4、480r/min減速機 reducer 型號 typeB2SV02B速比ratio5稀油站 Oil stationXYZ-10G結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理 Structure and Working Principle3.1 結(jié)構(gòu) Structure本高效選粉機主要有傳動裝置、回轉(zhuǎn)部分、殼體部分、收塵部分、潤滑系統(tǒng)組成。下圖為結(jié)構(gòu)圖:The high efficiency air separator consists of the drive part, the rotated part, the shell part, the collect dust part and the lubricant sy

Next figure is the pattern of structure.傳動部分Drive Part回轉(zhuǎn)部分Rotation Fa殼體部分Shell鎖風閥window_3.1.1 傳動部分 The drive part臥式電機、直交軸齒輪減速器及聯(lián)軸器等組成,電機通過彈性聯(lián)軸器(或皮帶輪)水平安裝在減速器中心平面上,整個傳動裝置安置在傳動支架上。 減速器的潤滑米用浸¥由才閏滑。 Drive part composed motor,speed reducer and so on and it installed on the drive trestle table.

6、3.1.2 回轉(zhuǎn)部分 The rotated part回轉(zhuǎn)體由臥式電機通過臥式減速器直接驅(qū)動,為了軸承的密封和防止立軸的磨損,在主軸外設(shè)有主軸套,并在主軸套外表面粘接耐磨瓷磚。為了保證工作的平穩(wěn)性,回轉(zhuǎn)體已經(jīng)進行動平衡試驗。The horizontal motor drive the rotated part by theretarder . The axis convention and the abrasion-proof ceramic chip fastened on the out surface of the pipe is used to reduce the shaft wea

Active balance test is performedto assure the balance of work.3.1.3 殼體部分 The shell part殼體部分是由鋼板和型鋼焊成的焊接件。殼體上設(shè)有人孔和檢修孔,以便維護和檢修。殼體內(nèi)部在圓周圍方向裝有均勻間隔的導流葉片,便選粉空氣均勻地進入選粉室,導流葉片采用耐磨材料。The shell part is welded with steel plate and formed steel. The manhole and access hole is designed f

8、or maintenance or overhaul. There are even distribution guide vanes on the circumference inside the shell part, so separating air can enter separating room equably. The guide vane is made of wear-resisting material.3.1.4 潤滑系統(tǒng) The lubricant system本系統(tǒng)采用潤滑脂進行潤滑,設(shè)有干油泵,定期向主軸的軸承供潤滑脂,對 主軸軸承進行潤滑。具體的供潤滑脂管路見附

9、錄一The lubricant system is acted bylubricant grease. The thin oil pump adds lubricant grease to bearing of the main shaft bearing.3.2 工作原理 Working Principle粉磨后的物料隨磨內(nèi)氣體,從殼體下部進氣口進入殼體,在沿殼體上升過程 中,由于氣流速度的減慢,大量的粗粉沉積下來,由殼體排料口排出。含大量細 粉的氣體經(jīng)過一定角度的固定導風葉片及轉(zhuǎn)子的格板形成渦流,物料受氣流作用分成粗粉、細粉??窟@種獨特的結(jié)構(gòu)使物料能得到多次重復分選,而每次分選都 是根據(jù)明

10、確的力的平衡來完成,即在轉(zhuǎn)子與殼體之間形成一個均衡穩(wěn)定的水平旋 渦流,使物料在選粉區(qū)停留時間相當長,更便于保證選粉細度,提高選粉效率, 提高整個煤磨系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)量。The grinding powders enter the bottom of the shell part with theseparating air. The air speed will reduce as it rise in the shell part, where the coarse particles are aggradated and discharged through the hopper. The sep

11、arating air with much finer particles forms a vortex when pass by the rotor and guide vane with a slope, hence the particles are classified into fine and coarse. The particles can be classified repeatedly using this structure, and every classification is completed by the balance of certain forces. I

12、t is to say the equable and steady plane vortex, formed between the rotor and shell, keeps the particles stay longer, in order to ensurethe fine size, the high efficiency, and the output of the whole grinding system.4.安裝與試運轉(zhuǎn) Installation and trial running4.1 安裝 Installation4.1.1 安裝前的準備 preparation f

