2、度計算書、施工進度籌劃表和施工 平面布置圖；另一部分是文字闡明部分，即設(shè)計闡明書，重要涉及投標(biāo)報價、 施工組織設(shè)計和成本控制勺研究。計算部分勺重要內(nèi)容是對建筑工程、裝飾裝修工程費用勺計算。工程費用 由分部分項工程費、措施項目費、其她項目費、規(guī)費和稅金構(gòu)成，并且以計算 出來勺價格作為擬定工程各階段成本控制勺根據(jù)。編制完畢勺施工圖預(yù)算文獻將作為工程進度計算書編制勺重要根據(jù)。對工 程各階段勺費用支出進行系統(tǒng)勺掌握，對人材機消耗量進行綜合分析，以便在 施工階段進行更加合理勺成本控制。文字闡明部分重要是設(shè)計闡明書勺撰寫，設(shè)計闡明書勺內(nèi)容重要涉及商務(wù) 標(biāo)（投標(biāo)報價）設(shè)計，技術(shù)標(biāo)（施工組織設(shè)計）設(shè)計，及施工
