15、2021年12月26日對(duì)可再生能源法修改的主要內(nèi)容。編制可再生能源開(kāi)發(fā)利用規(guī)劃，應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循因地制宜、統(tǒng)籌兼顧、合理布局、有序開(kāi)展的原那么，對(duì)風(fēng)能、太陽(yáng)能、水能、生物質(zhì)能、地?zé)崮?、海洋能等可再生能源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用作出統(tǒng)籌安排。 國(guó)家實(shí)行可再生能源發(fā)電全額保障性收購(gòu)制度。政府按照全國(guó)可再生能源開(kāi)發(fā)利用規(guī)劃，確定在規(guī)劃期內(nèi)應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)的可再生能源發(fā)電量占全部發(fā)電量的比重，制定電網(wǎng)企業(yè)優(yōu)先調(diào)度和全額收購(gòu)可再生能源發(fā)電的具體方法 可再生能源法修改Renewable Energy Law Amended電網(wǎng)企業(yè)與按照規(guī)劃建設(shè)，依法取得行政許可的發(fā)電企業(yè)簽訂并網(wǎng)協(xié)議，全額收購(gòu)符合并網(wǎng)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的可再生能源并網(wǎng)發(fā)電工程的
