1、 簡潔2022公費(fèi)研究生留學(xué)申請書 簡潔2022公費(fèi)研究生留學(xué)申請書 Dear _, I am applying for acceptance into your graduate program for a Doctors degree in statistics. I plan to begin my studies in the fall of 1998. Nature is full of mysteries, one of which seems to be its apparent readiness to conform with mathematical principles.

2、 Such mysteries have fascinated me since my childhood, prompting me to avidly read scientific writings by Hua Lougeng, Chinas most celebrated mathematician in the modern era, even while I was still in primary school. Unable to fully understand Huas books as I must have been, I learned that mathemati

3、cs was itself wrapped with mysteries. My intense interest, coupled with my hard work, in mathematics paid off. During my third year in senior middle school, I took part in the National Mathematics Contest for students in secondary education, and succeeded in winning the tenth spot in a lineup of som

4、e two hundred thousand selected participants. It was at that time that I made up my mind to pursue a career in mathematics. In 1985, I entered into the East China Normal University to major in mathematics. The mandatory courses ware concentrated mainly in two areas: statistics and application techno

5、logies. There were also many elective courses. In addition to courses of statistics and mathematics, I spent a lot of time and energy learning such practical skills as computer programming and the application of some new software systems in statistics. After graduation in 1990, I taught statistics f

6、or four years at another university until I decided that I had to satisfy my curiosity further and learn more. In 1994, I joined a graduate program at the Beijing Polytechnic University, where I concentrated my studies in the area of artificial intelligence. Never a bookworm, I presided over a sampl

7、ing survey of the middle schools in Shanghai, and published my findings in the ECNU journal. The topic for my graduation paper, the problem of slow server, was actually culled from an article published in pursuing more advanced studies in a technologically more advanced country such as the United St

8、ates. These journals provided me the necessary quality and amount of reference materials t keep me informed of the cutting edge of the field. The new method that I used in my research and my smooth answers at my defense of the paper could all trace their origin back to the journals that I had read.

9、On the basis of my strong defense, the supervising committee decided unanimously t grant me an unequivocal A for my graduation paper. During the period of my graduate studies, I learned more about the realization technology (not sure what you are trying to say) by using computer programming. In imag

10、e processing, I used the multianalysis and category theory in statistics, and I helped to institute a recognition system for major fingerprint characteristics. I have been working as a lecturer at the Beijing Polytechnic University since I obtained my Masters degree. Besides teaching, I have been co

11、nducting market analysis as part of several research teams. I have basically two main reasons to wish for further studies abroad. First, the rapid development of the statistical science fascinates me, and I would like to stand firmly on the cutting edge of the field by having myself grounded in more

12、 advanced theories. Second, the market research that I am now involved in is pushing me to master newer and better methodologies, I believe that graduate studies with your department is one of the best ways for me to attain both purposes. I am convinced that the academic foundation I have laid in bo

13、th theoretical frameworks and practical skills will help me make a competent student in my proposed studies. I am looking forward to the day when I shall return to China with a Doctors degree to make more contribution to the development of the science of statistics in this country. Yours sincerely,

14、國家公派留學(xué)條件 目前國家公派留學(xué)對象主要是博士和博士后兩個(gè)層次。本科生只有一個(gè)赴古巴的政府協(xié)議項(xiàng)目。申請國家公派留學(xué)條件:1. 選派類別為攻讀博士學(xué)位研究生、聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士研究生和少量碩士研究生。也就是說必須達(dá)到出國博士生的條件,首先拿到國外大學(xué)的博士入學(xué)通知書; 2. 專業(yè)必須符合國家規(guī)定的“重點(diǎn)資助領(lǐng)域”的要求:能源、資源、環(huán)境、農(nóng)業(yè)、制造、信息等關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域及生命、空間、海洋、納米、新材料等戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)域和人文及應(yīng)用社會科學(xué); 3. 攻讀博士學(xué)位研究生:申請時(shí)應(yīng)為屆本科畢業(yè)生,在讀碩士生或博士一年級學(xué)生,年齡不超過35歲(1974年3月20日之后出身);需提交國外院校的入學(xué)通知書、免學(xué)費(fèi)或獲得學(xué)費(fèi)

15、資助證明、外語合格證明、就讀學(xué)校學(xué)籍證明;入學(xué)時(shí)間原則上為申請當(dāng)年。聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士研究生:申請時(shí)應(yīng)為就讀高校的全日制在讀博士研究生(委托培養(yǎng)和定向生除外),年齡不超過35歲(1974年3月20日之后出身);需提交國外院校正式邀請信、雙方導(dǎo)師共同制定的研修計(jì)劃、就讀學(xué)校學(xué)籍證明、外語合格證明和可能發(fā)生的與學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)費(fèi)用說明;入學(xué)時(shí)間為申請當(dāng)年。申請人如無法在規(guī)定畢業(yè)時(shí)間內(nèi)完成留學(xué)計(jì)劃,需推選單位單獨(dú)出具同意推遲答辯、畢業(yè)的書面證明。碩士研究生:申請時(shí)年齡不超過30歲(1979年3月20日之后出身),應(yīng)已具有學(xué)士學(xué)位,或?yàn)閮?yōu)秀應(yīng)屆本科畢業(yè)生;申請時(shí)須提交國外教育機(jī)構(gòu)的入學(xué)通知書。僅限申請規(guī)定的專項(xiàng)碩士

16、研究生項(xiàng)目,具體可參閱2022年國家公派研究生項(xiàng)目指南 公派出國留學(xué)生的條件 公派留學(xué),是國家給一些人才的“非常優(yōu)待”,是我國人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略的重大舉措,是根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)發(fā)展需要選拔優(yōu)秀人才出國深造的一條重要途徑,一般派往科技教育發(fā)達(dá)的國家和地區(qū)的知名院校。 公派留學(xué)如何選拔?公派出國留學(xué)生是經(jīng)過高校和政府部門層層選拔競爭后出爐的,要經(jīng)過了嚴(yán)格考核。申請國家留學(xué)基金管理委員會開設(shè)的項(xiàng)目,由省教育廳向基金委遞交申報(bào)材料,由國家基金委組織錄取工作。 1、采取“個(gè)人申請,單位推薦、專家評審、擇優(yōu)錄取”的方式進(jìn)行選拔。凡符合申請條件的中國公民,均可按規(guī)定的程序申請。 2、申請時(shí)間:一般為每年2月20日3月20日。 3、申請辦法:采用網(wǎng)上報(bào)名的方式。申請人登錄_網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行報(bào)名,并按規(guī)定提交申請材料。 4、具體選拔辦法按國家留學(xué)基金資助出國留學(xué)選拔簡章的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。博士研究生申請時(shí)年齡不超過35歲具有碩士學(xué)位,碩士研究生申請時(shí)年齡不超過30歲,訪問學(xué)者(含博士后研究)申請時(shí)年齡不超過50歲
