4、60;Todays competition gives all the contestants kinds of speeches, such as  Prepared speech,Questions and answers and Impromptu speech. The judges will judge you by the s

5、ubstance ,style and delivery of your speech.   B:今天的總決賽中，每位選手都要完成定題演講、回答問題和即興演講這三個部分，評委將從選手的演講內容、流暢程度、語音語調、和表現(xiàn)力幾個方面綜合評定。  A: In Prepared speech, if your speech is more than 3 minutes and 15&

6、#160;seconds or less than 2 minutes and 45 seconds, the score of yours will deduct 0.5-1 points; this round will be 50 points In Impromptu speech and Questions 

7、and answers , if your speech is more than 70 seconds, or less than 50 seconds, the score of yours will deduct 0.5-1 points, this two rounds will be 30
