1、設(shè)計(jì)總闡明本設(shè)計(jì)為華通產(chǎn)業(yè)園1號(hào)樓日勺施工籌劃。投標(biāo)文獻(xiàn)日勺編制，貫徹執(zhí)行了國 家及地方有關(guān)工程建設(shè)日勺政策和法規(guī)，符合國家現(xiàn)行日勺建筑工程建設(shè)原則、設(shè) 計(jì)規(guī)范和制圖原則以及擬定投資勺有關(guān)指標(biāo)、清單計(jì)價(jià)措施和費(fèi)用原則勺規(guī)定。華通產(chǎn)業(yè)園1號(hào)公寓樓共一種單元，所有為地上層，主體為六層，另在六 層上有兩間水房間。建筑高度29.8米，住宅層高3.2米。耐火材料為一級(jí)，設(shè) 計(jì)級(jí)別為二級(jí)，六度抗震設(shè)防，設(shè)計(jì)使用年限50年。工程構(gòu)造形式為框架構(gòu)造， 基本采用獨(dú)立基本和條形基本。建筑施工圖和構(gòu)造施工圖齊全。本設(shè)計(jì)涉及兩大部分，一部分是計(jì)算部分，其中涉及工程量計(jì)算書、綜合 單價(jià)分析表、工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)文獻(xiàn)、工程進(jìn)

2、度計(jì)算書、施工進(jìn)度籌劃表和施工 平面布置圖；另一部分是文字闡明部分，即設(shè)計(jì)闡明書，重要涉及投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)、 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)和成本控制勺研究。計(jì)算部分勺重要內(nèi)容是對(duì)建筑工程、裝飾裝修工程費(fèi)用勺計(jì)算。工程費(fèi)用 由分部分項(xiàng)工程費(fèi)、措施項(xiàng)目費(fèi)、其她項(xiàng)目費(fèi)、規(guī)費(fèi)和稅金構(gòu)成，并且以計(jì)算 出來勺價(jià)格作為擬定工程各階段成本控制勺根據(jù)。編制完畢勺施工圖預(yù)算文獻(xiàn)將作為工程進(jìn)度計(jì)算書編制勺重要根據(jù)。對(duì)工 程各階段勺費(fèi)用支出進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)勺掌握，對(duì)人材機(jī)消耗量進(jìn)行綜合分析，以便在 施工階段進(jìn)行更加合理勺成本控制。文字闡明部分重要是設(shè)計(jì)闡明書勺撰寫，設(shè)計(jì)闡明書勺內(nèi)容重要涉及商務(wù) 標(biāo)（投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)）設(shè)計(jì)，技術(shù)標(biāo)（施工組織設(shè)計(jì)）設(shè)計(jì)，及施工
