Work-Post Responsibility質(zhì)量體系人員職責(zé)4.1.Responsibility of Project Manager項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理職責(zé)Organize and establish the quality system and put it into effective operation. Supervise and inspect the responsibility and authority limit of relevant department and responsible person of the P

9、roject Department to maintain that the project quality meets relevant stipulation and requirement. Responsibility of construction manager施工經(jīng)理職責(zé)Be responsible for project construction and quality control under the leadership of project manager. 在項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量工作。Be liable for checking and auditing construction schedules, coordinating construction and implementing project construction q

The purpose of meetings is to solve problems in quality management, construction quality and work process, to coordinate functional departments, to bring management responsibility into practice, to analyze quality problems and work out corresponding precaution measures and

Inspection results shall be recorded in the format of “inspection record for project construction quality”. As for existing problems, rectification shall be brought into

40、r different specialties like prefabrication of steel structure, prefabrication of piping, rigging equipment, installation of piping and equipment, package pressure test, pre-trial run of rotary equipment, and commissioning, shall be organized by QA/QC manager with the help of functional departments

41、such as quality, safety, technology and comprehensive departments. “Specialty Group” and “Management Group” shall do the joint inspection, in detail, “Management Group” is responsible for inspection of management procedures, responsibility execution, files and documents, and “Specialty Group” for in

Management of quality assurance system operation質(zhì)量體系運(yùn)行管理內(nèi)容Quality control during preparation for construction施工準(zhǔn)備階段的質(zhì)量控制Establish and perfect quality assurance system for project construction and its assurance measures, bring into effect quality control organization, and work out quali

44、ty system operation schedule, quality control schedule (including treatment schedule for common quality faults) and quality schedule. 建立、健全項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證體系,完善質(zhì)量保證措施,落實(shí)質(zhì)量控制組織,制定質(zhì)量體系運(yùn)行計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量控制規(guī)劃(包括質(zhì)量通病防治計(jì)劃)和質(zhì)量工作計(jì)劃。Compile Construction Organization Planning and Construction Schemes.編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、施工技術(shù)方案。Organize prof

45、essional technicians to familiarize design document and drawings, precisely understand design intent and participate in joint checkup of drawings and design presentation. 組織專業(yè)技術(shù)人員熟悉設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,準(zhǔn)確領(lǐng)會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)意圖并參加圖紙會(huì)審、設(shè)計(jì)交底。Confirm project construction quality control points (A, B, C) which shall be confirmed by FW.
