This year, I realized my theoryhave on life.t ILife is like a 300m hurdle race. Since I run the 300m hurdles, I would know whatthe race is like. Thething to any race is worr

2、ying about whether you aregoing to win ornot. This relates to worrying about the petty things in life. Does it reallymatter if you win? You can look atcant make it over,t we struggle to get over,t hurdlewo ways: IIm too tired or I am one more hurdle closer to finishing this race. This isan example of taking a negative situation and seeing someth

9、ing itive init.（承上句） The next part of the race is every hurdand last one.etn the（句）These hurdles get tougher and tougher and you mayfeel as though you cantgo on. This happens a lot in life too（. 承上啟下句）There may be a situationtarises where you feel as though you cant make it and all youcan think abou

10、t isgiving up. You may fall overover it, butt hurdle or struggle gettingsomehow you find it in yourself to jump over it and move onwith the race. Next ist last 100m of the race. You feel as though youjust want to say,No I cant do this. (5)Again, you must find it in yourselftyou cant,and you must fin

This hurdle is the toughest outof all of them.(6)In life we find ourselves falling and falling, and maybe getting too lost inour problemst we feel like we have been through enough and theres

13、 no hope.t last hurdle symbolizes these situations.（承上句）Its onestep close toof the race. Once you finish, you look back on it and you realize you made it not bytlea, but step by step.
