2、飾鍍鉻的工藝鑒定和批生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)。簡 介:本規(guī)范分兩部分,第一部分“工藝鑒定要求”規(guī)定了加工商必須保證的技術(shù)管理、工藝設(shè)施及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量水平要求,用作對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行技術(shù)資格認(rèn)證和首樣質(zhì)量鑒定,是華為對裝飾鍍鉻零件進(jìn)行質(zhì)量鑒定的依據(jù);第二部分規(guī)定了正常批生產(chǎn)條件下產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求,是生產(chǎn)方控制批生產(chǎn)鍍層質(zhì)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)依據(jù),也是產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)收的質(zhì)量依據(jù)。本文所規(guī)定的電鍍鎳層,與以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的鍍層相當(dāng):標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名等效的鍍層類別ASTM B 456Standard Specification for Electrodeposited Coatings of Copper Plus Nickel Plus Chromium

6、品后處于正常視覺范圍內(nèi)的可見表面生產(chǎn)批指同一天在相同條件下處理的、材料和形狀相似的零件的總和1. 工藝鑒定要求1.1. 總則 在對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行工藝技術(shù)資格認(rèn)證時、或者供應(yīng)商有新產(chǎn)品首次生產(chǎn)時必須按本節(jié)要求進(jìn)行工藝質(zhì)量鑒定。原則上,已經(jīng)鑒定過的材料、工藝只需要提供相關(guān)報告。生產(chǎn)者的工藝質(zhì)量必須滿足第1節(jié)的要求。生產(chǎn)者的工藝設(shè)備、工藝流程、質(zhì)量保證措施應(yīng)在其主要的工藝文件中加以說明。1.2. 設(shè)計要求按本規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行的裝飾鍍鉻工藝,對鋼鐵基體必須是電鍍銅鎳鉻的工藝。生產(chǎn)者應(yīng)保持并遵守經(jīng)華為技術(shù)有限公司(以下簡稱“華為”)正式批準(zhǔn)的工藝和檢驗(yàn)文件。1.3. 工藝鑒定程序被鑒定的工廠必須完成以下全部試驗(yàn)

7、工作,這些試驗(yàn)必須在零件批生產(chǎn)所用的條件下完成:試樣加工 (注1)表面處理 (注2)試樣檢查及測試提供試驗(yàn)報告(注3)及試片給華為技術(shù)有限公司以便復(fù)驗(yàn)。注:1、鑒定用試樣也可由華為技術(shù)有限公司完成并提供給被鑒定工廠。2、所有試樣必須同時進(jìn)行處理。3、試驗(yàn)報告的發(fā)出者必須是華為技術(shù)有限公司質(zhì)量鑒定部門認(rèn)可的試驗(yàn)室或單位。1.4. 工藝鑒定試驗(yàn)及試樣要求1.4.1. 試樣要求材料: 冷軋鋼尺寸: 80×125×1 4 (mm) 或 10 20 ×125(mm)表面粗糙度: Ra 0.8 m表面處理: 鍍銅 鎳鉻1.4.2. 試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目及試樣數(shù)量下表給出了工藝鑒定所需的試

8、驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和試樣數(shù)量要求:試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目試樣數(shù)量(件)外觀所有試樣鍍層厚度3結(jié)合強(qiáng)度3耐蝕性銅加速乙酸鹽霧試驗(yàn)3+3 (僅對室內(nèi)應(yīng)用的零件)二氧化硫鹽霧試驗(yàn)3+3 (僅對室外外殼上的零件)注: 其中三件為提供華為技術(shù)有限公司進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn)用。1.5. 試驗(yàn)方法及質(zhì)量指標(biāo)1.5.1. 外觀1)所有試樣均應(yīng)按下列方法進(jìn)行外觀檢查。在自然光或光照度在300-600LX的近似自然光下(如40W日光燈、距離500mm處),相距為200mm350mm的距離下進(jìn)行正常檢驗(yàn),也可以使用放大鏡進(jìn)行參考檢驗(yàn)。為了防止試件反射,影響正常視線,允許用半透明白光紙,隔開光源進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。2)鍍層應(yīng)是光亮、稍帶有淺藍(lán)色的亮白色,且結(jié)晶均勻、

9、細(xì)致。3)允許在非工作面有夾具印。4)主視表面不允許有起泡、麻點(diǎn)、粗糙、脫落、分層、斑點(diǎn)、黑點(diǎn)、裂紋、針孔、起皮、發(fā)霧、局部無鍍層、污跡或變色等缺陷。1.5.2. 鍍層厚度1)按ISO 2177 在三個試樣上進(jìn)行厚度檢測,分別測量銅、鎳及鉻層厚度。(有爭議時,用庫侖法測量鉻層厚度,按ISO 1463 用顯微鏡法測量鎳和銅層厚度。)2)每一試樣的鍍層總厚度應(yīng)為 3040 m,其中銅鍍層為 2025 m、鎳鍍層為1015 m、鉻鍍層不低于 0.3 m。1.5.3. 結(jié)合強(qiáng)度1)在三件試樣上進(jìn)行鍍層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)。2)按 ISO 2819 的“挫刀試驗(yàn)”方法進(jìn)行檢測,每一試樣上鍍層與基體、鍍層與鍍層

