5、保養(yǎng) ; 每壹個(gè)月壹次 .Part B should give the machines regular inspects once per one month.4.2 合同期，乙方接到甲方的維修呼叫后及時(shí)上門修復(fù)合同設(shè)備在正常使 用情況下所發(fā)生的一般故障 ;During the contract period, Party B should timely repair the normal stoppage on-the-site after receiving the service-call from Party A;響應(yīng)時(shí)間： (Responding time limit)4.2.1

6、市市區(qū)外環(huán)線以 2-6 工作小時(shí)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng) ;2- 6 working hours in the scope of No.2 Ring Road of Shanghai;4.2.2 市市區(qū)外環(huán)線以外及周邊地區(qū)縣 8 工作小時(shí)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng) ;8 working hours outside No.2 Ring Road and Shanghai suburbs;4.3 乙方以對(duì)合同用戶的優(yōu)惠價(jià)格向甲方提供合同設(shè)備所需使用的耗材及 零配件，并免費(fèi)送貨。Party B would supply consumables to Party A with preferential price and provid

8、在運(yùn)輸、保管本機(jī)及附件時(shí)方法不當(dāng)造成的震動(dòng)損傷、受潮、受 熱引起的故障 ;Damages in transportation and preservation by customer himself;5.3 由于火災(zāi)、水災(zāi)，地震、電網(wǎng)電壓不穩(wěn)定及其它自然災(zāi)害等非人為原 因造成的設(shè)備損壞 ;Damages caused by fire, water flood, earthquakes, unsteady of power and other natural disasters;5.4 甲方自行拆卸機(jī)體及部件造成的設(shè)備損壞 ;Party A disassembles the machine an

9、d spare parts by himself;5.5 因非乙方提供的消耗材料、零部件等而造成的設(shè)備損壞 ;Breakdown caused by fake consumable and spare parts provided by other companies;5.6 甲方未能出示本服務(wù)合同的有效原件。Party A failed to provide effective original of this contract.六. 違約處理 Breach6.1 因乙方不能及時(shí)履行合同所規(guī)定的服務(wù)條款，并對(duì)甲方工作造成嚴(yán)重 延誤時(shí)，甲方有權(quán)終止合同 ;Party A has the rig

10、ht to terminate the contract and claim the Service Fee back in the condition Party B fails to execute this contract and influence the normal work of Party A;6.2 因乙方工作失誤導(dǎo)致甲方設(shè)備損壞，乙方應(yīng)賠償甲方相應(yīng)零件并負(fù)責(zé) 修復(fù)工作 ;Party B should compensate and repair the equipment due to the damage caused by himself;6.3 甲方未能按本合同條款

11、3 的規(guī)定及時(shí)付款時(shí)，乙方可解除合同并保留 追繳甲方欠款的權(quán)利 ;Party B has the right to terminate the contract and claim the payment owed by Party A if Party A does not fully execute the Clause 3 of this contract;6.4 甲方允許非乙方技術(shù)人員維修、維護(hù)、拆卸設(shè)備及附件或造成設(shè)備損 壞，本合同自行作廢。This contract would be automatically terminated in the condition the dam

12、ages caused of repair, maintenance, dissemble etc. by the third party permitted by Party A.七. 說明 Note7.1 本合同中所述的“工作小時(shí)”是指法定工作日的 9:00 17:00 時(shí)段的 每一小時(shí) ;“Working Hours ” mentioned above means any hour during 9:00am17:00pm in every legal working day;7.2 甲方的名稱、地址、指定設(shè)備負(fù)責(zé)人等資料如有變更，請(qǐng)及時(shí)通知 乙方否則將會(huì)造成甲方利益的損失 ;Any i

13、nformation alternation of Party A, such as name, address, telephone, contact, etc. should inform Party B in time, otherwise the benefit of Party A would be damaged;7.3 如甲方所在地非市區(qū)且乙方上門服務(wù)時(shí)發(fā)生差旅費(fèi)、高速費(fèi)、過橋費(fèi) 等費(fèi)用時(shí)，上述費(fèi)用由甲方支付 ;Party A should afford all expenses occurred on the way when Party B provides service

14、outside Shanghai downtown;7.4 如甲方將設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)與他人，本服務(wù)合同中乙方對(duì)該設(shè)備的服務(wù)承諾既告 無效;The warranty made by Party B in this contract would become ineffective if Party A transfer the equipment to any other third party;7.5 如有未盡事宜，甲乙雙方應(yīng)在合同簽字前進(jìn)行協(xié)商，達(dá)成一致后一式 兩份填寫在附加條款中，填寫容與本合同具有同等效力 ;Other issues which should be negotiated befor
