1、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群論文:潛山縣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展研究【中文摘要】產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已經(jīng)成為近年來(lái)一個(gè)世界性的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象,作為提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要途徑,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群受到了許多國(guó)家和地區(qū)越來(lái)越多的重視,他們希望通過(guò)制定合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群政策來(lái)培育具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的有效整合,加速區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,集群理論也得到了眾多學(xué)科的青睞,不過(guò)集群理論多用于制造業(yè)當(dāng)中,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中運(yùn)用的相對(duì)較少。近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外的旅游業(yè)都發(fā)展迅速,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈也在不斷深化,國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游研究學(xué)者看到了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)這種先天集聚化的產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,開(kāi)始逐漸嘗試將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的理論運(yùn)用到旅游業(yè)的研究當(dāng)中去,雖然這些理論研究都還處在初級(jí)階

2、段,但是與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展相關(guān)聯(lián)的一些概念已經(jīng)先后被提了出來(lái),豐富了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究理論。潛山位于安徽省西南部,旅游業(yè)起步早,但是發(fā)展緩慢,在旅游業(yè)存在激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的今天,潛山旅游業(yè)要想迅速崛起,就應(yīng)當(dāng)尋求發(fā)展旅游的新途徑,本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論研究為指導(dǎo),突破該理論對(duì)一般性產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的模式,對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概念、類型等理論進(jìn)行研究,不但豐富旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究理論,而且還將運(yùn)用它來(lái)指導(dǎo)潛山旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一章,緒論。主要內(nèi)容包括本篇論文的研究的背景基礎(chǔ)、意義、相關(guān)理論綜述、論文的研究方法和思路以及論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的一般理論基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)本文研究所需要的相關(guān)理論和實(shí)證研究的方法

3、進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析和介紹,明確了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的概念和層次、類型、形成條件、判定方法等。為后文對(duì)潛山旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的評(píng)價(jià)提供了理論的基礎(chǔ)。第三章,潛山旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的評(píng)價(jià)。運(yùn)用鉆石模型對(duì)潛山發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的各方面的要素進(jìn)行了分析,主要包括旅游資源、市場(chǎng)需求、發(fā)展機(jī)遇、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、相關(guān)支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)、政府支持等幾個(gè)方面,來(lái)判斷潛山是否具備發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的條件。同時(shí)本文對(duì)潛山旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,確定了潛山的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群目前的發(fā)展階段。第四章,潛山旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的制約因素。在上一章分析的結(jié)論基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了潛山旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展中的一些制約因素,分別包括省內(nèi)相似旅游景點(diǎn)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、相關(guān)及支持

4、要素發(fā)展落后、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力較弱以及相關(guān)的管理體制不完善等。第五章,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的建議。對(duì)潛山構(gòu)建和發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群提供一點(diǎn)的發(fā)展建議,主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:加強(qiáng)旅游品牌的建設(shè)、完善旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群鏈條、增強(qiáng)政府主導(dǎo)作用、開(kāi)發(fā)旅游人力資源、培育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群文化等幾個(gè)方面,以期能夠?qū)撋铰糜螛I(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),實(shí)現(xiàn)潛山經(jīng)濟(jì)崛起和旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。第六章,結(jié)論。對(duì)本文的主要結(jié)論進(jìn)行了歸納,并列出了本文研究的不足之處?!居⑽恼縄ndustry cluster has become a worldwide economic phenomenon in recent years. They hope to foster competitive industrial clusters by developing a reasonable policy of industrial clusters so that they can achieve effect

6、ive integration of resources, competition and cooperation among enterprises and accelerate regional economic development. Therefore, the cluster theory has also been favored by many disciplines, but much of them are used for the manufacturing industry. The use of cluster theory for the third industr

7、y is relatively small. In recent years, the tourism industry at home and abroad is developing rapidly. The industrial chain is deepening. Domestic and international tourism research scholars saw the gathering properties of tourism industry. On this basis, they began to try to apply industrial cluste

8、r theory in studying the tourism industry. Although these theoretical studies are still in the initial stage, some concepts associated with the development of the tourism industry cluster have been put forward and enriched the tourism industry of theories.The tourism industry in Qianshan county star

9、ted early, but it developed slowly. The tourism industry in Qianshan county must seek new ways to develop if it hopes to rise rapidly in intense competition in the tourism industry today. In this paper, we use industrial cluster theory as a guide and breakthrough the pattern of industrial research a

10、bout the general industry. The study about correlative theory of the tourism industry cluster, not only enrich the basic theory of tourism industry cluster, but also it can be used to guide the development of the tourism industry. This paper is divided into five parts:Chapter I is Introduction. The

11、main contents include the background, purpose, significance of this thesis. The review of correlative theory, research method and ideas, innovations of the paper are introduced.In chapter II, we introduce the general theory of the tourism industry cluster. They provide a theoretical basis for the an

12、alysis about the later development of the tourism industry in Qianshan county.In chapter III, we evaluate tourism industry cluster in Qianshan county. All aspects of elements of the development of tourism industry cluster is analyzed applying Diamond model. The elements include tourism resources, ma

13、rket demand, development opportunities, infrastructure, related support industries, government support and competition. By the analyses, we judge whether Qianshan county have a potential to develop tourism industry cluster. While we determine current stage of development of tourism industry cluster

14、in Qianshan county by analyzing the formation of tourism industrial clusters in Qianshan county.In chapter IV, we conclude the constraints of development of tourism industry cluster. On the basis of conclusion in the last chapter, we get the constraints including the competition from similar attract

15、ions in province, the tourist brands were negative, slow relative elements and support, weak innovation capacity, incomplete related management system, etc.In chapter V, we propose suggestions about the development of tourism industry cluster. We offer a few proposals about the constructions and dev

16、elopment of tourism industry cluster. The proposals include the following aspects:strengthening the building of the tourism brand, improving the chain of the tourism industry cluster, strengthening the leading role of the government, developing the tourism human resources, fostering the cultural of

17、tourism industry cluster. We hope these options can guide the development of the tourism industry in Qianshan county and Qianshan county achieve rapid economic rise and tourism development.Chapter VI is conclusion. The main conclusions of this paper are summarized and the deficiencies of the researc