13、or installation4.1.1.1 使用單位根據(jù)制造廠提供的產(chǎn)品安裝圖紙熟悉產(chǎn)品性能、結(jié)構(gòu)、使用等要求。User must familiarize the characteristics,structure,using and so on base on the product installation drawing which provide by maker.4.1.1.2 使用單位根據(jù)產(chǎn)品裝箱清單逐一開箱檢查,選粉機所屬的零部件是否齊全,并檢查零部件有否碰傷和損壞。Please check the detailed list of goods clearly to ensur

14、e the components and parts of separator are fully equipped and have no damage.4.1.2 在安裝選粉機的樓板上確定和標出 0°、90°、180°、270°的方位,并確定和標出安裝墊塊的基準線見(圖二) Ensure and scale out the position of 0,90,180,270 0n thefloor where install separater,then ensure and scale out the base line of heel like f

15、igure2.4.1.3 在樓板標注的相應(yīng)的位置上安置墊塊,找正墊塊上的基準線和樓板上的基準,二者的偏差不超過土 1mm,校正各墊塊的中心距尺寸,隨后將墊塊點焊固定。(見圖(三)墊塊位置的確定圖三)Install the heel on the floor according to the scaled position,then align heelbase on the floor.This deviation should not be exceed Imm.Correction measurement of heels center distance and spot welding

16、it to fix the heel.(Like figure3)4.1.4 殼體的安裝 Installation of shell4.1.4.1 將殼體各個部件組裝完畢,共有如下幾大部分:(a)下殼體(圖四),(b)轉(zhuǎn)子及相關(guān)殼體(圖五),(c)出料口(圖六)。Fabricate down-shell(Figure4),rotor and relate shell(Figure5) and discharging(Figure6)Figure5.Rotor and relate shellFigure6.Discharging4.1.4.2 把下殼體調(diào)整到墊塊的安裝基準線上,用螺栓臨時固定。

17、Adjust up-shell to heel base line and fix it by bolt temporary.4.1.4.3 通過調(diào)整各組墊片放平殼體,使得下殼體頂平面和水面的平面度土2mm之內(nèi) o Adjust all group of pad to make the shell horizontal.The plane degree of up-plan and water level of down-shell should not exceed 2mm.4.1.4.4 殼體最后固定好后,將墊片和墊塊點焊在一起。Spot welde the pad and heel to

18、gether after shell have been fixed.4.1.4.5 將圖五所示部分的上殼體與別的部分分開,保證除去上殼體的另外部分的相關(guān)位置不改變。將上殼體安裝在下殼體上。Separate up-shell from other part of shell and ensure the position of shell except up-shell have no move like figure5.Install the up-shell to down-shell.4.1.4.6 安裝圖五所示的除上殼體的另外部分。此部分必須在導風葉安裝完后才進行安裝。Installa

19、tion of leading vanes.Install leading vanes to up-shell then hoist it to down-shell.4.1.5 轉(zhuǎn)動部分和部分殼體的安裝(圖五部分的安裝)Installation for rotate part and parts of shell.(figure5)4.1.5.1 首先將軸和軸轂套安裝在一起,然后將此部分通過圖(五)所示的轉(zhuǎn)接段的抱箍,并通過三根拉桿和軸轂套抱箍將此兩部分連接在一起。First please installshaft and shaft cover together then take sha

20、ft through hold hoop like figure5.Finally,connect thistwo parts through three bars and hold hoop.4.1.5.2 將轉(zhuǎn)動部分的轉(zhuǎn)子體上到軸上,調(diào)整密封環(huán)和糟的間隙,確保間隙為 6 土2mm o Install rotor body to shaft and adjust seal ring and seal groove ensure the clearance is6 i2mm.4.1.6 安裝圖五所示的除上殼體的另外部分。此部分必須在導風葉安裝完后才進行安裝。Install the parts

21、of shell except up-shell.This installation must be install after leading vanes fixed.level-meter(measure three position)Figure7 Install drive stand4.1.7 傳動支架的安裝(見圖七)Install drive stand(figure7)4.1.7.1 對準定位孔,用螺栓暫時將支架和殼體固定。Align locating hole and fix support and shell temporarily.4.1.7.2 通過調(diào)整殼體和傳動支架之間

