2、染等問題出現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)柴油機已不能滿足需求,人們對柴油機 各方面性能要求更加嚴(yán)格,柴油機的發(fā)展應(yīng)用面臨前所未有的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),柴油 機電控技術(shù)應(yīng)運而生并得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。1、柴油機電控技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀1905年,德國的狄塞爾發(fā)明了柴油機,并將其應(yīng)用于汽車行業(yè),由于柴油機 具備成本低、效率高、能耗少、壽命長、污染小、維修使用便捷等特點,使其成 為汽車行業(yè)及工程機械行業(yè)最主要的最節(jié)能的動力設(shè)備,并逐漸推廣至國民經(jīng)濟 的各個領(lǐng)域。隨著各行業(yè)對柴油機的廣泛應(yīng)用及研發(fā),柴油機的性能不斷提高,人們對于 柴油機的高性能、低能耗、低污染、低成本等各方面都提出了更高的要求,傳統(tǒng) 的機械控制柴油機已不能滿足需求,20世紀(jì)7

3、0年代柴油機電子控制技術(shù)應(yīng)運而生。20世紀(jì)80年代以來,能源緊缺問題出現(xiàn)并日益突出,最終導(dǎo)致了世界能源危 機的爆發(fā),并隨之帶來了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染問題,成為當(dāng)時世界面臨的兩大主要問 題,排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更加嚴(yán)格,柴油機的節(jié)能減排被提上議程,得到了各行業(yè)專業(yè)人士 的關(guān)注,各大公司爭相開發(fā)柴油機電控技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品并投放市場,以滿足日益嚴(yán)格 的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。自此開始進(jìn)入以電控技術(shù)為核心的柴油機電控時代。近年來,信息化技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù)以及傳感技術(shù)的發(fā)展為柴油機電控技術(shù)的 突飛猛進(jìn)奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ),使電子控制燃油噴射成為可能。經(jīng)過多年的研究,應(yīng) 用先進(jìn)的計算機技術(shù),現(xiàn)代化先進(jìn)電控柴油機誕生。與傳統(tǒng)柴油機不同,現(xiàn)代化 先進(jìn)電控

4、柴油機在工作原理上采用了電控噴射及高壓共軌等技術(shù),在性能方面, 無論是污染物的排放量還是能耗值都有大幅改進(jìn)??偟膩碇v,柴油機電控技術(shù)是柴油機應(yīng)用和發(fā)展的核心技術(shù),是解決當(dāng)前問題的主要手段,是在挑戰(zhàn)中處于不敗之地的有效方法,是衡量柴油機先進(jìn)性的重 要標(biāo)志。因此,開展柴油機控制技術(shù)的探討,研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,應(yīng)用新技術(shù)勢在必行。 但是,要突破柴油機電控技術(shù)瓶頸,研發(fā)具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的柴油機綜合電控系 統(tǒng),還面臨很多問題。綜合電控系統(tǒng)功能要求多,結(jié)構(gòu)和邏輯關(guān)系復(fù)雜,雖然我 們多年來一直從事相關(guān)領(lǐng)域技術(shù)研究,但與國外相比,在電控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗、數(shù) 據(jù)積累、研究條件等方面,都存在較大差距。2、柴油機電控技術(shù)的發(fā)展

5、趨勢2.1執(zhí)行器設(shè)計技術(shù)所謂執(zhí)行器,指的是柴油機控制系統(tǒng)中的執(zhí)行部件,其直接關(guān)系到控制系統(tǒng) 的功能消耗、安全可靠性以及工作能力,換句話說執(zhí)行器的優(yōu)劣是決定柴油機電 控系統(tǒng)性能的關(guān)鍵。國內(nèi)外的研究人員不斷進(jìn)行執(zhí)行器的研究,并根據(jù)執(zhí)行器的 性能,創(chuàng)立了電磁和力矩電機執(zhí)行器中電磁場、電磁力與溫度場關(guān)系的理論,并 進(jìn)行了相關(guān)仿真計算。通過研究電磁以及有限轉(zhuǎn)角直流力矩電機,開發(fā)了新的規(guī) 范化算法,驗證了與之相匹配的系統(tǒng)參數(shù)。基于相關(guān)理論和算法,電磁化執(zhí)行器 和有限轉(zhuǎn)角直流力矩電機執(zhí)行器已經(jīng)問世。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,相關(guān)理論的完善和 成熟,更多的執(zhí)行器會應(yīng)用到柴油機電控技術(shù)中。2.2可靠性與工程化技術(shù)柴油機電

6、控技術(shù)需要不斷應(yīng)用于工程中去,當(dāng)前很多技術(shù)手段只能在實驗室 進(jìn)行原理的驗證,所以可靠性以及工程技術(shù)是柴油機電控技術(shù)的另一發(fā)展趨勢。 首先,可靠性指的是技術(shù)層面,也屬于組織管理的范疇。尤其在設(shè)計階段,全面 分析系統(tǒng)中可能存在的故障以及危險,進(jìn)行危險預(yù)評估和終評估,同時提出理論 上的技術(shù)改進(jìn)措施,精細(xì)化優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)中的軟件和硬件指標(biāo)。在柴油機電控系統(tǒng)的 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計開發(fā)模式必然具有高風(fēng)險以及長周期等問題,有必要建 立全新的開發(fā)模式一一“V”模式,即從概念設(shè)計開始,一直到試驗驗證整個周期 過程中,實現(xiàn)一體化仿真開發(fā)模式,用以全面提高柴油機電控系統(tǒng)的效率、精度 要求??煽啃栽诩夹g(shù)上將復(fù)雜的技術(shù)問

7、題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分解,建立模塊,利用智能化 相關(guān)原則,合理優(yōu)化相關(guān)技術(shù),對于電控系統(tǒng)在工程中的應(yīng)用有著十分重要的作 用。工程化屬于應(yīng)用范疇,只有電控系統(tǒng)在滿足可靠性基礎(chǔ)上,才能充分發(fā)揮其 在工程上的應(yīng)用。根據(jù)電控系統(tǒng)中各部分功能、工作條件與可靠性要求,利用核 心部件冗余,特別是控制器,達(dá)到熱備份,利用冗余技術(shù),充分滿足柴油機綜合 電控系統(tǒng)的可靠性,提高柴油機電控系統(tǒng)的工程應(yīng)用水平。隨著新的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出 臺,對柴油機電控系統(tǒng)以及電控技術(shù)的要求更高,可靠性與工程化技術(shù)將是今后 柴油機電控技術(shù)研究的終極目標(biāo)。3、結(jié)語近年來柴油機電控技術(shù)的發(fā)展令人矚目,但是所面臨的問題也不容忽視。只 有不斷深化對電控技術(shù)理
