10、 outer ring in the gland.1.5 陽極安裝 AnodeInstallation1.5.1將陽極按結(jié)構(gòu)圖進(jìn)行安裝， <艙外有人)將陽極接線柱從密封套孔伸入艙內(nèi)，在艙內(nèi)將陽極的 接線柱定位并將密封橡皮塞、絕緣套“15”水密壓蓋等按正確安裝方式裝上。并用萬用電表測試陽極與船體的絕緣度，正常情況為不導(dǎo)通。一切正常后，在船體外殼用固定螺絲將陽極 絕緣底座 “4與”安裝底板 “7固”定，同時在艙內(nèi)將水密罩壓蓋擰緊。The anode according to the installation diagram, (Outside the cabin has the human&

17、e 1MQ 。 If fog, it should be unconnected when measured with avometer.b) 耐壓實(shí)驗(yàn)：接入壓縮空氣，壓力0.5MPa，歷時15分鐘無變化為合格。Anti-pressure test:Connect the compressed air, no changes in 15 minutes will be qualified with the pressure of 0.5MPa。2.0 參比電極安裝 Reference Electrode Installation2.1 定位 Orientation按照設(shè)計要求確定參比電極在船體

18、的具體安裝位置。Determine the detailed installation location of reference electrode in the hull according to the design requirements.2.2 開孔 Hole opening在確定的位置開孔，孔的直徑為91mm，開好孔后，應(yīng)將其清理干凈。91mm. 25、 陽極檢查： Anode Inspection 在船舶下水前，檢查陽極與船體鋼板是否絕緣，正常情況應(yīng)該絕緣不導(dǎo)通，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)通須 找原因進(jìn)行處理，同時檢查水密安裝是否可靠，安裝是否牢固，在船舶下水后應(yīng)再次檢查水 密情況。Before the ship launching, the insulation between the anode and the hull plate should be checked 。 under normal circumstances, it should be insulated without connection 。 if connected, find

29、rrectly connected andwhether the reference wire connection is well connected.2.0 運(yùn)行實(shí)驗(yàn) Operation test2.1 在檢查無誤后才可以啟動恒電位儀，進(jìn)入運(yùn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)狀態(tài)。Start the potentiostat to enter the operation test state if the inspection is normal.“功能選擇 ”開關(guān) K2 置 “手控”位置，并將 W1、W2、W3 電位器由逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)后回轉(zhuǎn)二 圈。Place the “FUNCTION SELECTION ” sw
