3、 periphery is to be in continuous thin line.1.2標(biāo)題欄Title 外框用粗實(shí)線繪制，其右邊和底邊與圖框線重合，其余用細(xì)實(shí)線繪制。填寫(xiě)的文字，除名稱中文用5號(hào)字、英文用3.5號(hào)字外，其余中文用3號(hào)字、英文用2號(hào)字，其中圖號(hào)、材料也用5號(hào)字。Frame is to be made in continuous thick line, with its right and bottom line overlapping the drawing frame, others are to be made in continuous thin line. 4、le must be in size 5 for Chinese, and 3.5 for English, and text are to be written in size 3 for Chinese and 2 for English, drawing No. and material are also expected to be in size 5.1.3圖號(hào)欄Drawing No.外框大小12×55，用細(xì)實(shí)線繪制，文字與標(biāo)題欄中的圖號(hào)文字全都(即5號(hào)字)。Frame is to be made in the size of 12 X 55, in continuous

5、thin line, text is to be in the same size (5) as the title.1.4明細(xì)欄Specification每增加一行，間隔9mm，字高：中文：3，英文：2.5，寬度0.75。Row space is 9mm, character height: 3 for Chinese, 2.5 for English, width0.75.1.5字體Font圖紙中所接受的字體，除單位名稱用楷體_GB2312外，其余用HZ(romans,hzjd)字體。Except company name may use楷體_GB2312, all font in the

6、 drawings are requested to be in HZ(romans, hzjd)1.6圖線Drawing Line1.6.1圖線分為粗細(xì)2種，粗線的寬度為0.35mm，細(xì)線的寬度為0.13mm。Drawing line includes two types: thick line, with the width of 0.35mm; and thin line, with the width 0.13mm.1.6.2同一圖樣中，同類圖線的寬度應(yīng)基本全都。虛線、點(diǎn)劃線及雙點(diǎn)劃線的線段長(zhǎng)短和間隔應(yīng)各自大致相等。Lines for the same drawing shall be

7、 in the consistent width, dashed line, dotted line and double dotted line must be in the consistent length and space.1.6.3繪制圓的對(duì)稱中心線時(shí)，應(yīng)超出圓外25mm；首末兩端應(yīng)是線段而不是短劃；圓心應(yīng)是線段的交點(diǎn)。在較小的圖形上繪制細(xì)點(diǎn)劃線或雙點(diǎn)劃線有困難時(shí)，可用細(xì)實(shí)線代替。Center line shall be 2-5mm outside the circle; the start and the end shall be in short continuous line

When dotted thin line or double dotted thin line is too small to be drawn, it may be replaced with continuous thin line.1.6.4建議虛線與虛線（或其它圖線）相交時(shí)，應(yīng)線段相交；虛線是實(shí)線的延長(zhǎng)線時(shí)，在連接處要離開(kāi)。Suggest the continuous part cross when dashed lines

9、(or other lines) meet; dashed lines shall be apart from the continuous line when become the extension.1.6.5畫(huà)局部放大圖時(shí)，應(yīng)用細(xì)實(shí)線圈出被放大部分的部位，并用羅馬數(shù)字挨次地標(biāo)記。在局部放大圖的上方中間標(biāo)注出相應(yīng)的羅馬數(shù)字和接受的比例。When drawing needs to be partially enlarged, the enlarged part shall be marked out with continuous thin line and digital sequence

And the relevant digital sequence and the scale used shall be marked out on the upper center of the enlarged part.1.7尺寸標(biāo)注Dimension Label尺寸標(biāo)注用細(xì)實(shí)線繪制，尺寸數(shù)字字高與尺寸箭頭大小全都：A4：2.5；A3：3.5。Dimension label is to be made in continuous thin line, the arrow shall be in the same size as the digit height: A4：2.5；A3

11、：3.5。1.8技術(shù)要求Technical Requirement技術(shù)要求書(shū)寫(xiě)接受細(xì)實(shí)線，字高：A4：2.8；A3：4。Technical requirement shall be written in continuous thin line, character height: A4：2.8；A3：4.1.9圖中的表格Forms一般狀況下，字高與尺寸標(biāo)注全都。如表格文字太多，可視狀況而定。Usually the character height shall be consistent with the dimension label. But if the text is too much

12、, it may depend.1.10 表面粗糙度Surface Roughness代號(hào)中數(shù)字的方向必需與尺寸數(shù)字的方向全都。對(duì)其中使用最多的一種代(符)號(hào)可以統(tǒng)一標(biāo)注在圖樣右上角，并加注“其余”兩字，且應(yīng)比圖形上其它代（符）號(hào)大1.4倍。Digit in the symbol shall be in the same direction as dimension digit. There is no English in technology drawings, and process step and technology are added, therefore the font may change a bit: text to be in size 3

18、 and title to be in size 5. text for assembly card shall be in size 5, and row space for specification shall be 7mm, character height: 3.3以上規(guī)定的幾點(diǎn)說(shuō)明Notes3.1大致規(guī)章是：除圖形中的圖線、標(biāo)注外，其余線條用青色，文字用綠色；General rules: except drawing lines and labels, all lines are to be in cyan, and text is to be in green;3.2圖紙中全部的

19、圖形、文字不要超出其規(guī)定的范圍，特殊是表格類的文字，不要超出其表格線。如文字太多，可適當(dāng)增加一行，或縮短文字的寬度，視狀況而定；Graph and text shall not exceed the defined area, especially text in the form must not go out of the line. For example: if the text is too much, rows may be added, or the width of the text may be shortened, it all depends;3.3如圖中消滅其它的符號(hào)、
