3、n environment as well as encourage e by improving performance.2適用范圍 Scope2.1電梯中國區(qū)域運(yùn)營轄下所有區(qū)域內(nèi)的所有安裝部All Branch Installation Departments under ThyssenKrupp Elevator China Field2.2納入本獎金計(jì)劃的崗位有安裝工程主管(經(jīng)理)、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、項(xiàng)目主管、項(xiàng)目工程師、安裝調(diào)試主管(經(jīng)理)、調(diào)試工程師、調(diào)試技術(shù)員;并涵蓋前述崗位的除三級以下的所有技術(shù)等級。任何與本政策不相符或額外的其它激勵政策在頒布之前,都必須經(jīng)過總部的批準(zhǔn)。電梯中國區(qū)運(yùn)營

10、ty Dept.4描述和說明 Description and Explanation4.1激勵措施Incentive Rules4.1.1如果一個項(xiàng)目為團(tuán)隊(duì)合作項(xiàng)目,則總經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)該項(xiàng)目獎金的分配。BGM coordinates bonus allocation if it is a project cooperated a.4.1.2所產(chǎn)生的個人所得稅由員工自行承擔(dān)。The IIT will be borne by the employees.4.1.3獎金日前離職的適用,離職后將視為放棄離職前的所有獎金。It is regarded as giving up all the unpaid b
11、onus if employee leaves company before bonus payment date.4.1.4當(dāng)年入職/崗位轉(zhuǎn)入劃”進(jìn)行考評;轉(zhuǎn)崗在崗位的獎金政策。獎金可由安裝提議按照普通員工績效“/ 新梯安裝激勵計(jì)的獎金的分配方式為,轉(zhuǎn)崗之日前執(zhí)行本政策,轉(zhuǎn)崗之日后執(zhí)行所If some employee is on board or transferred to Installation Department in current year, his or her bonuscan be proed by Branch Installation-in-charge, whic

All the involved unitsshould be registered in database.4.2.2第一品牌梯臺確認(rèn)移交維保且除質(zhì)??钔馑杏馄趹?yīng)收賬款均已收到后給予支付相應(yīng)獎金;第二品牌電梯在提交當(dāng)?shù)刭|(zhì)量技術(shù)合格證至總部安裝部后,給予支付相應(yīng)獎金;如梯臺丟失,則不計(jì)入獎金考評范疇。It is paid for corresponding bonus if thebrand is handed over to Se

18、金的結(jié)算對象僅為安裝工程主管(經(jīng)理)或安裝調(diào)試主管(經(jīng)理),結(jié)算周期為每個財(cái)年;結(jié)算時須提供團(tuán)隊(duì)績效獎金申請表內(nèi)含其所負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)。Teerformance bonus is only for Installation supervisor (manager) or installation adjustmentsupervisor (manager). It will be settled every fiscal year and Teerformance Bonus Application isnesaryhis pros.4.2.4如發(fā)生安全事故,則依據(jù)安全事故懲處規(guī)定處理。It is r
19、eferred to Penalty Regulations against Safety Accident if any safety accidents happened.4.3結(jié)算程序 Settlement Procedure4.3.1安裝部在4月、10月初遞交結(jié)算獎金(梯臺)申請;在10月初遞交團(tuán)隊(duì)績效獎金申請。申請時須將具備結(jié)算條件的項(xiàng)目獎金申請表(獎金申請有效期為驗(yàn)收至移交維保日一年之內(nèi)),團(tuán)隊(duì)績效獎金申請表經(jīng)公司財(cái)務(wù)、維保部確認(rèn),提交至總部安裝部??偨?jīng)理及區(qū)域財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)批準(zhǔn)后,Branch installation submits bonus (units) applicatiot
