7、e threads of wheel nuts and hub bolts caused by disc wheel.注意：在拆卸和安裝車輪時，不要使車輪輻板損壞了車輪螺母的螺紋和輪轂螺栓。Adjusting nut wrench調整螺扳手2.2 Working Point on Disassembly and Reassembly拆卸和裝配要點Disassembly Assembly拆卸安裝(1) Use an adjusting nut wrench.使用專用調整螺母扳手Assembly安裝(2) Use a rear hub puller to remove the hub assemb

8、ly.使用后輪轂拉出器來拆除輪轂總成。Disassembly拆卸(3) Remove the outer races of inner and outer bearing of hub by lightly applying hammer to the inner and outer races.通過用錘子輕輕的敲擊內外軸承外圈來拆卸內外輪轂軸承外圈。Oil seal油封Outer bearingouter race外軸承的外圈Inner bearingouter race內軸承外圈Assembly安裝(4) Insert the hub oil seal by tapping with oi

9、l seal inserting tool (replacer). 用專用工具將輪轂油封輕輕敲入Oil seal inserting tool(Replacer)油封安裝工具 Assembly安裝(5) Refill the genuine bearing grease to the hub.輪轂內重新加注原廠使用的軸承潤滑脂Bearing grease refill capacity: 1,150g軸承潤滑脂的填充量：1150克Assembly安裝(6) Adjust the preload to the specified value by use of adjusting nut.用調整

10、螺母來調整軸承預緊載荷，使其達到規(guī)定值。Caution注意 Back off the adjusting nut approximately 60 degrees.預緊后，調整螺母應反向旋轉約 60度 When adjusting the preload, pay attention not to scratch the brake lining or drum.在調整軸承預緊載荷時，注意不要損壞制動器摩擦片和制動鼓。Clearance between brake lining and drum: 0.20.3mm制動器摩擦片和制動鼓之間的間隙是：0.20.3mm(7) Align the g

11、roove on axle housing with the adjusting nut hole, and install the lock plate. 在鎖止墊圈上的孔和調整螺母上的孔對正的情況下，將鎖止墊圈內側的凸起對正橋殼上的鍵槽并將鎖止墊圈安裝上。Caution注意 When the holes for the lock plate and the adjusting nut are not aligned with each other, back off the adjusting nut more than 10 degrees to install the lock pla

12、te.在鎖止墊圈上的孔和調整螺母上的孔沒有對正的情況下，要把調整螺母反轉10度來安裝鎖止墊圈 After installing the lock plate, make sure that the preload is within the maintenance standards.安裝鎖止墊圈后，要確保預緊載荷在保養(yǎng)標準內Hub bearing preload: 68kg 輪轂軸承預緊載荷：68kgAssembly安裝(8) Refill the grease as followings.填充潤滑脂的方法如下：Grease潤滑脂Disassembly拆卸(9) Pinch the prot

13、rusion on hub oil seal with pliers and pull out.用鉗子夾緊輪轂油封上的凸起并把油封拔出來Oil seal油封Oil seal油封Pliers鉗子Pinch this portion.夾緊部位Caution注意 Do not reuse the hub oil seal.不要重復使用輪轂油封 Do not pry the seal contact face or oil seal with a screwdriver or other tool.不要用螺絲刀或其它工具橇動油封的密封接觸面或油封。3.Disassembly & Reassem

14、bly拆卸安裝Note注意Completely clean the disassembled parts with cleansing solution. Check that there are no cracks or damage on the mounting surfaces.If damaged, replace with new ones. 用清洗液徹底清潔拆卸下來的零部件。檢查安裝表面是否有裂紋或損壞。如有損壞，應及時更換新的部件。2.3 Axle shaft半軸(1) Rear axle shaft bend后橋半軸彎曲(mm)Maintenance standard保養(yǎng)標準
