1、漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)研究中英文對照Study English talents majoring in Chinese language and Literature論文關鍵字 漢語言文學應用型人才培養(yǎng)建議Keyword suggestions for cultivating applied talents in Chinese language and Literature論文摘 要 隨著大學生就業(yè)壓力的增大,漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的重心必須要從以往培養(yǎng)學術型人才轉向以培養(yǎng)適合社會發(fā)展和工作需要的應用型人才為目標。本文先從漢語言文學專業(yè)應用型人才培養(yǎng)出現(xiàn)的主要問題入手,對漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培

2、養(yǎng)目標進行清晰定位、構建了漢語言文學專業(yè)應用型課程體系,提出了漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的建議。Abstract with the increasing employment pressure of college students, talents majoring in Chinese language and literature education center of gravity must develop to cultivate applied talents for social development and needs of the target from the previo

This paper starts from the application of Chinese language and literature major talent cultivation problems of Chinese language and literature, the personnel training objectives, clear positioning of Chinese language and literature major applied curriculum system, and puts forwa

4、rd suggestions of the talents of Chinese language and literature education.一、引言One, foreword漢語言文學專業(yè)是傳統(tǒng)中文系中最常設的一個專業(yè),也被譽為文科的萬能專業(yè),畢業(yè)的學生供不應求,可以從事社會人文領域的很多工作。但隨著學科門類的增多,專業(yè)的細化競爭壓力越來越大,人才市場開始傾斜。導致這一現(xiàn)象的一個本身原因是傳統(tǒng)漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系缺乏應用性的缺陷,加強漢語言文學專業(yè)的應用性是漢語言文學專業(yè)改革的一大問題。The Department of Chinese language and literat

7、eform.二、漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題In the problem of existence two, Chinese language and literature of professional talent training傳統(tǒng)的漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標不清晰;教學內(nèi)容重純文學,然而經(jīng)濟、政治、哲學、法律內(nèi)容偏少是漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式比較集中的問題。The talents of traditional Chinese language literature speciality training goal is not clear; the teaching cont

12、tional weariness, professional advantages become disadvantages professional.2.2教學內(nèi)容重純文學輕社會學2.2 teaching content heavy pure literature light Sociology教學內(nèi)容是對教學計劃的具體落實,也是實現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)目標的具體步驟。因而教學內(nèi)容的設置必須科學、合理、切實可行。然而,在漢語言文學專業(yè)教學內(nèi)容大多是文學史、文學概論、文學作品等,教學內(nèi)容脫離了社會,遠離政治、經(jīng)濟、法律、哲學社會學科,影響學生綜合素質的培養(yǎng)。學生畢業(yè)后與社會格格不入,脫離實際,只會做文字游

16、gination of the students.三、應用型人才培養(yǎng)目標定位Three, the goal of training applied talents順應時代和就業(yè)的需求,把漢語言文學專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標定位到綜合應用型現(xiàn)代化人才上。當代社會各部門和行業(yè)之間的融合滲透越來越多,單純的漢語言文學工作者已經(jīng)不能滿足各個部門和行業(yè)的要求。這就要求我們在人才培養(yǎng)目標上要進行深入研究,重新定位。根據(jù)不同行業(yè)、領域對人才規(guī)格的需求,重應用,對專業(yè)進行分流,形成基礎加特色的培養(yǎng)模式。另外隨著現(xiàn)代化媒體技術的發(fā)展,熟練運用現(xiàn)代媒體,也是不可或缺的?,F(xiàn)代漢語言文學專業(yè)培養(yǎng)出來的學生就是要有過硬的寫、說能

17、力,還懂得編輯與制作,將語言文字傳播、影像傳播和網(wǎng)絡傳播融會貫通,才能適應社會的發(fā)展需要。The trend of the times and the employment demand, the talent in Chinese language and literature major training orientation to the comprehensive application of modern talents. 29、er planning在大學一年級利用新生入學教育契機向學生灌輸職業(yè)規(guī)劃的理念,介紹就業(yè)工作的相關概念和基本常識,引導學生樹立正確的就業(yè)觀和成才觀,指導學生制訂大學四年規(guī)劃。對二年級則進一步深化就業(yè)觀教育,幫助他們分析就業(yè)形勢,調整完善職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,引導學生積極鍛煉就業(yè)必備的素質和技能,夯實基礎。大三這個年級階段我們應注重分類指導,幫助學生分析幾種職業(yè)去向,是深造讀研,當公務員還是企事業(yè)單位工作者,或是自己創(chuàng)業(yè)?根據(jù)學生的不同選擇通過專題講座、報告會、個別輔導等形式集中資源優(yōu)勢進行分類指導。到了大四進行考研與就業(yè)分流,對考研學生重點進行學科縱深教育,對準備就業(yè)學生重點學習就業(yè)相關課程和參加專業(yè)
