1、Good is good, but better carries it.精益求精，善益求善。SBWR、Z系列溫度變送器-SBWR/Z系列溫度變送器SBWR/ZSeriesTemperatureTransmitter使用說明書Manual上海辰心儀表有限公司ShanghaiChenxinInstrumentsCo.,Ltd概述SBWR/Z系列熱電偶/熱電阻溫度變送器是DDZ-S系列儀表中的現場安裝式溫度變送單元。它采用二線制傳送方式（電源與信號輸出為二根公用導線），輸出與被測溫度成線性的4-20mA電流信號。變送器可以安裝于熱電偶、熱電阻的接線盒內與之形成一體化結構，也可單獨安裝于儀表盤內作轉換

2、單元。作為新一代測溫儀表，可廣泛應用于石油、化工、紡織、冶金、機電、電力、航空、食品加工、醫(yī)學工程等工業(yè)和科研領域，進行自動化溫度檢測、變送和控制。該溫度變送器業(yè)經國家級儀器防爆安全監(jiān)督檢驗站（NEPSI）認可。符合GB3836.1-2000、GB3836.4-2000標準所規(guī)定的要求。本系列溫度變送器裝于測溫熱電偶/熱電阻接線盒內構成一體化結構或作為功能模塊裝在檢驗設備作為整機應用時，仍須取得防爆檢驗機構的認可。SBWR/Z系列熱電偶/熱電阻溫度變送器具有以下顯著優(yōu)點：工作環(huán)境溫度寬：-25-85，-30-120。具有高精度冷端補償電路、全溫度范圍絕對誤差0.5（S熱電偶0.8）。先進的非線

3、性校正電路，輸出信號與被測溫度成線性關系。內帶漂移自校正系統，在整個工作溫度范圍內保證測量精度。附有特殊的控熱機構，有效的控制熱傳導作用。采用環(huán)氧樹脂封裝，耐腐蝕，抗震性好，可靠性高。應用面廣，既可與熱電偶、熱電阻形成一體化現場安裝機構，也可作為功能模安裝在檢測設備中。獨有的抗干擾電路設計、保證變送器在受到各種干擾下能夠安全可靠的工作，特別具有抗電磁干擾單元，適宜于現代電磁污染嚴重的環(huán)境。工作原理變送器電路模塊由放大單元、線性化單元、電壓/電流轉換、自校正電路、電壓調整單元和反向保護電路等組成，對以熱電偶為測溫元件的變送器還包括有冷端補償器，以熱電阻為測溫元件的還包括有R/V變換單元。主要技術

8、溫度變送器安裝使用注意事項：安裝本質安全型溫度變送器的外殼應可靠接地引入電纜為二芯屏蔽橡膠護套電纜，芯線截面積0.5mm2，電纜屏蔽層與安裝本質安全型溫度變送器的外殼應絕緣，屏蔽層在安全區(qū)與安全棚匯流條相接后可靠接地。電纜允許分布電容0.08F，電纜允許分布電感1.5mH。必須與關注設備（LB802、LB902齊納安全棚）相配才能構成本安防爆系統。溫度變送器與齊納安全棚本安端之間的連接電纜必須符合上面第二條款的要求。安全棚應安裝在安全場所且其安裝使用必須符合安全棚使用說明書要求。用戶安裝使用和維護本產品時，必須遵守“中華人民共和國爆炸危險場所電氣安全規(guī)程”和GB50058.92“爆炸和火災危險

9、環(huán)境電力裝置設計規(guī)范”的有關規(guī)定。選用本安型SBW系列溫度變送器模塊組成本安型一體化溫度變送器還必須經國家制定的防爆檢驗機構認可后方能使用。成套性隨同每只產品一起提供的文件有：產品合格證產品使用說明書其它訂貨說明：用戶在根據需求訂貨時須注明溫度變送器型號與使用測量溫度范圍。用戶在訂貨時若沒有注明精確度，則對SBWR熱電偶型溫度變送器提供0.5級產品；對SBWZ熱電阻溫度變送器提供0.5級產品。例1：SBWZ24610-2000.2級，表示：配用傳感器為Pt100鉑電阻，使用環(huán)境溫度-25-85，要求變送器安裝孔距為36mm，使用測量溫度0-200，精確度0.2級。例2：SBWZ246T20-1
