1、Unit10 Im going to be a basketball player.(3a-4) 教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)與反思80后的一名人民教師,我愛(ài)我的學(xué)生,愛(ài)這份職業(yè)。我不愿做照亮別人,犧牲自己“蠟燭”般的教師,更愿做一個(gè)奉獻(xiàn)教育也活出自我精彩的陽(yáng)光般的老師。人常說(shuō):“性格決定命運(yùn)”,這一點(diǎn)我感受很深,不善言語(yǔ)的我錯(cuò)過(guò)了多少讓人追悔莫及的機(jī)會(huì)。所以在當(dāng)了一名教師后,在自己的主陣地課堂上我努力讓我的學(xué)生多說(shuō)、多與人打交道,在點(diǎn)滴的訓(xùn)練中逐漸培養(yǎng)他們熱愛(ài)生活、自信、豁達(dá)的性格,提高與人交往的能力。都說(shuō)教師特別是班主任對(duì)學(xué)生的影響是深遠(yuǎn)的,具有這雙重身份的我,自感責(zé)任重大。生活中我經(jīng)常和學(xué)生交談,談生活的點(diǎn)
2、滴、談愛(ài)好、談理想、談人生。和學(xué)生心近了,就達(dá)到愛(ài)屋及烏的效果。下邊是良好的師生關(guān)系下我的普通的一堂課:教學(xué)過(guò)程Unit10 Im going to be a basketball player. I'm gong to .教學(xué)反思: 設(shè)計(jì)理念:充分體現(xiàn)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三維目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)理念,這節(jié)課根據(jù)學(xué)生已有的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)和認(rèn)識(shí)規(guī)律引人入勝地導(dǎo)入新的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,課堂上組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行結(jié)對(duì)和小組練習(xí),并盡可能運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)完成各類任務(wù),對(duì)學(xué)生完成任務(wù)的過(guò)程及結(jié)果做出恰當(dāng)評(píng)價(jià),課后及時(shí)寫(xiě)出反思。設(shè)計(jì)特色:興趣導(dǎo)入烘托出濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛,丟掉課本,爛熟于心以講故事的形式帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生入情入景完成教學(xué)任務(wù),教師的倒背入流無(wú)形中增強(qiáng)了榜樣的力量,教學(xué)內(nèi)容的升華有力端正了學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度,作業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)既鍛煉學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作,又充分發(fā)揮了他們的想象力。 關(guān)于甜甜夢(mèng)想的工作這篇文章,我要求學(xué)生學(xué)后能