22、的墊片,調(diào)整支架上平面的平面度,用精密的水準儀檢查使上平面的平面度保持在0.05mm 范圍內(nèi)。Adjust plane degree ofup-plane on the support through adjust the pad between shell and drive support.The plane degree of up-plane can not exceed 0.05mm measure by precision level-meter.4.1.7.3 校準水平后,裝入定位銷,再擰緊螺栓。Insert locating pin and tight bolt after a

23、djust level.4.1.7.4 重新檢查支架上平面的平面度,確保平面度在土0.05mm范圍內(nèi)。Examinethe plane degree of up-support again to ensure plane degree located between -0.050.05mm.IT中Drive supportInsert locating pin after adjust centerInsert locating pin after installed speed reducersupport of speed reducerFigure8 Installation of sp

24、eed reducer.Install support of speed reducer and speed reducer on support4.1.8 減速器的安裝 (見圖八) Installation of speed reducer.(figure8)4.1.8.1 調(diào)整減速器的方位,對準定位的銷孔,在傳動支架上放置減速器。Adjust the position of speed reducer and aim locating hole of pin,take speed reducer to drive support.4.1.8.2 裝入定位銷,用螺栓固定機座和支架。Inser

25、t locating pin and fix support and machine base by bolt.4.1.8.3 以立軸的半聯(lián)軸器為準,調(diào)校減速器中心用精度為0.01mm的測微儀和厚度規(guī)測量二半聯(lián)軸器的端面偏差和徑向偏差。Adjust the center of speed reducer,measurethe end plane tolerance and radial tolerance by measurement with precision is 0.01mm.The standard of this measurement is half couping of ver

26、tical shaft.iA-B0.15mm 之內(nèi) A-B within 0.15mmiiO 在 0.20mm 之內(nèi) O within 0.20mm4.1.8.4 中心校準后,將定位銷裝入減速器和底座,并用螺栓固定。Insert locating pin between speed reducer and lampstand and fix it by bolt after center have been adjusted.4.1.9 管道 Piping erection4.1.9.1 安裝之前,所有管道內(nèi)部須經(jīng)干凈的壓縮空氣清洗。All of the piping should be wa

27、shing by clean compressed air before install.4.1.9.2 按照圖中的潤滑脂進出口,純凈空氣進口的方向安裝管道。Install piping according to the inlet direction of grease and cleaned air in drawing.4.1.9.3 油站建議放在橫梁樓板上,并和橫梁用點焊固定。We suggest user lay and spot welding the oil station on crossbeam of floor4.2 試運轉(zhuǎn) Trial running安裝檢驗合格后才能進行

28、試運轉(zhuǎn)。Only inspection of installation is eligible, does the trial running can be carried on.無負荷試運轉(zhuǎn)。Carry on with no load在轉(zhuǎn)子最高速下,繼續(xù)進行2-4小時空載運轉(zhuǎn),應(yīng)滿足下列要求:A continuous operation of the rotor for 24 hours under high rotating speed should meet following requirements:4.2.1 運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),無異常振動和噪音。It operates placidly,

29、and there is no abnormal vibration.4.2.2 各軸承溫升不超過30 ° oThe increasing temperature of each bearing must be below 30 C .4.2.3 油管通暢,潤滑良好。 Oil pipe is clear and lubricating system work will.4.2.4 所有監(jiān)視檢測儀表及控制系統(tǒng)均應(yīng)靈敏準確。All of the monitoring instruments, indicators and the controlling systems should be

30、 sensitive and accurate.4.2.5 觀察、檢測并記錄電流波動情況。Observe and record the fluctuating of electric current.4.2.6 檢查并擰緊連接螺栓。Check up and tight link bolt4.2.7 負荷試運轉(zhuǎn) Trial running under load無負荷運轉(zhuǎn)合格后,才可進行負荷試運轉(zhuǎn),加載程序可按磨機運轉(zhuǎn)計劃進行。Only trial running without load is eligible, does trial running under load can be carr

31、ied on, working procedure according to plan of grinding.負荷運轉(zhuǎn)中除滿足無負荷試運轉(zhuǎn)要求外,需滿足下列要求:During trial running under load, besides meeting relevant requirements, the operation should meet requirements as fallows4.2.7.1 各軸承溫升不得超過40 c。The temperature of the bearing should not be exceed 40 C .4.2.7.2 各連接部位和密封部

