4、。COMMENTSDUE:JUNE26,2015Thisproposalisforreviewandcommentonly(noballotatthistime).PleasenotethatcommentsonapreliminaryreviewdocumentwillnotreceivearesponsefromtheproposalauthorthroughCSDS.Instead,theproposalauthorwillbeaskedtoreviewthecommentsandadjusttheproposalsand/orsupportingrationaleastheauthor

5、determinestobeappropriate.ThepreliminaryreviewprocessisaninformalmechanismthatprovidesauthorswiththeopportunitytorefinetheirproposalsbeforetheyadvancetothenextstageinULsstandardsdevelopmentprocess.Insomecases,theauthoroftheproposalsmaychoosetodiscontinuethem.Inthiscase,theauthorneednotdoanythingafte

6、rpreliminaryreviewhasended.Normally,thenextstepintheprocessisthemoreformalSTPballotandstakeholderreviewprocess.OnlycommentspostedduringtheSTPballotandstakeholderreviewprocesswillbeprovidedwitharesponseinCSDS.Foryourconvenienceinreview,proposedadditionstoexistingrequirementsareshownunderlinedandpropo
