8、比下降 0.88%。其中,東部地區(qū)倉庫平均租金(32.79 元 /m2月)高于西部(23.94 元 /m2月)、中部(23.15 元 /m2月)、東北(22.35 元 /m2月)地區(qū)。相較 8 月,東部地區(qū)平均租金有小幅上漲,漲幅為 1.05%;東北地區(qū)平均租金有小幅下降,降幅為 1.06%;西部、中部地區(qū)平均租金相對穩(wěn)定,增(降)幅 1以內(nèi)。全國 32 個城市倉庫平均空置率為 11.74%,環(huán)比下降 1.37%。其中,東北地區(qū)空置率(17.34) 遠(yuǎn)高于西部(11.43%)、中部(11.15%)、東部(10.67%)地區(qū)。相較 8 月,東北地區(qū)空置率有所下降,降幅為 2.16 個百分點;中部

Compared with August, the average rent in the eastern region increased slight

46、ly, by 1.05%; in the northeast region, the average rent decreased slightly, by 1.06%; and in the western and central regions, the average rent was relatively stable, with an increase (decrease) of less than 1%.The average vacancy rate of warehouses in 32 cities across the country was 11.74%, down 1.

Among them, the warehouse vacancy rate in the northeast (17.34%) is much higher than that in the western region (11.43%), the central region (11.15%) and the eastern region (10.67%).
