2、1002, Unit 1, 1# Area 7 of KangYing community, and equipment good condition to party B. 2.租賃期自2013年 9月15日至2014年9月15日,屆時本合同自然終止Lease since Sept. 15, 2013 to 2014, Sept. 15, 2014, when the contract is the automatic termination.3.租賃期滿,甲方有權(quán)收回全部出租房屋,乙方應(yīng)如期交還。乙方如需繼續(xù)承租,需在本合同期滿50天前,向甲方提出書面通知。租金以雙方協(xié)商而定。Expiry

5、效期內(nèi)租金不予調(diào)整。The rent in the contract within the effective date will not be changed. 7.押金。乙方同意支付1個月房租計人民幣叁仟元整作為押金(押金由居住人自行支付),自本合同簽定日支付與甲方。合同期滿,乙方如不再續(xù)租,甲方應(yīng)在十天內(nèi)(在乙方將全部電話費,水電費和煤氣費付清后)將押金反還給乙方(不計利息)。The deposit(Without interest ).Party B agrees to pay a month rent as a deposit(The deposit shall be separat

7、方可以扣留部分押金抵付。If party A happened is not covered by the contract costs, party a may withhold part of the deposit in compensation. 9.在租賃期內(nèi),如乙方提前終止合同,押金不予返還。In the lease term, if the party B terminates the contract, the deposit will not be returned. 10.乙方所用電話費,按電信局收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn),每月根據(jù)實際使用量計算,乙方根據(jù)費用清單結(jié)算。Phone. 17、,不可太近。與人太近了,常常看人不清。一個人既有優(yōu)點,也有缺點,所謂人無完人,金無赤足是也。初識時,走得太近就會模糊了不足,寵之;時間久了,原本的美麗之處也成了瑕疵,嫌之。與人太近了,便隨手可得,有時得物,據(jù)為己有,太過貪財;有時得人,為己所用,也許貪色。貪財也好,貪色亦罷,都是一種貪心。與人太近了,最可悲的就是會把自己丟在別人身上,找不到自己的影子,忘了回家的路。這世上,根本沒有零距離的人際關(guān)系,因為人總是有一份自私的,人與人之間太近的距離,易滋生事端,恩怨相隨。所以,人與人相處的太近了,便漸漸相遠(yuǎn)。人與人之間的距離也不可太遠(yuǎn)。太遠(yuǎn)了,就像放飛的風(fēng)箏,過高斷線。太遠(yuǎn)了,就像南徙的大雁,失群哀
