gè) 人的特點(diǎn)做出的五年成長(zhǎng)規(guī)劃。一、 個(gè)人背景本人出生在趙家鎮(zhèn)花明泉的一個(gè)并不富裕的農(nóng)村家庭家鄉(xiāng)的風(fēng)土民情從小熏 陶著我父母的言行舉止讓我耳濡目染鄉(xiāng)親們的善良淳樸和熱情大方

2、刻印在我的 心里。雖然我個(gè)子較高但這更能讓我放低姿態(tài)謙卑地做人虛心的請(qǐng)教別人學(xué) 習(xí)別人的長(zhǎng)處改正自己的短處取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短不斷進(jìn)步。大學(xué)讀的是體育教育專業(yè)由于對(duì)教師職業(yè)的愛(ài)好經(jīng)常關(guān)注教育方面的書(shū)籍 四年期間學(xué)了教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)等教育專著同時(shí)也 愛(ài)看蘇霍姆林斯基、葉圣陶等教育家的著作和教學(xué)歷程課余時(shí)間喜歡收集教案和 說(shuō)課稿。2013年 4 月至今在阮市視南小學(xué)四年級(jí)做班主任并兼任語(yǔ)文老師。工作伊 始老師們的指導(dǎo)和幫助讓我對(duì)小學(xué)的教育教學(xué)有了更深的認(rèn)識(shí)和體會(huì)對(duì)課堂 的駕馭能力有了一定的提升對(duì)班級(jí)事務(wù)和學(xué)生糾紛有了更加理智的處理方法這 些都為教師職業(yè)生涯奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)自我剖析作為初出茅廬的新老師

3、我還有很多不足的地方需要不斷的學(xué)習(xí)和改進(jìn)。 首先教材的解讀透徹。教材是教學(xué)的根本教材的編寫(xiě)它特有的意圖和目標(biāo) 里面所包含的知識(shí)點(diǎn)極其豐富但對(duì)于不同階段不同年級(jí)的學(xué)生又有不一樣的教 學(xué)目標(biāo)和要求因此老師對(duì)教材的解讀能力就顯得尤為重要。但是由于缺少經(jīng) 驗(yàn)再加上有關(guān)語(yǔ)文教育教學(xué)知識(shí)的儲(chǔ)備有限造成自身對(duì)教材解讀的膚淺和片 面。其次課堂的駕馭能力薄弱。新老師急于把每堂課的教學(xué)that balancesthe sensitivity associated with the following factors: (1) the long arm of the scale, higher sensitivit

15、,內(nèi)容灌輸給學(xué)生生怕教學(xué)任務(wù)完成不了容易忽視學(xué)生的個(gè)人體驗(yàn)以及他們 對(duì)知識(shí)點(diǎn)掌握情況較少關(guān)注學(xué)生的注意力和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)對(duì)課堂的駕馭能力 非常薄弱造成部分學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)情沒(méi)有及時(shí)有效的得到反饋課堂的管理松散學(xué)生 的習(xí)慣懶散。第三家庭作業(yè)不合理。以上兩點(diǎn)原因?qū)е铝宋覍?duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況的表面化判 斷布臵的很多家庭作業(yè)沒(méi)有完全能夠隨堂達(dá)標(biāo)甚至太多的重復(fù)作業(yè)不僅浪 費(fèi)了學(xué)生寶貴的課余時(shí)間還達(dá)不到鞏固復(fù)習(xí)的效果事倍功半。第四語(yǔ)文知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備不夠充足。因?yàn)榇髮W(xué)修的是體育教育專業(yè)所以語(yǔ)文知識(shí) 并沒(méi)有儲(chǔ)備太多這也是在提醒我要保持學(xué)習(xí)的心態(tài)平時(shí)多給自己充電買些本 學(xué)科的相關(guān)書(shū)籍來(lái)充實(shí)自己提升自己。光有本學(xué)科的知識(shí)還是不夠的同