10、之間應(yīng)結(jié)合良好,沒有任何分離現(xiàn)象。1.5.4. 耐蝕性1)在試樣上進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。2)對產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部應(yīng)用的零件生產(chǎn):按ISO 9227 方法進(jìn)行8小時的 CASS 試驗(yàn)(銅加速乙酸鹽霧試驗(yàn));試驗(yàn)后,在試樣邊緣以外的表面不能出現(xiàn)基體腐蝕現(xiàn)象。3)對戶外產(chǎn)品外表面應(yīng)用的零件生產(chǎn):按IEC60950-22第8.3節(jié)的規(guī)定進(jìn)行24天二氧化硫鹽霧試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)后,在試樣表面不允許出現(xiàn)黑點(diǎn)、綠點(diǎn)、或白色物質(zhì)等基材腐蝕現(xiàn)象。1.6. 鑒定狀態(tài)的保持經(jīng)過華為公司鑒定的工藝,在未得到華為的同意之前,不能改變?nèi)魏慰捎绊懶阅苜|(zhì)量的工藝參數(shù),否則將重新進(jìn)行鑒定.。2. 批生產(chǎn)檢驗(yàn)要求2.1. 鍍前表面質(zhì)量要求1)應(yīng)無嚴(yán)重油污、金

11、屬屑、銹蝕和氧化皮等;2)零件表面應(yīng)無毛刺、裂紋、壓坑等因操作不良而導(dǎo)致的人為損傷;表面劃傷不能超出DKBA0.400.0021 要求;3)裝飾表面必須經(jīng)過機(jī)械拋光(或其它等效的方法)處理,其表面粗糙度應(yīng)為Ra0.8。2.2. 鍍層外觀1)所有試樣均應(yīng)按下列方法進(jìn)行外觀檢查。在自然光或光照度在300-600LX的近似自然光下(如40W日光燈、距離500mm處),相距為200mm350mm的距離下進(jìn)行正常檢驗(yàn),也可以使用放大鏡進(jìn)行參考檢驗(yàn)。為了防止試件反射,影響正常視線,允許用半透明白光紙,隔開光源進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。2)鍍層應(yīng)是光亮、稍帶有淺藍(lán)色的亮白色,且結(jié)晶均勻、細(xì)致、光滑、連續(xù)。3)允許在非工作面

12、有夾具印。4)主視表面不允許有起泡、麻點(diǎn)、粗糙、脫落、分層、斑點(diǎn)、黑點(diǎn)、裂紋、針孔、起皮、發(fā)霧、局部無鍍層(盲孔內(nèi)、以及深度大于直徑的孔內(nèi)部分除外)、污跡或變色等缺陷。2.3. 鍍層厚度1)按ISO 2177 進(jìn)行厚度檢測、也可利用X射線鍍層分析儀進(jìn)行測試。厚度檢查在零件上進(jìn)行;每批零件都需檢測。分別測量銅、鎳及鉻層厚度。2)對鋼鐵、鋁或鋅合金零件表面:凡能被直徑為 20 mm 的球接觸到的區(qū)域,其局部總厚度必須達(dá)到 30 m以上,其中銅鍍層為 2025 m、鎳鍍層為1015 m、鉻鍍層不低于 0.3m;盲孔內(nèi)、以及深度大于直徑或開口寬度的部分不規(guī)定厚度。3)對銅合金零件表面:凡能被直徑為 2

13、0 mm 的球接觸到的區(qū)域,鎳鍍層為1520 m、鉻鍍層不低于 0.3 m;盲孔內(nèi)、以及深度大于直徑或開口寬度的部分不規(guī)定厚度。4)凡直徑為 20 mm 的球不能接觸到的區(qū)域,其厚度不作要求。5)對螺紋緊固件:其鍍層厚度必須符合圖紙或 GB/T 5267.1 中的要求,大致如下表所示;其厚度檢測方法按 ISO 4042的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行。螺紋公稱直徑(mm)2.53810121422鍍層厚度(m)358102.4. 結(jié)合強(qiáng)度1)每批至少檢查一件試樣(試樣要求見 節(jié))或樣件。2)按ISO 2819 的“銼刀試驗(yàn)”方法進(jìn)行檢測,鍍層與基體、鍍層與鍍層之間應(yīng)結(jié)合良好,沒有任何分離現(xiàn)象。3)對螺紋緊固件不

