1、.1The Standard of Shop DrawingFor Steel Structure鋼構(gòu)造詳圖設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第一章 General Note總則The standard is applicable for steel structure work such as bridges, ocean platform, architecture, etc., The standard should be carried out unless especial requirements of Owner.The standard forced to define the mon of shop

2、drawings. Shop drawings of specific project may vary with facilities and fabrication capacity of shop. The intent of the standard is to make detail design of steel structure and management standardization, high quality and unification.本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于橋梁、海洋工程、建筑等鋼構(gòu)造工程。自本規(guī)定頒發(fā)后，如業(yè)主無特殊要求，均需按本規(guī)定執(zhí)行。本規(guī)定對車間圖紙的共通局部做了強(qiáng)

3、制規(guī)定，具體工程的車間圖紙容可隨工廠的設(shè)備及制造能力的不同而變化。本規(guī)定的目的是使鋼構(gòu)造詳圖設(shè)計(jì)和管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、高質(zhì)量化及統(tǒng)一化。第二章Primary Requirements根本要求2.1 The Significance of Detail Design詳圖設(shè)計(jì)的重要性Any fabrication and assembly of steel structure should equiptechnical personnel who have e*cellent diathesis. Shop drawing design branch is its core.The quality of

4、shop drawing will direct affect the branch of fabrication, purchasing, QC, etc. It will bring great influence to schedule even.任何鋼構(gòu)造的制造和安裝都需要有一支素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的技術(shù)人員隊(duì)伍。深化設(shè)計(jì)部門是其中的核心。深化圖紙的質(zhì)量將直接影響到制造、采購、質(zhì)檢等部門，甚至?xí)て诋a(chǎn)生重大影響。2.2 Content of Detail Design詳圖設(shè)計(jì)的容The chief task of detail design is to plot initial design o

5、f steel structure put forward by architect and structural engineer to detail of construction. It contains connection strength design, shop working drawing, assembly drawing, parts drawing, material bill, typesetting drawing, etc. It may vary with various requirements of project.It must contain data

6、and note required by fabrication. The design personnel can show the fabrication requirements such as cutting of members, hole-punching manner, bolts, weld joint through drawing paper, lineation, sizes and notes.詳圖設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是將建筑工程師和構(gòu)造工程師提出的鋼構(gòu)造初步設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)一步繪制成施工詳圖，工作容主要為連接節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)、車間加工圖、安裝布置圖、零件圖、材料清單、排板圖等容，具體可能

7、隨工程的要求不同而有所改變。詳圖必須包含制造所必須的數(shù)據(jù)和說明。設(shè)計(jì)人員可通過圖紙、線條、尺寸和注釋等，標(biāo)明構(gòu)件的切割、打孔方式、螺栓、焊縫等制造要求2.3 Process Relation between Detail Design and Fabrication, Assembly詳圖設(shè)計(jì)與制造、安裝等的工藝關(guān)系Detail design is very important segment in project. It restrict and promote with every craft branch. Design personnel should fully know the r

8、ecent specification, shop fabrication and field erection requirements.It should not only know the physical property, other specialityand structure where connected with steel structure, construction method, procedure, but also understand the bid of steel structure and contract definition. Relevant de

9、sign will not meet steel structure fabrication enterprise requirements until wholly mastering the knowledge above.詳圖設(shè)計(jì)是工程中極為重要的環(huán)節(jié)，與各工藝部門之間是相互制約相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。詳圖人員必須充分了解最新的工程規(guī)、工廠制造和現(xiàn)場安裝的要求。不僅需要了解鋼材的物理特性、其它專業(yè)與鋼構(gòu)造相連接處的構(gòu)造及施工方法、施工流程，還需要懂得鋼構(gòu)造工程投標(biāo)和簽訂合同等方面的知識。只有充分具備了以上知識，相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)才會(huì)滿足鋼構(gòu)造制造企業(yè)的要求。2.4 Software軟件Checking

Space 50mm75mm room to review and signet at the left of title.圖標(biāo)區(qū)一般情況下采用公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖標(biāo)，應(yīng)包含業(yè)主明確的所有要求信息并布置在圖紙的右下方。如業(yè)主另外有要求可適當(dāng)修改。圖標(biāo)區(qū)要包含工程信息 、版本信息、技術(shù)人員、公司信息等容。圖標(biāo)左側(cè)要預(yù)留尺寸為50mm75mm左右的空間以供審圖蓋章使用。Figure color and setting圖形顏色及設(shè)置The lineation of inner and outer sheet boundary is black, the title district is

Do not show unit in drawings.除高程以米計(jì)以外其余尺寸以毫米記，圖中不標(biāo)注單位。b.Provide arrow dimension at the end of size. Space at least 1mm between dimension line and dimensioning position.尺寸端部統(tǒng)一規(guī)定采用箭頭標(biāo)注，尺寸線與標(biāo)注部位至少預(yù)留1mm的間隙c.Di

The first layer is member locating point dimension, the second layer is member length and the third layer is locating of local detail on members, the fourth layer is dimensioning of local detail. Dimension line should avoid cross.尺寸要分層標(biāo)注，第一層尺寸為構(gòu)件定位點(diǎn)尺寸，第二層為構(gòu)件長度，第三層為局部細(xì)節(jié)在構(gòu)件上
