9、vels,withoutthir d-level i飛隆王水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料說明及性能1. 產(chǎn)品介紹（執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB18445-2001）水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料，是引進(jìn)南美先進(jìn)技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的綠色環(huán)保的新型剛性防水材料，是由進(jìn)口助劑、波特蘭水泥、特選石英砂、微細(xì)纖維和多種高分子活性化學(xué)物質(zhì)組成的灰色粉末狀無機(jī)材料。它的防水機(jī)理是水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料特有的活性化學(xué)物質(zhì)，利用水泥混凝土本身固有的化學(xué)特性及多孔性，在水的作用下，借助滲透作用促使硅酸二鈣與水泥水化過程中產(chǎn)生的Ca（OH）2發(fā)生反應(yīng)，在混凝土微孔及毛細(xì)管中傳輸、充盈、催化混凝土內(nèi)的微裂和未完全水化的成分再次發(fā)生水化作用，而生成不溶于

10、水的枝蔓狀結(jié)晶體硫鋁酸鈣，并與混凝土結(jié)合成為整體，從而使任何方向來的水及其它液體被堵塞，從而提高混凝土的抗?jié)B性。該產(chǎn)品有多次抗?jié)B能力，防水作用持久，并防潮、保護(hù)鋼筋、增強(qiáng)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的效果。本品還具有：塑性好，粘結(jié)性強(qiáng)，能使細(xì)小開裂縫得愈合，耐酸耐堿防腐效果好，實(shí)用廣泛（無論光基面、毛基面、干基面、濕基面、迎水面、背水面均可施工）。經(jīng)與水拌合可調(diào)配成刷涂或噴涂在水泥混凝土表面的漿料；亦可將其以干粉撒覆并壓入未完全凝固的水泥混凝土表面。2. 適用范圍（ 1 ）用于地鐵（車站、隧洞）、地下連續(xù)墻、公鐵路隧道、電纜隧道、地下涵洞、地下砼或鋼砼管道、工業(yè)與民用建筑地下室、地下車庫、人防工程、屋面、浴

11、廁間、污水處理廠、污水池、水庫、消防水池、飲用水池、水族館、游泳池、水壩、船閘、港口碼頭、電梯井、檢查井、屋頂花園、屋頂廣場等新建工程的防水施工。（2） 結(jié)構(gòu)開裂（微裂）、滲水點(diǎn)、孔洞的堵漏施工，混凝土設(shè)施的弊病維修。（3） 混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)及水泥砂漿等防腐。3. 飛隆王水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料的性能（1 ）水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水系統(tǒng)能長期耐受強(qiáng)水壓。根據(jù)美國陸軍工程隊(duì)“滲透性能CRD-C48-73'對經(jīng)過水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料處理過的混凝土進(jìn)行了防水性能試驗(yàn)。對50mm享白1 13.8MPa混凝土試件涂有兩層“涂料”的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，至少能承受高達(dá)123.4m 的水頭壓力。（ 2） 晶體滲透

12、深度是超凡的。水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料的化學(xué)反應(yīng)在開始時(shí)只發(fā)生在混凝土的表面或鄰近部分，以后會(huì)逐步深入到混凝土構(gòu)體之中。日本在進(jìn)行滲透嘗試試驗(yàn)時(shí)，在混凝土試件表面涂“涂料”濃縮劑之后在室外環(huán)境中放置12 個(gè)月，然后測量，結(jié)果表明，滲透深度達(dá)30cm。（ 3） 防水作用是永久的，而且具有神奇的自我修復(fù)能力。水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料是無機(jī)物，是依靠獨(dú)特的枝蔓狀結(jié)晶體的生長使混凝土防水的，水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料在正常條件下不會(huì)老化、變質(zhì)、 涂層不怕刺破，因此其作用是永久的。 另一方面，由于水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料中獨(dú)有的催化劑，遇水就激活。促使水泥再產(chǎn)生新的晶體，所以被處理過的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，若干年后

