5、 will estimate the relevant fees after receipt of the Buyer ' s note ， and handle the transportation and insurance only if the Buyer confirms and pays the relevantfees in advance. 貨物保險單的“被保險人一欄應具買方名稱。一旦途中出險， “被保險人應立即 或 向保險公 司 報損和提出索賠。賣方將不負責任何途中損失也不負責向保險公司提出索賠。賣方將根據(jù)需要積極配合買方 辦理索賠事 宜。The Insurant s

Onceaccidents takeplace, the Insurant shall immediately inform the insurance company via telephone or fax of losses and initiate claims. The Seller is neither responsible for any transit losses nor initiating any claims. The Seller will a

Notwithstanding the above, the Seller has the rightnot to deliver the ContractualEquipment before it receives the down payment and/or the prepaid freight and insurance fees if any. 后， 賣方有

11、權根據(jù)發(fā)運時的實際價格酌情調(diào)整本合同價格。本條的規(guī)定不影響賣方根據(jù)本合同所享有的其它補償權利。If the Buyer could not make the payment within 30 days from the date of payment stipulated in the Contract, the Seller reserves the right to adjust the selling price based upon the exact price in effect at the time of shipment. 14、nts including operation and maintenance manual for guide of proper operation and proper maintenance.2) 賣方按其質量保證條例擔保所提供的設備并無設計、材料和制造缺陷。質量保證期應以從廊坊實際發(fā)運 日期起十二個月 或者 1,000 運轉小時，以先到者為準。The Seller warrants the Contractual Equipment sold by it is free from defects in design, material or workmanship according

The period of Quality Warranty is twelve (12) months since the actual DATE OF DELIVERY ex Langfang factory or 1,000 operating hours whichever is earlier.七 風險轉移或所有權保存 Transfer of Risk and Retention of Title1) 無論本合同第三條規(guī)定的交貨方式如何，本合同設備的風險在合同設備離開賣方廠房時即轉移給買方。The ris
