1、機(jī)械設(shè)計制造及其自動化專業(yè)(大類)培養(yǎng)方案(080301)(Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering)一、專業(yè)簡介(、Major Introduction)機(jī)械設(shè)計制造及其自動化專業(yè)主要培養(yǎng)從事裝備制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā)、制造、生產(chǎn)運行管理等工作的高級工程科技人才。本專業(yè)是一個寬口徑專業(yè),有機(jī)械制造及其自動化、機(jī)械設(shè)計及其自動化、機(jī)械電子工程和工業(yè)工程四個專業(yè)方向,具有碩士學(xué)位、博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)點。Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering is committed to cultivating high-level
2、 engineering talents with expertise in product design and development, manufacturing process, production and operation management in equipment manufacturing industry. This major offers four academic directions including Manufacturing Engineering & Automation, Mechanical Engineering & Automation, Mec
3、hatronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering, with bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees.二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)(、Academic Objectives)培養(yǎng)掌握寬厚的基礎(chǔ)理論、扎實的專業(yè)基本知識和基本技能,在工程科學(xué)、技術(shù)方面具有較強(qiáng)的綜合創(chuàng)新意識、獨立工作能力和團(tuán)隊精神,勝任機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計制造、研究開發(fā)、營銷管理等方面的工作和跨學(xué)科的合作任務(wù),具備較高的文化素質(zhì)、良好的職業(yè)道德的高級專業(yè)人才。The objectives for this major are for students to acqu
4、ire a broad, fundamental-based knowledge, solid specialty knowledge as well as basic practical skills; to possess comprehensive innovative consciousness, capability of doing research independently and team spirit; to be capable of the works in design and development, manufacturing, marketing and ope
5、ration management of mechanical and electrical products, and cross-disciplinary collaboration; to have high level cultural quality and professional moral.三、培養(yǎng)要求(、Academic Requirement)貫徹“面向工程、寬基礎(chǔ)、強(qiáng)能力、重應(yīng)用”的培養(yǎng)方針,探索建立專業(yè)拓展方向及相應(yīng)課程體系,提高學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能;強(qiáng)化實踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),提高學(xué)生的工程實踐能力(機(jī)電產(chǎn)品設(shè)計與制造)及解決復(fù)雜工程問題的能力,提高社會競爭力。Enforcing t
6、he cultivation guideline of “Engineering Orientation, Broad Foundation, Capability Strengthening and Practice Concentration”, this program is designed to construct extended disciplinary directions and the corresponding courses so as to improve students professional expertise and skills. By strengthe
7、ning the practice courses, the students are required to improve their ability to deal with engineering practice (design and manufacturing of mechanical and electrical products) and to solve complex engineering problems, in order to improve their job-hunting competitiveness.四、學(xué)制與學(xué)位(、Length of Schooli

9、ain Courses)互換性與技術(shù)測量基礎(chǔ)、控制工程基礎(chǔ)、工程測試技術(shù)、微機(jī)原理與接口技術(shù)、機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。Main courses include Interchangeability and Measurement Technology, Fundamentals of Control Engineering, Testing Technology for Mechanical Engineering, etc.七、主要專業(yè)實驗和實習(xí)安排(、Main Laboratory and Practice)互換性與技術(shù)測量基礎(chǔ)、控制工程基礎(chǔ)、工程測試技術(shù)、微機(jī)原理與接口技術(shù)、機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)等
10、課程的實驗。實習(xí)主要包括:認(rèn)識實習(xí)、工程訓(xùn)練(機(jī)械)、工程訓(xùn)練(電子)、生產(chǎn)實習(xí)、畢業(yè)實習(xí)等。Main experiments include those attached to the main courses such as Interchangeability and Measurement Technology, Fundamentals of Control Engineering, Testing Technology for Mechanical Engineering, etc.Main practices include Recognition Practice (site
11、visit), Engineering Training (metallurgical technology), Engineering Training (electrical & electronics), Industrial Experience and Graduation Practice.八、專業(yè)優(yōu)勢及特色(、Major Predominance and characteristics)在“高效精密加工與工具系統(tǒng)”研究方面具有突出的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢,在“機(jī)電集成控制技術(shù)及裝備”和“數(shù)字化制造技術(shù)”方面處于國內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平。將科研成果引入課堂,注重機(jī)械設(shè)計及制造基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練,強(qiáng)調(diào)實踐能力和創(chuàng)新意識
12、的培養(yǎng),使學(xué)生走上工作崗位后,能夠盡快勝任技術(shù)工作,成為企業(yè)的技術(shù)骨干。近年,“機(jī)械設(shè)計制造及其自動化專業(yè)”的建設(shè)成果如下:2006年,山東省立項確定為“省級品牌專業(yè)建設(shè)點”;2007年,通過“全國工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證”;2008年,教育部確定為高等學(xué)校第一類“特色專業(yè)建設(shè)點”;2009年,教育部確定為高等學(xué)校第二類“特色專業(yè)建設(shè)點”。This major is ranked the national leading level in the field of “High efficiency, precision machining technology and tooling system”,
13、 national advanced level in the field of “Integrated control of mechanical and electrical equipments” and “Digital manufacturing”. By introducing the scientific achievements into education, this program focuses on the fundamental training in mechanical design and manufacturing, and addresses the cul
14、tivation of practical ability and innovative consciousness, so as to make the students competent for the technical work after graduation and become the technical backbone.The achievements of the major “Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering” are as follows:2006: Conferred the provincial brand spec
