中英用電安全管理規(guī)定

1、用電安全管理規(guī)定Electrical Safety Regulations3.1 營地用電設(shè)施配置 Electricity configuration of camp 營地使用發(fā)電機(jī)發(fā)電，通過配電箱分路控制營地電路，發(fā)電機(jī)及配電箱需安全接地，安裝斷路保護(hù)器。In case generators are used in the base camp, the network is controlled by the distribution box. Every facility should to be earthed well, and the circuit breaker shall be

2、 installed properly.3.1.2 配電箱、配電板、按鈕開關(guān)、插座以及導(dǎo)線等，必須保持完好、安全，不得有破損，并張貼安全警示標(biāo)示。在室外的應(yīng)有防雨措施,并離地距離不少于30厘米，并牢靠關(guān)閉。每個配電柜內(nèi)安裝斷路保護(hù)器。The distribution boxes, switchboards, push-button switches, sockets and wires shall be kept intact, safe, undamaged, and be marked with safety warnings. In the outdoors, rain-proof me

3、asures should be taken for these electricity facilities, and keep distance not less than 30cm from the ground, also firmly locked. Circuit breaker should be installed in all the distributors.3.1.3 選擇符合室外安裝施工的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電纜，帶保護(hù)外套的多股銅芯電纜。電纜與電纜的連接采用防水電纜連接器進(jìn)行連接。所有電纜進(jìn)行挖地50厘米埋置，并安插安全警示標(biāo)示。Qualified cable, multi-stra

All cables should be buried 50 centimetres under the ground and planted with safety warning signs.3.1.4 野外營房車包括制冰室、食堂、倉庫、盥洗間、衛(wèi)生間、洗衣房等安裝接地棒，室內(nèi)安裝斷路保護(hù)器。室內(nèi)線路進(jìn)行防水防高溫處理，鋪設(shè)PVC線槽。Trail

Indoor cable should be waterproofed and high temperature resistance covered with PVC wire trunking.3.1.5 空調(diào)安裝選擇符合規(guī)定的電纜線連接電源，有牢固可靠的接地。室內(nèi)機(jī)器安裝牢

6、固，加裝固定卡。插座電源單獨連接室內(nèi)配電箱。As for the air conditioner installation, specified cables should be considered, with earth solid and fixed. Indoor unit should be installed with fixed clip firmly. The power supply should be separated by indoor distribution box.3.1.6 露天場地照明燈具、開關(guān)、插座安裝要用防水燈頭和防水燈具，采用帶有保護(hù)外套的電纜。Lamp

7、s, switches, and sockets, etc. in the outdoor should be waterproofed, and with jacket cable.3.1.7 油庫、民爆物品庫需安裝專業(yè)防爆電器。Special explosion-proof electrical appliances should be used in fuel depots, and magazine area.3.2 接地裝置要求 Grounding device specification3.2.1 接地裝置外觀應(yīng)當(dāng)良好，不應(yīng)有松動、脫焊、損傷、嚴(yán)重銹蝕和脫漆。Grounding d

8、evice should be in good condition and not in loose, off welding, damaged, severe corrosion and stripping.3.2.2 接地棒采用直徑1厘米的銅棒長度為1.5米，連接線為10平方毫米多股銅芯電纜。As for grounding rods, it prefer copper bar with diameter of 1 cm and length of 1.5 meters, the connection cable should be used by 10mm² multi-str

9、and copper cables.3.2.3 在有腐蝕性的土壤中，對接地裝置應(yīng)采取防腐措施。In the corrosive soil area, anti-corrosion measure should be taken for the grounding device.3.3 營地用電安全管理Electricity management at camp3.3.1 電工需持有當(dāng)?shù)卣J(rèn)可的從業(yè)資格證書。Qualified certification which issued by local government are required for the electricians. 3.

10、3.2 電工作業(yè)時需按規(guī)定穿戴勞動保護(hù)用品，所有臨時用電作業(yè)，需按照作業(yè)許可制度的要求獲得作業(yè)許可、執(zhí)行作業(yè)；作業(yè)期間，需嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行上鎖/掛牌制度。The electricians must wear PPE and obey permit to work schedule. In the process of the work, the lock-out and tag-out procedure shall be strictly implemented.3.3.3 嚴(yán)禁用水沖洗或用濕布擦拭電氣設(shè)施，以防發(fā)生短路和觸電事故。To avoid circuit short and electri

11、c shock, do not flush with water or clean with a damp cloth.3.3.4 電器在使用過程中，發(fā)生打火、異味、高熱、怪聲等異常情況時，必須立即停止操作，關(guān)閉電源，并及時找電工檢查、修理，確認(rèn)能安全運行時，才能繼續(xù)使用。In the process of using electrical appliances, when sparking, odour, high temperature, and strange sound occurred, the operation must be stop immediately, the powe

Then ask electricians to check, repair in time until the problem is fixed.3.3.5 所有人員接受安全用電培訓(xùn)。All personnel needed to be trained of safety course about working with electricity.3.3.6 人員離開工作場所要隨手關(guān)燈及其它所有用電設(shè)備。Turn off the lights and other electrical equipments when personnel leave.

13、3.3.7 固定場所使用所有電氣設(shè)備，必須由專業(yè)電工進(jìn)行安裝、維修及保養(yǎng)。配電線路要滿足負(fù)荷要求，嚴(yán)禁私自改變電源鋪設(shè)線路、私自增減電氣設(shè)備、私拉亂接。All electrical devices shall be handled by qualified electrician for installation, repair and maintenance. Power cable should meet the requirement of load. It is strictly forbidden to change the power supply cable without pe

14、rmission, and privately increase or decrease the electrical devices.3.3.8 各班組必須經(jīng)常監(jiān)督檢查本部門所管轄的電氣線路、用電設(shè)備，防止因絕緣老化、侵蝕、機(jī)械損傷、被蟲害咬破等原因?qū)е露搪菲鸹鸺坝|電事故。Each crew must regularly inspect electrical cables and devices so as to prevent circuit short and electric shock accident due to insulation aging, erosion, mechan

15、ical damage and insect biting.3.3.9 搬運可移動的電氣設(shè)備時要先切斷電源，不允許拖拉電源線來搬移電氣設(shè)備。Cutting off power supply in advance when mobilize portable electrical and pulling cable directly is forbidden. 3.3.10 不準(zhǔn)在帶電的導(dǎo)線上曬衣服、掛東西。Forbid to hang out clothes and other things on the live wire. 1 每月組織營地經(jīng)理、HSE部門、電工對營地安全用電進(jìn)行檢查，杜絕宿舍使用超過線路負(fù)載的電器設(shè)備。Organize camp managers, HSE departments, electricians to inspect electricity