13、因?yàn)檎駝?dòng)或其它原因產(chǎn)生新的細(xì)微縫隙時(shí)，一旦有水滲入，又會(huì)產(chǎn)生新的晶體把水堵住，所以它這種自我修復(fù)能力是獨(dú)一無二的。（ 4） 涂層不影響混凝土的呼吸，使混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)能保持干爽、不潮。水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料的晶體可以阻擋水的滲透但不阻擋氣體的通過，所以不影響混凝土的呼吸，使混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)達(dá)到干爽、不潮。（ 5） 能耐溫、耐濕、耐紫外線、耐輻射、耐氧化、耐碳化。水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料可以在-32C+ 130c的持續(xù)溫度下，在-185 C+ 1530c間歇性溫度下保持其作用。濕度大小、紫外線強(qiáng)弱以及氧化作用的大小對水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料均無影響。水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料的抗輻射能力，根據(jù)美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)N69

14、-1967， “涂層”的樣品，暴露于5.76 X 104拉德瑪射線下無任何損傷。（ 6） 能增強(qiáng)混凝土強(qiáng)度，防止化學(xué)腐蝕、抑制堿骨料反應(yīng)、防止凍融循環(huán)對混凝的破壞，并對鋼筋起保護(hù)作用。根據(jù)美國1981年ADTMC-39"抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)”表明：經(jīng)過“涂層”處理的試樣的抗壓強(qiáng)度比未經(jīng)處理的試樣提高2029 %。根據(jù)ADTMC267-77行的“砂漿對化學(xué)物質(zhì)的阻抗試驗(yàn)”，“涂層”在廣泛的范圍內(nèi)不受化學(xué)物質(zhì)（包括弱酸性物質(zhì)、氯化物和堿性物質(zhì)）的腐蝕，其耐酸堿程度是：長期接觸PH 值 3.0-11.0 ;間歇性接觸 PH值 2.0-12.0 。根據(jù)美國“ ASTM-C672-76標(biāo)定混凝土表面暴

15、露于除化學(xué)物質(zhì)的抗剝落能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試法”和明尼蘇達(dá)州運(yùn)輸部“評(píng)定混凝土表面涂層的方法”所完成的試驗(yàn)，表明“涂層”不僅防水而且防止化學(xué)物質(zhì)、鹽類及其它有害物質(zhì)的入侵。對混凝土構(gòu)體上上小于0.4mm的裂縫可通過結(jié)晶體充填、愈合密封，所以它能提高混凝土對鋼筋的保護(hù)作用，還可防止堿骨料反應(yīng)、凍融循環(huán)引起的剝落、風(fēng)化和其它損害，抗凍融循環(huán)超過300 次。（ 7）是無毒、無公害的產(chǎn)品。此類產(chǎn)品得到世界眾多國家的衛(wèi)生、健康、環(huán)保部門批準(zhǔn)，在國內(nèi)經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)批準(zhǔn)為無毒級(jí)產(chǎn)品。故可以用于飲用水和食品工業(yè)用混凝土建筑結(jié)構(gòu)上。（ 8）本產(chǎn)品是在潮濕的混凝土表面上施工，也可以拌入混凝土或水泥砂漿中與結(jié)構(gòu)的施工同步。本產(chǎn)品不要求

16、混凝土表面干燥，而是要求必須潮濕，可以對滲水或出水面立即施工，對新建的或正在建的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)勿須等它干燥即可使用。也可以先拌入對混凝土或水泥砂漿中與施工同步使用和同步養(yǎng)護(hù)。水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料起到加速水泥水化結(jié)晶，提高混凝土強(qiáng)度，減少或避免混凝土發(fā)生裂縫，從而節(jié)省了工期和勞動(dòng)力。（ 9）本產(chǎn)品處理后還可接受別的涂層本產(chǎn)品處理過的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，其表面可以接受油漆、環(huán)氧樹脂、水泥砂漿、石灰膏、砂漿等材料的涂層。（ 10 ）本產(chǎn)品的施工成本較低，施工方法簡單。在施工中不需要表面找平的準(zhǔn)備工作；對于拐角處、接縫處、 邊緣處不需要填縫和修整，水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料涂層徹底凝固后，不怕磕碰、不怕穿刺、不

