1、特種船舶水密檢查須知Heavy load carriers watertight inspection instruction1. 概述：Summary： 嚴格水密檢查操作，是保持船舶抗沉性的必要手段之一，是重要的防范措施。Strict watertight inspection is one of necessary methods to keep shi anti-sinking and also an important precautionary measure.2. 周期Cycle:2.1. 每季度一次例行水密設(shè)備狀況檢查。Inspect the watertight equipme

2、nt every quarter.2.2. 航行中接到大風浪天氣的預報，或雖無預報，但風力增強，可能遇有大風浪天氣 ，需關(guān)閉水密設(shè)施時；When receive weather report of gale and strong wave during sailing or although not receive report, the wind is also strong, maybe encounter the weather of gale and strong wave, close watertight equipment.2.3. 每次航行前檢查；Inspect every t

3、ime before sailing;2.4. 每次抵港前檢查；Inspect every time before arriving;2.5. 以上四種檢查可隨意合并進行或相互替代，但兩次檢查間隔不得超過四個月。The above four inspections may be combined or replaced to carry out, but the interval of every two inspections is not more than four months.3. 責任 Responsibility:3.1. 大副組織進行并監(jiān)督；The chief officer

5、hief officer.4. 實施和標準 Implement and Standard4.1. 水密設(shè)備狀況檢查標準 ：The standard of checking the condition of watertight equipment:4.1.1. 蓋、門、窗等無破損；水密橡皮平整無缺，柔軟有彈性，無油漆、銹渣等垃圾；The cover、door、windows are not damaged; The watertight rubber is smooth and intact, soft and elastic, and there is no rubbish such as

6、paint and rust.4.1.2. 水密開口框緣（與蓋、門、窗結(jié)合處）無破損、平整，有足夠厚度；The combination of watertight rubber is smooth 、intact and thick enough.4.1.3. 開關(guān)活絡(luò)；鉸鏈、把手、支撐滾輪、上緊螺栓活絡(luò)并加油，能上緊保證水密。The switch is flexible; winch chain、handle、support idler wheel and bolt are all flexible and refueled, they can be screwed tightly to m

7、ake sure watertight.4.2. 水密設(shè)施關(guān)閉情況檢查標準：位置正確，已緊固，不漏水。The standard of closing the watertight equipment: position is correct, already screw tightly, not leakage.5. 記錄 Record:使用本須知所附水密檢查記錄表，附后。Using the watertight inspection record table which is attached behind this notice.5.1. 項目中所列“水密門、窗”項及“小艙口”項可能包括：

8、油漆間、物料間、木匠間、配電間、逃生筒出口、管弄軸弄出口、機器處所（應急發(fā)電機間、應急消防泵間、液壓甲板機械泵間等）；The item “watertight door、window” and “small hatch” maybe contain: paint room、material room、carpenter room、electricity supply room、 escape door、equipment location(emergencygenerator room、emergency fire control pump room、hydraulic deck machin

9、e pump room)；5.2. 項目欄留有空格，供各輪增添記錄表未列部位，大副填寫，船長審核；The item column leaves space to add new items which were not in the list, chief officer fill and the captain vertify;5.3. 項目欄若干項目后留有“共 處”，由各輪大副填寫該項目共有幾處，船長審核。Item column leaves space to add new records which are not in the table in every turn, chief o

10、fficer is in charge of filling and captain is in charge of verifying.5.4. 由大副記錄和保管；Chief officer is in charge of recording and keeping it.5.5. 每次水密檢查后，大副填寫交船長，船長審閱，在審閱記錄上簽名；Every time after watertight inspection, chief officer fill in the table and deliver it to captain, captain check and sign on th

11、e table.5.6. 記錄中：日期欄，填寫檢查日期；Recording: date column should be filled in the inspection date.類別欄-填寫“1”表示每季度例行檢查； 填寫“2”表示遇大風浪前檢查；填寫“3”表示航前檢查； 填寫“4”表示抵港前檢查；填寫14中的2個或3個數(shù)字，表示合并執(zhí)行。記錄欄，記錄執(zhí)行情況：已檢查項目畫“ü”，本船沒有項目畫 “”，未檢查項目畫“”，并在備注欄記錄未檢查的原因。Category column filling “1” means routine inspection every quarter;