16、時(shí)還要 多涉略不同學(xué)科、不同領(lǐng)域的書(shū)籍和研究成果及時(shí)的了解和掌握學(xué)科的發(fā)展方向 和研究成果。第五網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源在教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用能力差。大學(xué)四年的計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí) 而已現(xiàn)在教育教學(xué)對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的應(yīng)用提出了更高的實(shí)踐要求。但我的計(jì)算機(jī)知 識(shí)是很短缺的這就要求我更要利珍惜每一次的電腦培訓(xùn)。第六其他。除了以上列的幾點(diǎn)不足還有比如教學(xué)語(yǔ)言過(guò)于生硬、嬌態(tài)不自 然、隨機(jī)應(yīng)變能力差、班級(jí)管理等都需要在今后的學(xué)習(xí)和教學(xué)中不斷的改進(jìn)和提 高。三、成長(zhǎng)目標(biāo) 基于以上的個(gè)人背景和自我剖析我制訂了一個(gè)五年的成長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)??偰繕?biāo): 五年后成為區(qū)級(jí)以上骨干教師成為社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生認(rèn)可的 優(yōu)秀老師。熟悉和把握本學(xué)科的教材要領(lǐng)

17、認(rèn)真研究和模仿名師的教學(xué)模式摸索 并形成自己穩(wěn)定教學(xué)風(fēng)格。階段目標(biāo) :第一年 : 適應(yīng)期在適應(yīng)教師職業(yè)適應(yīng)學(xué)校適應(yīng)學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)和適應(yīng)課堂的過(guò)程中做一名學(xué) 生和家長(zhǎng)喜歡、同事認(rèn)可、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)放心的合格教師。1、認(rèn)真對(duì)待每一堂課認(rèn)真的解讀教材虛心地請(qǐng)教身邊的老師們把握好 重難點(diǎn)的內(nèi)容和突破的方式方法。2、多聽(tīng)課在教學(xué)任務(wù)完成的前提下盡量抽空去聽(tīng)同年級(jí)老師的常態(tài)課 積極參加區(qū)市組織的觀摩課和研討課主動(dòng)請(qǐng)教前輩取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短。3、練好扎實(shí)的教學(xué)基本功“兩筆一畫(huà)”是基本的還要加強(qiáng)教學(xué)用語(yǔ)、教 學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)、師生互動(dòng)方式、朗讀、提問(wèn)、鼓勵(lì)、引導(dǎo)、過(guò)渡、總結(jié)等方面的技巧。that balances the sensitivit

29、ramming machines, submersible pumps, electric hand Planer, hand drills, grinders, cutters,4、積極認(rèn)真地完成學(xué)校和年段布臵的教育教學(xué)工作爭(zhēng)取在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)熟 悉學(xué)校教育教學(xué)的流程和工作模式更好的適應(yīng)教師職業(yè)。第二年 : 成長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)過(guò)了一年的適應(yīng)和學(xué)習(xí)已經(jīng)基本融入教師職業(yè)的行列站穩(wěn)了講臺(tái)立足 當(dāng)下通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)和努力成長(zhǎng)自己。 1 、教學(xué)上爭(zhēng)取多聽(tīng)學(xué)校教研組長(zhǎng)、優(yōu)秀教 師、骨干教師的課有問(wèn)題及時(shí)的提出和請(qǐng)教學(xué)習(xí)別人解讀教材和駕馭課堂的能力多聽(tīng)聽(tīng)他們的成長(zhǎng)歷程無(wú)意之中會(huì)學(xué)到很多東西2 、知識(shí)上除了教案和教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的書(shū)籍

30、外教育教學(xué)雜志、報(bào)刊、書(shū)籍和論文都是在閱讀的范圍之內(nèi)多 看、多思、多寫(xiě)。 第三、第四年 : 成熟期兩年的教育教學(xué)使自己能夠更加清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)自己每一堂課是否已經(jīng)能夠充分 合理的備課 , 學(xué)生的學(xué)情是否能夠準(zhǔn)確的把握和反饋 ,課堂紀(jì)律是否能夠運(yùn)用教學(xué)技 能恰當(dāng)?shù)幕?, 公開(kāi)課的質(zhì)量和創(chuàng)新是否有自己的風(fēng)格特點(diǎn)。到了這一時(shí)期教學(xué)依然是我的根本但從深度和廣度上將大大的提高一個(gè)層 次。在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中通過(guò)微型課題的研究結(jié)合本班學(xué)生的教學(xué)實(shí)際案例發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn) 題、提出問(wèn)題、實(shí)施方法、解決問(wèn)題不斷的反思和實(shí)踐將二者的有機(jī)地結(jié)合更好的提升自己的教學(xué) 內(nèi)功做一些力所能及的小課題研究做一名研究型教師。第五年: 成才期研究小型

