1、現(xiàn)場儀表設(shè)備安裝、防護(hù)方案INSTALLATION AND PROTECTION OF FIELD INSTRUMENT EQUIPMENTS1、 編制說明 現(xiàn)場儀表設(shè)備在石油、化工、電力、制藥、冶金等行業(yè)應(yīng)用廣泛，其特點(diǎn)是隨工藝流程布局分散，而且易損易失精密元器件較多。隨著現(xiàn)代科技的進(jìn)步，儀表設(shè)備產(chǎn)品向多樣化、智能化方向發(fā)展，安裝方式更趨靈活，對施工現(xiàn)場設(shè)備防護(hù)也提出了更高要求。為了提高施工現(xiàn)場儀表設(shè)備安裝、防護(hù)質(zhì)量，向業(yè)主提供優(yōu)良工程產(chǎn)品，履行我公司的質(zhì)量承諾，特編制本方案。2、編制依據(jù)2.1、工程承包合同或協(xié)議。2.2、儀表設(shè)計(jì)施工圖及其它設(shè)計(jì)文件。2.3、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。2.4、國家現(xiàn)行

Indication instrument should locate to be inspected and repaired (normally,1.21.5meter is the highth of instrument center and ground).、儀表宜安裝在遠(yuǎn)離機(jī)械振動(dòng)、強(qiáng)電磁場、介質(zhì)腐蝕、高溫、潮濕的場所。Instrument should be far from mechanical vibrati

5、on, extensive magnetic, medium corrosion, high temperature and watery location、儀表安裝時(shí)不應(yīng)敲擊及振動(dòng)，安裝后應(yīng)牢固、平正，不承受配管或其它機(jī)械外力。Devices should not be knocked or vibrated when being installed. They shall be fixed, steady and no mechanical compression to instrument after installed.、安裝在工藝管道的儀表或測量元件，宜在工藝管道吹掃后，壓力試驗(yàn)前安

6、裝，儀表標(biāo)定流向應(yīng)與被測介質(zhì)流向一致。儀表或測量元件的法蘭軸線應(yīng)與工藝管道軸線一致，固定時(shí)使其受力均勻。Instrument or measured cell located in pipe shall be mounted after pipe blowing and before pressure test, identified direction should be the same as be measured liquid. Flange axle of instrument or cell shall be the same as pipe. They are fixed at

7、average strength、儀表設(shè)備上的接線盒、進(jìn)線孔的引入口不應(yīng)向上，以避免油、水及灰塵進(jìn)入盒內(nèi)，當(dāng)不可避免時(shí)，應(yīng)采取密封措施。To prevent oil, water or dust entering, entry hole or cable inlet of devices should not face up; otherwise ,sealed、儀表設(shè)備標(biāo)志牌上的文字及端子編號(hào)等應(yīng)書寫或打印正確、清楚。Words and terminal number of instrument equipment brand should be written and printed tr

9、n、就地指示溫度儀表安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)便于觀察。Local indication Temp. Instrument shall be easily observed、溫度儀表（熱電阻、熱電偶等）連接螺紋應(yīng)與其配合使用的連接頭螺紋應(yīng)匹配。Connection thread of Temperature Instrument(example RTD., thermocouple) shall be accordant to those encasement、安裝在工藝管道上的測溫元件插入方向宜與被測介質(zhì)逆向或垂直，插入深度應(yīng)處于管道截面1/32/3處。Inserting of thermal measur

Entry depth is around 1/32/3 section.、溫度儀表應(yīng)在工藝管道、設(shè)備施工完畢后，壓力試驗(yàn)前安裝。The temperature instrument shall be installed before test and pipeline and equipment have be finished.、表面溫度計(jì)的感溫面應(yīng)與被測表面緊密接觸，固定牢固。Connection of surface

Design shall meet technical requirement to medium, flowing direction, location, upper and lower reaches straight pipe. 、孔板、噴嘴等節(jié)流元件安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行外觀和尺寸檢查并作記錄，孔板的入口和噴嘴的出口邊緣應(yīng)無毛剌和圓角，無劃痕及可見損傷。安裝時(shí)，
