4、providing the following description:UNIK為了利用塞納河和比揚(yáng)古公園開(kāi)闊的景觀視野，為每個(gè)公寓配置了梯田和陽(yáng)臺(tái)。這個(gè)公寓也是歐洲第一個(gè)為患有“閉鎖綜合征”的人們提供了設(shè)施的公寓。The river Seine and the new Billancourt park provide a permanent spectacle: UNIK emphasises generous views, planted terraces and balconies for every apartment, as well as its participation in

5、the first European residential home offering facilities specifically designed for people living with “Locked-in Syndrome”.遠(yuǎn)觀建筑，External View 沿街視角，street view 開(kāi)闊的窗戶打破了建筑主體的垂直體量，a line of generous openings that punctuate the verticality of the volumes.經(jīng)過(guò)兩年半的建設(shè)工作，B/NT設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所向Boulogne地產(chǎn)交付了一批名為UNIK的住宅。第一批住

6、戶已經(jīng)入住這個(gè)如藝術(shù)品般的公寓，公寓如同公園自然的延續(xù)。公寓彩帶狀的城市形態(tài)，仿佛在和周圍環(huán)境持續(xù)的交流對(duì)話，也使人們的視野不停在公園和公寓之間穿梭變幻。公寓以白色的主要體量和多彩的玻璃彩帶創(chuàng)造出了一個(gè)當(dāng)代的形象。After almost two and a half years of construction work, Beckmann-NThp (B/NT) has delivered a residential group of properties to Boulogne, called “UNIK”. The first residents have already moved i

7、nto this living artwork, which is designed to be in natural continuity with the park. Thanks to its ribboned urban form, its visual rifts and the garden which runs through it, the project is in constant dialogue with its surroundings, creating a contemporary signature through its use of white concre

9、 Billancourt park and the river: a mosaic cladding reflects the landscape that surrounds it in its choice of colours, and modules in white concrete form balconies and walkways with a line of generous openings that punctuate the verticality of the volumes. 10、at each apartment is unique. 多彩的玻璃彩帶立面，a ribbon of colored glass.日復(fù)一日，豐富多樣的植被扎根于此，公園的景象不僅延續(xù)到了中央公園中，還仿佛生長(zhǎng)于建筑的立面，一直延續(xù)到頂層的平臺(tái)。由此，建筑發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹参锖凸嗄镜臈拥?，使之彰顯更加獨(dú)特的個(gè)性。植被穿插攀附于建筑中模糊了距離感, 讓住客們體驗(yàn)了仿佛在云端的感受。Day after day the luxuriant and abundant vegetation takes root. The park continues not only through the central

11、garden but also on the buildings facades, all the up to the rooftop terraces, giving a distinctive identity to the whole development and transforming these spaces into a framework for plants and bushes. The general sense of vegetation blurs into the distance, enabling the residents to “keep their he

13、閉鎖綜合征”人群的居住需求。This richness and this diversity is mirrored in the design of the apartments, where a variety of different layouts offer a response to different lifestyles corresponding to the demands of different generations. Another important element of this unusual project is the integration of a r
