2、后，如果投保貨物在運(yùn)輸中遇險(xiǎn)而發(fā)生損失，則承保人應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)投保險(xiǎn)別范圍內(nèi)的損失進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償。 保險(xiǎn)合同(Insurance Contract)常采用大保單(Insurance Policy)的形式，指保險(xiǎn)合同的保險(xiǎn)人同意接受風(fēng)險(xiǎn)而向投保人提供風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障，在投保人支付一定的保費(fèi)后，保險(xiǎn)人同意被保險(xiǎn)貨物受損時(shí)支付合同中規(guī)定的金額或比例。保費(fèi)(Premium)是由被保險(xiǎn)人支付的一筆錢，一般是貨物金額的一定比例。對(duì)于FOB和CFR交易，由進(jìn)口方對(duì)貨物投保、辦理投保手續(xù)并支付保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。 對(duì)于CIF交易，習(xí)慣上由出口方按發(fā)票金額(Invoice Value)的110%投保一切險(xiǎn)(All Risks)，即100

3、%是CIF發(fā)票總值，10%是合理的利潤和其他費(fèi)用。有時(shí)，進(jìn)口方要求投保的金額會(huì)超過110%，此時(shí)，額外保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)應(yīng)由進(jìn)口方承擔(dān)(For the buyers account)。 一旦投保貨物在運(yùn)輸中發(fā)生投保險(xiǎn)別范圍內(nèi)的損失，須向保險(xiǎn)公司或其代理人立即提出保險(xiǎn)索賠(Insurance Claim)。為了落實(shí)貨物的正常索賠，保險(xiǎn)索賠時(shí)需要提交以下文件： 保險(xiǎn)單(Insurance Policy)或保險(xiǎn)憑證(Insurance Certificate) 提單(Bill of Lading) 原始發(fā)票(Original Invoice) 檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告(Survey Report) 船長聲明書(Masters