31、課題固然重要但終身學(xué)習(xí)才是動(dòng)力之源。這一時(shí)期努力使自己成 為學(xué)習(xí)者型教師形成自己獨(dú)特的教學(xué)風(fēng)格。在經(jīng)過(guò)模仿、成長(zhǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)型期后逐漸 的已經(jīng)形成自己的教學(xué)風(fēng)格對(duì)教材的解讀和課堂的駕馭能力穩(wěn)定成熟同時(shí)又有 自己的體悟和創(chuàng)新成為一個(gè)理論和實(shí)踐的學(xué)者型教師。四、具體目標(biāo)我把五年的成長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)細(xì)化到平時(shí)教育教學(xué)的各個(gè)工作環(huán)節(jié)以表格的形式展現(xiàn)。that balances the sensitivity associated with the following factors:(1) the long arm of the scale, higher sensitivity, and (2) the beam o

43、習(xí)習(xí)慣,上課認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講,平均成績(jī)排年級(jí)前列 班級(jí)和課堂管 2、 做好學(xué)生校園常規(guī)教育,爭(zhēng)取每周都能拿到文明班級(jí)。1、 校級(jí)公開(kāi)課每學(xué)期至少三次 ;公開(kāi)課 2 、 區(qū)級(jí)公開(kāi)課每年兩次 ;3、 五年內(nèi)開(kāi)市級(jí)公開(kāi)課。1、 教師技能崗位大練兵、教師技能大賽等專業(yè)知識(shí)技能比賽,一有機(jī)會(huì)專業(yè)知識(shí)技能就積極主動(dòng)的備戰(zhàn)參加,爭(zhēng)取早出成績(jī) ;現(xiàn)場(chǎng)比賽 2 、 前三年,立足阮市,打出名聲,形成自己的風(fēng)格 ;3、 五年后,教學(xué)內(nèi)功提升,進(jìn)軍諸暨,賽出風(fēng)采和名氣。備注五、具體措施1、 提升學(xué)科素養(yǎng)俗話說(shuō): 要教給學(xué)生半桶水自己就要有一桶水但是在當(dāng)今知識(shí)大爆炸的時(shí) 代知識(shí)更新迅速要求老師要有一條河的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備。對(duì)于我本人我

44、任教的是語(yǔ)文及體育學(xué)科所以我必須熟練掌握有關(guān)本學(xué)科扎 實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能熟悉本學(xué)科的教材和學(xué)科特點(diǎn)精通本學(xué)科的教學(xué)技能 和技巧了解有關(guān)本學(xué)科的其他知識(shí)清楚本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展方向和最新的研究成 果。訂閱相關(guān)的雜志報(bào)刊及時(shí)的了解學(xué)科動(dòng)態(tài)。2、 加強(qiáng)專業(yè)素養(yǎng)重視課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累認(rèn)真細(xì)致的解讀教材設(shè)計(jì)流程書(shū)寫(xiě)教案 上好每一堂課及時(shí)、深刻地思考反省課堂上出現(xiàn)的每一個(gè)不滿意的教學(xué)細(xì)節(jié)。只 有認(rèn)真地反思課堂教學(xué)的每一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行多次的糾正實(shí)踐才會(huì)有所改進(jìn)。教 師只有不斷探索才能發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)海洋的廣闊無(wú)邊才會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)的真正意義。堅(jiān)持能 夠在每次的教學(xué)之后及時(shí)的反思及時(shí)的筆記想一想還有沒(méi)有什么更好的教學(xué)方

45、 法積極主動(dòng)地與其他的教師進(jìn)行交流學(xué)習(xí)別人優(yōu)秀的教學(xué)方法。(2) 注意積(1) 堅(jiān)持教學(xué)反思每一節(jié)課都要有自己的反思和改進(jìn)的措施 累并總結(jié)教育教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成果每階段完成一篇階段總結(jié)可以是單元、每月也 可以是半學(xué)期、一學(xué)期。 3 、練好扎實(shí)的基本功,1, 定期進(jìn)行專業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練鞏固的同時(shí)不斷進(jìn)步。積極參加教師技能大賽。 ,2, 多向普通話純正的老師請(qǐng)教發(fā)音每天堅(jiān)持朗讀十分鐘并且正音不管 是課堂還是平時(shí)的交談時(shí)刻牢記普通話的規(guī)范發(fā)音。that balances the sensitivity associated with the following factors:(1) the long arm
