2、 行收放線。將電源線拉出時(shí),平面渦旋簧儲能,停止拉 出時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)軸在渦旋簧作用下迴轉(zhuǎn)至被棘輪機(jī)構(gòu)鎖定,電源線停止動作;收 線 時(shí) 利 用 按 鈕或 其他方式 , 打 開鎖 定 機(jī) 構(gòu) , 使平 面 渦 旋 簧 的 儲 能釋 放 , 帶 動 轉(zhuǎn) 軸 將電 源線 纏繞收 回 。 矚慫潤厲釤瘞睞 櫪廡賴。2. 用途:自動收線機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)用在熨斗和其它家電產(chǎn)品上的主要目的,是在使 用 完畢 後, 將電 源 線 收 納 起來 , 便于存放 。 聞創(chuàng)溝燴鐺險(xiǎn)愛氌譴凈。適用的電源線:3. 自 動收 線機(jī) 構(gòu) 的 電 源 線主 要 為兩線 (不 帶地 線 ) 的 橡膠 線 , 目 前 有日 本市 場 JQA 規(guī) 格 的

3、 電 源線 及美 國市場 UL 規(guī) 格的 電源 線 ,歐洲市場 TUV 規(guī) 格的 棉紗線 由于 受卷 線 空間及 表層 抗摩強(qiáng)度的 限 制, 目 前尚未 有自 動收 線 的 應(yīng) 用 。 殘騖樓 諍錈瀨濟(jì)溆塹籟。二. 收線 機(jī) 構(gòu) 的 主 要方 式1. 內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu)介紹:下 面 以 7301 為 例闡述自 動 收 線裝 置的 內(nèi)部 機(jī)構(gòu)首 先由後蓋和 中 介蓋 板組成收 線的 空間 及 中介蓋 板提 供收 線 的 旋 轉(zhuǎn)軸。在旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的前端安裝有大、小滑電環(huán)。此兩個(gè)滑電環(huán)的作用是將電源 線與熨斗的內(nèi)配線連通。在旋轉(zhuǎn)軸上有可以旋轉(zhuǎn)的前、後卷線筒。在前後卷線筒之間有電源線。 前後卷線筒靠三顆螺釘鎖附在一起

4、,同時(shí)將電源線壓緊。電源線的兩極分 別與固定在前卷線筒上的大、小彈片點(diǎn)焊在一起。大小彈片的端頭部各有 兩銀觸點(diǎn)與其點(diǎn)焊在一起。大小彈片可以與前卷線筒一起圍繞著旋轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn) 動。大小彈片通過銀觸點(diǎn)在大小滑電環(huán)上滑動,從而使電源線與熨斗的內(nèi) 配線導(dǎo)通。銀觸點(diǎn)起的作用是減少磨損,保證良好的接觸,防止電路導(dǎo)通 時(shí)在大小彈片與大小滑電環(huán)之間有弧光放電,確保大小彈片不會與大小滑 電環(huán)因少許的弧光放電就粘焊在一起。為了進(jìn)一步減輕銀觸點(diǎn)的磨損,在 銀觸點(diǎn)與大小滑電環(huán)之間涂有節(jié)點(diǎn)油。釅錒極額閉鎮(zhèn)檜豬訣錐。在後卷線筒的候部安裝有收線的平面渦旋簧。它的一端與後卷線筒相 聯(lián),另一端與中介蓋板上的槽相聯(lián)。這樣當(dāng)電源線向外拉

5、出時(shí),渦旋簧就 會儲能。在後卷線筒上裝有壓緊板以防止渦旋簧在上預(yù)緊力時(shí)會彈出而增 加不安全因素。彈貿(mào)攝爾霽斃攬磚鹵廡。在前端由按鈕、釋放彈簧、鎖定片、前卷線筒上的棘輪組成收線的釋 放機(jī)構(gòu)。當(dāng)按鈕按下時(shí),鎖定片會釋放前卷線筒上的棘輪機(jī)構(gòu),使電源線 收進(jìn)。不按時(shí),電源線停止。在按鈕、鎖定片下有復(fù)位彈簧。謀養(yǎng)摶篋飆鐸懟 類蔣薔。該收線機(jī)構(gòu)下面有兩個(gè)螺釘將後蓋、中介蓋板鎖附在一起。在中介蓋 板的下部有卡勾機(jī)構(gòu),可以與隔基卡接。上部從後面穿過後蓋、中介蓋板有兩個(gè)螺釘鎖附在固定在本體上的鎖定片上。廈礴懇蹣駢時(shí)盡繼價(jià)騷。2. 排線方式比較:根據(jù)收線時(shí)電源線的排布方式,可將收線裝置分為單圈和多圈兩種 現(xiàn)將其特

13、必須通過20磅(9 KG )的拉力測試。1.60 M M以上。對與收拉線6000 針對以上的安規(guī)要求,首先我們必須保證電氣間隙次,以及電源線彎曲50 00 0次,以及電源線彎曲50 00 0次,在機(jī)構(gòu)上主要應(yīng)注意入線口的設(shè)計(jì)入線口的上下兩側(cè)向內(nèi)必須是大的圓弧過渡,以免尖銳的過渡會刮傷電源 線;另外電源線入口的左右兩側(cè)在與上下便過渡處不得出現(xiàn)銳角或凸出在 上下兩側(cè)上的銳邊。見下圖:預(yù)頌圣鉉儐歲齦訝驊糴。要通過CUL摔落測試及9千克力的拉力測試,則要注意收線裝置與本體、 隔基等的連接的強(qiáng)度及剛度;另外應(yīng)該注意中介蓋板上轉(zhuǎn)軸的強(qiáng)度滲釤嗆儼 勻諤鱉調(diào)硯錦。3.有關(guān)專利:上下雨側(cè)一的咼聲三存T |刖遑曲

17、收線方式為配合外觀上的需求,我們還作過一些卷線的方案,但由于問題較多, 都不成功,在這裡略為提及:1. 橡膠套式此種設(shè)想結(jié)構(gòu)和原理十分簡單。在後蓋的前端長出一個(gè)有孔的卷線筒, 電源線從孔中通過,直 接與內(nèi)配線相連。電源線卷在卷線筒上。線卷好後 將套在卷線筒後部的橡膠套翻過來護(hù)住電源線。但是經(jīng)開了 一個(gè)簡易模後 發(fā)現(xiàn)了 許多 問題 而無法實(shí) 施。 擁締鳳襪備訊顎輪 爛薔。2. 連 桿轉(zhuǎn) 動的 手動收線 形式此 種形式結(jié)構(gòu)與 自動 收線十分 相似 。 所 不同的 是 它的 後卷線筒 後部 沒 有裝儲 能的 平面 渦旋簧, 而是 從其後部長出 一個(gè) 軸, 在後 蓋的 後面 上 有一 個(gè) 連桿 , 可