17、怕撕裂，所以在回填土?xí)r或在安裝鋼筋、金屬網(wǎng)等其它材料時(shí)不需要防護(hù)，施工方法簡便，故施工成本低。4. 本產(chǎn)品的施工指南（1） 抹壓法 :用抹子把已經(jīng)拌和好的防水涂料均勻地抹在防水施工面上，在每平方用料1.2kg 的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上要求防水涂層均勻分配，可以一次性完成施工，該施工法能保證防水涂層密實(shí)，與防水面結(jié)合性緊湊，故一般在立面和頂面的防水施工時(shí)應(yīng)用。（2） 刮涂法 :用橡膠刮板把已經(jīng)攪拌好的防水涂料均勻地刮在防水施工面上，可一次性刮涂施工，該防水施工方法能確保防水涂層施工均勻，施工進(jìn)度快，一般應(yīng)用在水平面的防水施工，如屋面、地下室、地坪的防水施工。迎水面防水施工時(shí)，因無法預(yù)知可能存在的滲水部位，應(yīng)略增

18、加用量，盡可能提高防水涂層的抗?jié)B能力，并注意蜂窩狀基面的處理。背水面施工時(shí)，細(xì)小的滲漏都易察覺，在防水施工前先進(jìn)行堵漏。常規(guī)用量1.2kg-2.5kg/m2，涂層厚度1.0-1.2mm 。 (根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求，厚度不一樣，用量也相應(yīng)增減)（3） 滾刷法 :針對防水施工面不光滑及特殊部位，用該方法施工時(shí)要求防水面有一定濕度方可進(jìn)行，最好邊噴水邊涂刷(或滾涂)，要求兩次涂刷完成，該方法用作防水施工可針對過分毛糙的防水面節(jié)約防水涂料用量，在糙面上涂布能確保防水涂層頒布均勻，涂料與基面附著力強(qiáng)。常規(guī)用量R 1.5/kg,涂層厚度0.8-1.2kgmm(根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求，厚度不一樣，用量也相應(yīng)增減 )（4） 干

19、撒法 :在混凝土澆注密實(shí)碾壓或振搗密實(shí)平整后(混凝土未完全凝結(jié)前)進(jìn)行施工。按規(guī)定用量均勻地撒在混凝土表面，及時(shí)壓實(shí)抹光。終凝后檢查是否有不良施工處并及時(shí)修補(bǔ)；若在暴曬情況下，應(yīng)灑水保養(yǎng)。注意噴撒均勻，不可偷工減料。常規(guī)用量：1.5kg-2.5kg/m 2左右，涂層厚度1.0-1.5mm 。5. 注意事項(xiàng)(1) 混料時(shí)要掌握好料、水的比例，一次不宜調(diào)多，混合物變稠時(shí)要頻繁攪動(dòng)，中間不能加水加料。(2) 有些工程可先涂濃縮劑，再涂增效劑。增效劑的調(diào)制同濃縮劑。若外層貼瓷磚或抹砂漿時(shí)，可不用增效劑。(3) 本產(chǎn)品與混凝土一樣屬堿性，要避免直接與皮膚接觸，若需用手摻拌干粉或濕料時(shí)需戴膠皮手套。(4)

20、 本產(chǎn)品在刷、涂時(shí)需用半硬的尼龍刷或?qū)Ｓ脟姌?，不宜用抹子、滾筒、油漆刷或油漆噴槍。涂層要均勻，各處都要涂到，涂層太厚養(yǎng)護(hù)困難。涂刷時(shí)應(yīng)注意用力，來回縱橫的刷以保證凸凹處都能涂上并達(dá)到均勻。(5) 當(dāng)需涂第二遍(濃縮劑或增效劑)時(shí)，一定要等第一遍初凝后仍呈潮濕狀態(tài)時(shí)(即48小時(shí)之內(nèi))進(jìn)行，如太干則應(yīng)先噴些水。(6) 在熱天露天施工時(shí)，要避開暴曬，建議在早、晚或夜間進(jìn)行，防止水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料的涂層過快干燥，造成表面起皮、龜裂，影響滲透。(7) 對水平面或臺(tái)階陰陽角必須注意將水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料涂勻，陰角要刷到，陰角及凹陷處不能有過厚的沉積，否則在堆積處可能開裂。(8) 對于易產(chǎn)生變形的
