采購傭金協(xié)議

1、委托代理采購傭金協(xié)議合同中英文雙語版(buying/purchasing/sourcing agncy/agnet agreement/contract)客戶王先生給外商做采購代理，也就是當(dāng)外商需要什么產(chǎn)品時(shí)，外商告訴王先生基本要求，王先生為外商物色合適的中國供應(yīng)商，并負(fù)責(zé)與供應(yīng)商談判，為外商爭取到最好的價(jià)格，當(dāng)外商來華看廠，王先生要協(xié)同，后續(xù)訂單的驗(yàn)貨，生產(chǎn)都要王先生幫外商跟蹤，整個(gè)過程，外商支付王先生貨款總值的一定百分比的傭金，王先生為了保障自己的利益，委托我們代寫了這份傭金協(xié)議。內(nèi)容預(yù)覽如下：委托代理采購協(xié)議Agreement on Authorizing The right of So
