1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)學(xué)院：計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院專(zhuān) 業(yè)：軟件工程學(xué)生：學(xué) 號(hào)：指導(dǎo)教師：2015年 6月本文主要展示了小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程。小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng) 是將所涉及到的小區(qū)管理事務(wù)利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)組織起來(lái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)小區(qū)事務(wù)方便高 效的管理，同時(shí)極方便了小區(qū)住戶(hù)的日常生活。本系統(tǒng)采 用近幾 年新興的C#語(yǔ)言作為編 程語(yǔ)言和 發(fā)展日趨 成熟的 ASP.NET技術(shù)作為創(chuàng)建應(yīng)用程序的方式，并且使用微軟公司的SQL Server2005數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了小區(qū)物業(yè)管理員對(duì)小區(qū)物業(yè) 信息的管理和住戶(hù)對(duì)小區(qū)物業(yè)信息的查詢(xún)。本系統(tǒng)主要分為系統(tǒng)管理員和住戶(hù) 兩大

2、功能模塊，在系統(tǒng)管理員功能模塊下有系統(tǒng)用戶(hù)管理、站新聞管理、住戶(hù) 管理、停車(chē)信息管理、在線(xiàn)投訴管理和欠費(fèi)信息管理；在住戶(hù)功能模塊可查看 站新聞、用戶(hù)注冊(cè)、在線(xiàn)投訴、繳費(fèi)查詢(xún)、停車(chē)信息查詢(xún)。本文分為五章，主要從系統(tǒng)的分析、概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)以及測(cè)試 等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)流程進(jìn)行了介紹。第一章，介紹了開(kāi)發(fā)背景和意義、 關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo)、本文主要工作；第二章，介紹了需求、功能、架構(gòu)、業(yè) 務(wù)流程圖的設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)E-R圖的設(shè)計(jì)；第三章，介紹了各個(gè)類(lèi)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù) 據(jù)庫(kù)的各個(gè)字段的確定；第四章，介紹了各個(gè)層實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要代碼和各個(gè)模塊的 實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要代碼；第五章，介紹了測(cè)試的過(guò)程，包括界面、功能的測(cè)試。