14、要求此項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。2.5. 耐蝕性1)每批至少檢查一件零件。2)按ISO 9227方法進(jìn)行 8H 的 CASS 試驗(yàn)(銅加速乙酸鹽霧試驗(yàn));試驗(yàn)后,在零件表面不能出現(xiàn)基體腐蝕跡象(白色、紅色、綠色或黑色),但以下情況除外:a、允許在螺紋部位出現(xiàn)有基材的腐蝕現(xiàn)象。b、在深凹結(jié)構(gòu)(深度大于開口寬度)底部,允許出現(xiàn)有不多于3個的腐蝕點(diǎn),每個腐蝕點(diǎn)的直徑規(guī)定為:鈑金或型材零件不大于0.5mm,鑄件不大于1.0mm。c、在零件其它的結(jié)構(gòu)棱邊、角上,鑄件零件允許出現(xiàn)不多于3個的腐蝕點(diǎn),每個腐蝕點(diǎn)的直徑不大于1.0mm;鋼、銅零件不允許出現(xiàn)腐蝕。3)滿足耐蝕性要求的零件,在鍍層厚度方面可以不強(qiáng)制要求符合2.3節(jié)

17、es Huaweis process requirements and quality requirements for electroplating decorative chrome on such metallic matrixes as steel、copper and zinc alloy. The technical specifications are applicable to chromeplating process appraisal and quality inspection for batch production.Brief introductionThis sp

18、ecification includes two parts. Part 1 is Requirements for Process Authentication, which defines that the producer must assure the quality of technical management , equipment and product. We authenticate the technical qualification and the quality of the first specimen using the specification, which

33、al beam or similar beam with luminosity between 300600LX, such as the 40W fluorescent lamp with distance 500mm. The visual distance is between 200350mm. Also you can use the magnifier for reference. In case of specimens reflection for our judgement, the semi- transparent white-light paper can be use

34、d to space out the disturbance of lamp-house.2)The coating should be lustrous with a little light blue, and the crystallization should be even and tiny.3)Clamp marks are allowed in a non-working surface.4)The following flaws are not allowed in the primary vision surface: bubble, pocking mark, roughn

35、ess, fall-off, delamination, spot, macula, crackle, pinhole, peeling, mould, no coating locally, stain, and discoloration.1.5.2 Coat Thickness1)Measure the thickness of three samples in accordance with ISO 2177, and measure the thickness of the copper coating, nickel coating, and chrome coating resp

36、ectively. (in case of controversy, measure the thickness of the chrome coating through the coulometry, and measure the thickness of the nickel coating and copper coating respectively through a microscope in accordance with ISO 1463)2)For each sample, the total thickness of the coatings should be 30

37、to 40 mm. Specifically speaking, the copper coating is 20 to 25 mm in thickness, the nickel coating is 10 to 15 mm in thickness, and the chrome coating is at least 0.3 mm in thickness.1.5.3 Bonding Strength1)Test the bonding strength of the coatings for the three samples.2)Use the file test methodol

38、ogy as described in ISO 2819. In each sample, the coatings should be bound to the matrix well and the coatings should also be bound to each other.1.5.4 Corrosion Resistance1)Three samples undergo the corrosion-resistance test.2)For the production inside using, Conduct an eight-hour copper-accelerate

39、d acetic acid-salt spray testing (CASS test) in accordance with ISO 9227. After the test is complete, no matrix should be corroded in the surface beyond the edge of the sample.3)For the outdoor production outside using, Conduct an 24-days SO2 salt spray testing in accordance with IEC60950-22 issue 8

40、.3. After the test is complete, no matrix should be corroded with black、green or white spots in the surface .1.6 Maintenance of Qualification StateWithout prior consent of Huaweis process department or quality inspection department, do not modify the process parameters of any process appraised by Hu

41、awei, which may affect its performance quality. Otherwise, the process has to be appraised again.2 Requirements for Batch Production2.1 Pre-Electroplating Surface Quality Requirements1)No serious oil stain, metal particles, rust, or oxide skin is allowed.2)Various misoperations-caused damages (burr,

42、 crackle, or indentation) are not allowed in the surface of every part. The superficial scratch should not exceed the range allowed by DKBA0.400.0021.3)The decorative surface should undergo the mechanical polishing treatment (or equivalent), and the surface roughness Ra should be not higher than 0.8

43、.2.2 Appearance1) All the test specimens must go through visual examination as follow:The test specimens must be checked up in natural beam or similar beam with luminosity between 300600LX, such as the 40W fluorescent lamp with distance 500mm. The visual distance is between 200350mm. Also you can us

Thickness measurement is made in the parts. Every batch of parts should be measured. The thickness of the copp

47、er coating, nickel coating, and chrome coating should be measured respectively.2)For the surface of the parts made of steel & iron or zinc alloy, the total local thickness should be at least 30 m in any area accessible to a ball with a diameter of 20 mm (specifically speaking, the copper coating

48、 is 20 to 25 mm in thickness, the nickel coating is 10 to 15 m in thickness, and the chrome coating is at least 0.3 m in thickness). No specific thickness is required in a blind hole or in a hole with its depth greater than its diameter or opening width.3)For the surface of the parts made of copper

49、alloy: For the area accessible to the ball with a diameter of 20mm, the nickel coating should be 15 to 20 m in thickness, and the chrome coating should be at least 0.3 m in thickness. No specific thickness is required in a blind hole or in a hole with its depth greater than its diameter or opening width.4)No specific thickness is required in an area that is not accessible to a
