17、開發(fā)初期的設(shè)計驗證。設(shè)計者實現(xiàn)樣品時做初期的測試驗證，包括功能和安 規(guī)測試，一般由RD(Research&Development)對樣品進(jìn)行全面驗證，因是樣品， 問題可能較多，測試可能會做 N次。DVT: Design Verification Test設(shè)計驗證測試解決樣品在EVT階段的問題后進(jìn)行，對所有信號的電平和時序進(jìn)行測試，完成安規(guī)測試，由RD和DQA(Design Qualiy Assurance)驗證。此時產(chǎn)品基本定型。DMT: Design Maturity Test成熟度驗證可與DVT同時進(jìn)行，主要極限條件下測試產(chǎn)品的MTBF(Mean Time BetweenFailu
