Iv - ment atraci on reu- cnt I ue t- I ad Adeeto t he soft evi onme nt of eceknie a I dmprove te e nvi0nme nt ae 一 山東省中小學(xué)學(xué)生裝質(zhì)量技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一、適用范圍本技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的學(xué)生裝通用工藝要求、檢測(cè)方法及標(biāo)志、包裝、運(yùn)輸 和貯存等技術(shù)規(guī)范。適用于以機(jī)織、針織面料加工制作的中小學(xué)學(xué)生裝。

7、二、號(hào)型與分類1、學(xué)生裝號(hào)型設(shè)置按 GB/T 1335.11335.3或GB 6411規(guī)定選用執(zhí)行。2、按面料織造方法分為機(jī)織學(xué)生裝和針織學(xué)生裝。三、原材料要求1、主要面料、輔料按照省定質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行，使用全省統(tǒng)一招標(biāo)、集中采購的面 輔料。2、里料、襯布、縫紉線、紐扣等其他原材料由定點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)自行選擇，但必須 符合國(guó)家相應(yīng)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。四、裁剪工藝要求1、裁前認(rèn)真驗(yàn)布、順色，留足夠的時(shí)間使面料在松弛狀態(tài)下回縮。2、不料的紋路（絲縷）不得有明顯的彎曲。3、沿經(jīng)向或凸紋裁剪。4、布袋的紋路須和衣身一致。5、不同匹號(hào)的面料有缸差時(shí)裁剪要編號(hào)順色。五、縫制工藝要求1、縫頭一般為1cm,包縫3-6cm,特殊情

8、況除外。2、縫線密度：平縫13-14針/3cm,包縫13針/3cm （特殊部位按該款具體要求）。3、縫接起始部分應(yīng)采用來回針加固；明線及縫合線均應(yīng)順直，不得有明顯的彎曲和并結(jié)，縫接處的面料，不得有明顯的縫縮和縫頭牽伸；縫線中不應(yīng)有吊急線、 寬松線。4、不得有跳線、脫線，不得有包邊縫的綻開和布料滑脫。5、縫制線跡的伸長(zhǎng)要和布料的伸長(zhǎng)相適應(yīng)（不得有被縫兩塊和縫程中面料拉伸 不一致或不均勻的現(xiàn)象），不得產(chǎn)生縫線斷開現(xiàn)象。6、褲子后襠縫雙趟。7、不得有回落剪裁不良而產(chǎn)生的明顯的布邊毛絲。8、口袋兩側(cè)若有損壞外觀的情況，要在里側(cè)或縫頭處往返縫幾次加固（口袋兩 端的I型式型縫線視作加固）。9、折邊的寬度要

9、適當(dāng)、均勻，不因折邊而抽線。10、褶桐要均勻整齊，輪廓分明，無明顯的彎曲與變化。11、抽褶收縮程度要均勻、伸縮能力要充分，不得出現(xiàn)明顯的“ S”型。12、縫制完的服裝應(yīng)滿足如下要求：整潔無污染；各部分均應(yīng)平服、順直、周正、牢固，應(yīng)該對(duì)稱的部分（或部位），其位置和大小等均應(yīng)對(duì)稱；衣長(zhǎng)和重要部分 的尺寸與型號(hào)規(guī)定尺寸間允差范圍見各款式具體要求。六、輔助工序工藝要求1、扣眼大小應(yīng)適合紐扣大小，紐扣和扣眼位置要均應(yīng)、對(duì)稱，角度要準(zhǔn)確，縫 合要有足夠強(qiáng)度（四針眼扣對(duì)稱兩眼應(yīng)雙線縫四次以上，金屬暗鼻扣，應(yīng)縫雙線 四次以上）。2、褲鉤的釘結(jié)應(yīng)端正、準(zhǔn)確、牢固。每一鉤眼中采用雙線縫三次以上，單線五 次以上，且
