5、技術總監(jiān)-Technical Director2.1.1 職責(適用于中國)一、業(yè)務職責1、制訂并組織實施技術系統(tǒng)工作目標和工作計劃。2、組織制訂并實施技術系統(tǒng)規(guī)章制度和實施細則。3、組織不合格品的審理工作。4、組織技術、產品開發(fā)與創(chuàng)新。5、組織建立并實施質量體系。6、公司標準化、計量管理工作。7、定期進行技術分析和質量分析工作,制定預防和糾正措施。8、重要技術工藝設備、計量器具的申購。9、技術系統(tǒng)文件等資料的整理保管及公司檔案管理工作。10、公司保密工作。二、管理職責1、組織建設(1)、參與討論公司部門級以上組織結構;(2)、確定下級部門的組織結構;(3)、當發(fā)現(xiàn)下級部門的崗位設置或崗位分工
6、不合理時,要及時指出問題,作出調整,并通知人力資源部。2、招聘及任免A、用人需求(1)、提出直接下級崗位的用人需求,并編寫該崗位的崗位職責和任職資格,提交給總經理確認;(2)、確認直接下級提交的用人需求(含崗位職責和任職資格),并提交總經理確認。B、面試(1)、進行直接下級崗位的初試;(2)、進行直接下級的直接下級崗位復試,并做最后確定;(3)、組織參與面試的人員。C、不合格員工處理(1)、提出對不合格直接下級的處理建議,提交總經理確認;(2)、確認直接下級提出的對不合格員工的處理建議,提交給人力資源部。3、培訓(1)、提出對直接下級的培訓計劃,提交總經理確認;(2)、確認直接下級提出的培訓計
7、劃,提交人力資源部。4、績效考評(1)、提出直接下級的績效考評原則,提交總經理確認;(2)、根據(jù)總經理確認的績效考評原則,與人力資源部經理商討并確定績效考評方法;(3)、對直接下級進行考評,并進行考評溝通。將考評結果提交人力資源部。5、工作溝通(1)、匯總工作報告,并與總經理進行信息溝通,同時將這些信息傳遞到直接下級;(2)、負責將公司的政策、原則、策略等信息,快速、清晰、準確地傳達給直接下級;(3)、確定書面的交互式的工作通報制度,與直接下屬進行溝通。6、激勵(1)、提議下級部門和直接下級的激勵原則,提交總經理確認;(2)、根據(jù)總經理確認的激勵原則,與人力資源部經理商討并確定激勵方法。7、經
8、費審核與控制(1)、依據(jù)財務制度審批下級部門的各項花費,并確認支出的合理性;(2)、監(jiān)督并控制下級部門的費用支出,并向總經理進行費用月報。8、工作報告(1)定期將自己的各項工作及下級部門工作以書面的形式向總經理報告。9、表現(xiàn)領導能力(1)、指導、鼓勵、鞭策下級,使下級能努力工作;(2)、有辦法提升下級的工作效果和工作效率;(3)、能為下級描繪公司的戰(zhàn)略意圖和遠大前景。2.1.2 職責(適用于國外)What you need for this position:- 10+ years of professional engineering experience with 5+ years as
9、team lead or technical manager. - Must have shipped at least 3 console or PC titles in a senior engineering role. - Expert knowledge of C/C+ development. - Experience developing for current generation consoles. - Familiarity with leading 3D-engines, tools and pipelines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, etc.) -

11、y's engineering production processes and procedures to include: - OS-level software architecture- OS integration with client software (games) - SDK development - Technical Requirements - User Interface architecture - Network data integrity and security - Client-facing websites- Participate in de
12、veloper due diligence activities to assess technical pipelines and engineering processes with external development partners. - Review and provide feedback to the company's Producers on all product Technical - Design Documents (TDDs) and ongoing technical deliverables for all milestones from deve
13、lopment partners. - Collaborates across internal divisions to ensure our development partners are implementing the optimal technical vision for each product. - Define and spearheads the creation of engineering services used for development support such as contracting assistance and outsourcing. - An
14、alyze technical pipelines, processes, budgets, personnel plans and engineering staff through on-site visits to potential development partners and through the assessment of builds and documentation. - Assess technical pros and cons and complete due diligence reports with clear written recommendations
15、. - Regularly review all product milestone drops including builds, schedules, documentation, tools, assets, etc. as required to provide clear recommendations to the company's Executive staff. - Represent engineering concerns for all projects during milestone review meetings and ongoing "gre
16、en-light" meetings (as necessary). - Identify tools, programs, 3rd party software and/or hardware that could be helpful to our development partners and make recommendations as necessary to assist them in achieving success. - Coordinate with the company's Producers to ensure that products ad

42、維護,負責測試數(shù)據(jù)庫維護工作;7.負責編寫用戶手冊、操作手冊和相關培訓教材;8.負責項目的質量審查。結語:測試經理其實應該是整個項目中最關心項目質量的人,他的主要工作就是找到項目中存在的不合理、不合格的部份,并要求項目其它成員按其給定的項目質量完成項目。2.4 系統(tǒng)架構師System Architect2.4.1 職責(適用于中國)系統(tǒng)架構師的職責就是設計一個公司的基礎架構,并提供關于怎樣建立和維護系統(tǒng)的指導方針。具體來講,系統(tǒng)架構師的職責主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面: 1 負責公司系統(tǒng)的架構設計、研發(fā)工作; 2 承擔從業(yè)務向技術轉換的橋梁作用; 3 協(xié)助項目經理制定項目計劃和控制項目進度; 4 負責
43、輔助并指導 SA 開展設計工作; 5 負責組織技術研究和攻關工作; 6 負責組織和管理公司內部的技術培訓工作; 7 負責組織及帶領公司內部員工研究與項目相關的新技術。 8 管理技術支撐團隊并給項目、產品開發(fā)實施團隊提供技術保障。 9 理解系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務需求,制定系統(tǒng)的整體框架(包括:技術框架和業(yè) 系統(tǒng)架構務框架) 10 對系統(tǒng)框架相關技術和業(yè)務進行培訓,指導開發(fā)人員開發(fā)。并解決系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、運行中出現(xiàn)的各種問題。 系統(tǒng)架構師的目的: 11 對系統(tǒng)的重用、擴展、安全、性能、伸縮性、簡潔等做系統(tǒng)級的把握。 系統(tǒng)架構師的工作在于針對不同的情況篩選出最優(yōu)的技術解決方案,而不是沉在具體實現(xiàn)細節(jié)上。此外系統(tǒng)架構師