32、位,密封良好,不得有漏風、漏灰現(xiàn)象。Every connect and seal position have no phenomenon of air and ash leak.4.2.7.3 電動機電流正常。Current of motor work on satisfied scope.5操作、維護及檢修Operation, maintenance and overhaul5.1 開車前的檢查:Examination befor running5.1.1 轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)無卡滯現(xiàn)象。The rotor shall be turning placidly and there is not anyph

33、enomenon of binding.5.1.2 減速器的油位是否達到指定的油位。Whether lubricating devices of the speed reducer is normally working.5.1.3 主電機的轉(zhuǎn)向。 The rotate direction of mian motor5.1.4 潤滑系統(tǒng)的儀表是否齊全,管路是否暢通。Wether the meter of lubricating system is complete and pipeline is unimpeded.5.1.5 檢查擰緊各連接螺栓。Exame and tighten all o

34、f the connect bolt.5.2 開車順序。Running order of the system5.2.1 開啟收塵器及系統(tǒng)風機(注意風機調(diào)節(jié)板逐漸開大)。Start up the dust-collector and the fan (Please notice: Adjust the damper of the fan and make sure that the airflow increase gradually).5.2.2 開啟選粉機 Start up the separator5.2.3 開啟磨機的輸送設(shè)備 Start up the conveyor of the

35、mill5.2.4 開啟磨機 Start up the mill5.2.5 開啟磨機的喂料設(shè)備 Start up the conveyor at the head of the mill5.3 停車順序 The order of stop停車順序與開車順序相反Order of stop is reverse to the order of start.5.4運行期間的檢查點:Examination of running項目Item檢查點 Inspecting points選粉機Separator1 .上部軸承,溫度不應(yīng)高于環(huán)境溫度40 C,當超過此值時,應(yīng)停車檢查。 The temperatu

39、stem油泵的工作是否正常 Whether oil pump work will.5.6 檢彳O Overhaul選粉機的檢修在停機幾秒鐘后,待機內(nèi)物料沉降后,才可打開檢修門,進行檢修時一定在電氣開關(guān)控制處掛上明顯標牌“正在檢修”,檢修完畢后,由原掛者取下,絕對禁止隨意開車。Overhauling of separator must be put up after stopping themachine. The maintenance manhole mustn ' be open until the sedimentation of all dust in the housing.

40、 A scutcheon marked a Overhauling must be hung on the electric control switch when overhauling. After finishing the overhauling, take down the board by who hanged it. It is absolutely prohibited that the machine is started discretionarily.為了重新安裝的方便,對拆卸的部位視情況做相互配合的標記。To re-install thescattered parts

41、conveniently, making corresponding marks on the connect parts properly.主要拆卸順序:Main disassembly order of separator5.6.1 切斷電源線路。Switch off power.5. 6.2 拆掉管路。Dismantle pipelines5. 6.3 將傳動裝置拆下。Dismantle drive device5. 6.4將軸和軸轂套連同上殼體部分一起與下錐體拆開。露出轉(zhuǎn)子部分。Separate shaft, shaft cover and up-shell from down-she

42、ll to show rotor.5. 6.5用千斤頂或其他裝置支撐軸、軸轂套和上殼體部分,拆掉主鎖緊螺母。Use jack or other device to support the shaft,shaft cover and up-shell to unlock locknut.5. 6.6拆下主軸套上部法蘭同支座的連接螺栓。Dismantle connecting bolts between flange on main shaft casing and support.5. 6.7拆下主軸套的下部后蓋可將廢潤滑脂倒出。Remove back cover on the lower pa

43、rt of main shaft casing, and pour oil out5. 6.8拆下主軸聯(lián)軸器及壓蓋可抽出軸進行檢修。Take apart coupling and gland on main shaft, and draw out the shaft to overhaul.檢修主要內(nèi)容:Main programs of overhauling:a.各軸承磨損情況,清除軸承內(nèi)油渣,進行必要的更換。Check abrasion of bearings,clean bearings and oil sludge in the shaft casing. If necessary, some parts should be changed.b,各連接處的密封及軸承的油封磨損,注意油封的兩唇間用鋰基潤滑脂充滿,絕不可用鈣基潤滑月旨。Check seals at every connecting
