12、 臨時(shí)設(shè)施:根據(jù)工程的材料及人員情況,在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)立臨時(shí)辦公、生活倉(cāng)庫(kù),施工人員的臨時(shí)住所,落實(shí)施工及生活用水電。二、幕墻立柱的測(cè)量放線立柱定位放線是在正式設(shè)計(jì)圖紙已定,所有誤差處理方案確定后進(jìn)行。立柱定位放線是幕墻安裝關(guān)鍵性的一步,其誤差大小直接影響后期各工序的安裝質(zhì)量,立柱定位放線要求考慮的問(wèn)題很全面,包括各轉(zhuǎn)角、節(jié)點(diǎn)處的尺寸處理,要考慮玻璃的規(guī)格、封口的方向,立柱的安裝方向等問(wèn)題。(一)放線用主要工具:經(jīng)緯儀、水準(zhǔn)儀。(二)工藝流程:準(zhǔn)備放線工具-在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)找準(zhǔn)開線的位置-在關(guān)鍵層打水平線-找出立柱放線定位點(diǎn)-加固定位點(diǎn)-找水平線-檢查水平線的誤差-調(diào)整誤差-進(jìn)行水平分割復(fù)查水平分割的誤差-吊垂
13、直線-檢查垂直度-固定垂直線-檢查所有放線的準(zhǔn)確性-重點(diǎn)清查轉(zhuǎn)角,變面位置的放線情況(三)放線操作方法:1、熟悉圖紙的過(guò)程是對(duì)整個(gè)工程的了解,弄清整個(gè)位置的主導(dǎo)尺寸,收口位置的尺寸、轉(zhuǎn)角、收口的處理方式2、在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)找準(zhǔn)開線的位置,并對(duì)周圍環(huán)境進(jìn)行了解,對(duì)照?qǐng)D紙將轉(zhuǎn)角位、軸線位、變高截面位的位置一一對(duì)應(yīng),以保證放線時(shí)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。3、選擇好關(guān)鍵層,將關(guān)鍵層清理干凈,防止雜物對(duì)放線的影響,在關(guān)鍵層找出關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)并加固此點(diǎn),并對(duì)此點(diǎn)用水準(zhǔn)儀抄平,以便按需要找出水平線。4、根據(jù)幕墻施工需要,單純?cè)陉P(guān)鍵層打水平還不足以確定豎梁的定位,為了保證豎梁安裝的誤差在規(guī)定范圍,在放線時(shí)還需要尋找一個(gè)輔助層打水平,以保證兩點(diǎn)

30、 鐵線一定要拉緊,有時(shí)可采用多個(gè)花籃拉緊的方法。在拉水平線之前要求對(duì)水平度進(jìn)行復(fù)核,誤差不能小于2mm。8、在水平線拉好后,防止出現(xiàn)誤差,要求對(duì)拉好的水平線進(jìn)行水平度復(fù)核,復(fù)核時(shí)一不定要將鐵線調(diào)至水平狀態(tài),必要時(shí)要在中間加輔助支點(diǎn),以避免鐵線下?lián)稀?、進(jìn)行水平分割:水平線拉好調(diào)整后,進(jìn)行水平分割,進(jìn)行水平分割前必須做好以下準(zhǔn)備工作:1)查看圖紙分格;2)明了分格線與定位軸線的關(guān)系;3)準(zhǔn)備工具,同時(shí)對(duì)圈尺等測(cè)量?jī)x器進(jìn)行調(diào)校4)確定分割起點(diǎn)定位軸線。整個(gè)準(zhǔn)備工作做好后著手水平分割,一般三人同時(shí)進(jìn)行,一個(gè)主尺,一個(gè)復(fù)尺,一個(gè)定位。每次分割后者要進(jìn)行復(fù)檢。10、 對(duì)水平線分割的準(zhǔn)確性的檢查,在每次水
31、平分割線分割完畢后都要求對(duì)此進(jìn)行復(fù)查,方法有兩種;1)按原來(lái)的分割方法進(jìn)行復(fù)尺,并按總長(zhǎng)、分長(zhǎng)復(fù)核閉合差。2)按相反方向復(fù)尺,并按總長(zhǎng)、分長(zhǎng)復(fù)核閉合差11、水平分割確定后,我們就需要根據(jù)水平分割吊垂直線,吊垂直線時(shí)應(yīng)注意:1)固定好吊線支座;2)每根線都在分割點(diǎn)上;3)分割點(diǎn)必須準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤;4)吊線時(shí)必須先察看是否有排柵或其它東西擋?。?)所吊垂線代表一根豎梁的安裝位置,這就要求我們對(duì)水平分割與所吊垂線必須完全吻合;6)在風(fēng)力 4級(jí)時(shí)不宜吊垂線;7) 吊線時(shí),吊垂的重量根據(jù)情況可用加重法碼的辦法來(lái)減少風(fēng)力對(duì)其的影響;fback boneba ckbone role; tofull stre ng

46、角位置玻璃分隔與豎梁分隔不在同一位置,故放線時(shí)要注意換算,同時(shí)要反復(fù)查對(duì),以防搞錯(cuò)。(四)復(fù)檢所需工具及人員:1、工器具:水平管、水準(zhǔn)儀、經(jīng)緯儀、緊仔、吊錘、電焊機(jī)。2、人員: 34 人,但要求職人員技術(shù)較全面,對(duì)幕墻有較深了解,至少有二人對(duì)幕墻有全面的掌握,特別是對(duì)整個(gè)施工程序和方法要全面掌握。3、操作時(shí)注意事項(xiàng):1)熟悉圖紙、弄清、懂設(shè)計(jì)意圖2)熟練各種操作的過(guò)程、順序3)對(duì)全過(guò)程進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制4)轉(zhuǎn)角位置的開線一定要準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤5)誤差控制在 0.5mm6)全面控制與設(shè)計(jì)差值,如可調(diào)節(jié)尺寸有大的出入應(yīng)與設(shè)計(jì)師聯(lián)系7)做好詳細(xì)的放線記錄8)質(zhì)量評(píng)定、資料整理: 對(duì)每道工序的施工過(guò)程,做好詳細(xì)的記
